Your team leader is great. When I inspected unit #110 the walls were bellied in at the bottom probably 14" or so ... loosing So she moved me to a good unit #102 eight units down but $14.00 more per month??? She's working to reduce the cost because, Hey, it's not my fault the walls were caved in. Anyway $14.00 more for the same unit? I'll may have to rethink my stay. Hopefully the cost will be reduced to the same price as unit #110 Or fix the walls on unit #110 And I'll take that one. Thank you Dave Sjodin

$40+ spent for inconvenience. The lift worked ONCE to bring up 2 boxes. The succeeding attempts to store more were a waste of gas, time, and effort. I eventually gave up, took back the two initial boxes using the lift two buildings down. It was cruel to assign a unit serviced by a non-working lift to an elderly person. I believe a reimbursement us in order.

Recently I needed to rent a storage area and I have had a few bad experiences in the past with other local storage companies. I happened to come across the Cubesmart in Hannover Park and went in to "just ask a few questions." After talking with the Mgr. Jacqueline for less than 5 mins I found myself signing a lease. I have a storage with them since 2017. Their manager is terrible. I had one late payment out of 6 years and she charged so much more. Cubesmart also makes you pay more the longer you have a storage the rates aren’t as much. They just take advantage of the fact that your stuff is already in there and it would be a hustle to move it so keep making it more expensive. Just terrible I tell you.

Had a bad time when we left the storage place. The elevator was broke (we were not told that it was) and I had a trucking company coming to take my totes. The trucking company charged me extra because they had to use the elevator that was further. I had asked it they could pay for the extra charge and was told NO. They did not even ask if they could split the fee with me. I think this is bad business and they even up my bill for the month after I was using the storage 3 months later. I will never use the Cube Smart Self Storage again.

I highly recommend CubeSmart. I use this location due to the proximity to my house. The staff are awesome. Aleyda is the best. Shar is also really good. Things I really need in a location include cleanliness, friendly customer service, and an affordable unit. The left turn out of the location on to Army Trail is the only negative. City needs to clean that up. Check for promotions, though. They usually have a good deal.

This place is infested with raoches. Been having my storage since 2018 was never disappointed. This week went to go out a few more things away and there was roaches coming out of several lockers and dead roaches all in the hall. Exterminator came and even said its infested. If I were you I'd go check your stuff and complain. They denied seeing or having roaches and supposedly they walk the halls twice a day and never see roaches. They have a serious infestation.

This facility has the best prices in the area, Shar & Aleyda are awesome. They made me feel like we know each other (very comfortable) and explained the lease thoroughly in details and answered all my questions. I was even able to see the unit before committing. Quick, convenient & secure, no hassles. Good to see ladies handling the business.

I used CubeSmart for about 2 years. The set-up, move-in, billing, service and move-out was all very professional. The staff in the office were always willing and very capable to help with support. I will likely be returning in less than a year as one of my other kids move back from college. I've used other storage facilities in the past and none of them even came close to the quality of service of this location. I recommend them without any hesitation!

As American we are not use to outstanding customer service. We are use to people just doing most of what we ask and moving on. I met an amazing Manager ,Aleyda Arnold on a Sunday, first thing in the morning. I wanted to downgrade my unit to save a little money. I had been renting for almost two years. I knew it would be another 18 months of renting a unit so I wanted to reduce cost. This wonderful woman went up and down the stairs showing me two units. I could not make up my mind and she did not display any disapproval about my hesitation. Finally, I chose the unit that she first showed me. It happens to be the unit that she first suggested. I should have listen to the professional because she was right all along. But, that is not the amazing part of it of the whole day, the amazing part was that she did not show any disapproval, anger nor did her body language suggest that I was getting in her way and wasting her time. Instead she told me that I could take as long as I needed to make a decision that I had six more days on my old unit before I would be charge on the old unit. She said that she wanted me to be happy with my decision. Who does this today? Who gives the customer the time to decide what is best for them without being pushed one way or another? This woman acted like I was important to her and my decision was equally important too. My hat is off to Aleyda Arnold. If you need to rent a storage unit; you should visit Aleyda Arnold this woman cares about the customer what a amazing person she is.

I've been a customer for near 10 years now. I appreciate how understanding they are When i need help with time on my bill. Other places are not so understanding. I fully appreciate everything Carly and Aleyda have done for me. They've both helped me hugely. I really appreciate the extra effort they've made to help me. A couple years ago i had a 2nd unit with public storage and had a not so great experience. I would fully recommend Cubesmart. They've always been good to me.. If you are a long term renter,avoid this company. I have paid my rent on time all the time and in a 1.5 years I have had 3 substantial rent increases from when i started with a $147 rent ,then it was raised to $168 and now its at $186 while there website says they charge 164?! This is for a unit that has a gutter with a rusthole that leaks on your head as your opening the lock,and leaks into the unit under the door as it splashes in and that they still havent fixed! Im a very humble person but enough is enough, Cubesmart just forced me to change storage facilities. They bait and switched and now they're losing my money and buisness. *Update response to owner* then why are you currently advertising the exact unit on your site for $147.60??!! Thats what they call a bait and switch. Your asphalt on the property is riddled with potholes,your gutters are pitched incorrectly and rusted through,the ropes are rotted and missing on almost all the doors so your lying about top notch service, maintaining etc etc.

TWO smart and extremely helpful cookies in CubeSmart, Hanover Park, IL! Not meaning to be derogatory (as I am one cookie myself) - but these gentle ladies, Karly and Aleyda demonstrated that excellent customer service is not exclusive to the entertainment or food service industry. If anything, where people are stressed in finding every little nook & cranny that they could keep their possessions intact & safe - maybe after an exhausting move or perhaps, a change of status - your Storage place is where there should be great customer service! As in our case, we are moving... Karly took care of some billing issues, update accounts, change of address, etc - going out of her way to make price adjustments with due diligence. She was quite patient, polite and professional. In Aleyda's case, we needed to find additional space (aside from a unit we already rent) . . . because as it turned out, more stuff needed to be stored and some disposed of(did I mention we were moving??) I harassed this young lady three times and she remained nice, friendly and caring - even going out of her way to assist with my lock issue - amazing! She was certainly patient with our baggage disposal and she was knowledgeable and kind. Therefore, we highly recommend Hanover Park CubeSmart for all your additional storage needs - sentimental things that require a "safe haven". Thanks a million, Aleyda and Karly! In customer service, you're the best!

Security is good here. On the second floor (at least), it gets really warm, so plan moving and working days in the unit based on temperature and weather.

Never go to.this place, they.give u a price.on internet or.by phone but once.u step in u have to pay a lot more. Some kind of bullshit that for my first month to join i was supposed to pay 18dlls and after my first month payments will normally.go to 34 a month. Unfortunately I end paying 51 dlls on my first month and 48 dlls for the next.months.

Everything was going fine until the manager walked in. He has the WORST customer service possible. I hope he gets fired. And he's pompous about his 'authority' over you. So tempting to just smack him in the face. I was planning a long term rental until he stuck his nose into MY business that I was handling well with the other guy there. I went somewhere else for less.
