rented from them for past 2 years. monthly price went up to fast with that period 50% increase. Customer service was average. They were some what friendly but limited lack of knowledge I would have to call main company and leave a message to get a call back from location. Calling location directly, I would rarely receive call back. They were always out of main office. cleanliness was a slight below average. Online issues to solve was also below average. wouldn't recommend unless price was really really good on a short term

This Cube Smart is the best. This is due to the exceptional customer service of Tatiana tye manager who was simply outstanding. Storage is expensive, however, as she was explaining the rental details, the price actually went down. No backup power generator to power facility. I was locked out of a storage unit with construction equipment inside for 4 days after a storm knocked out power. lost revenue and still had to pay for those days I had no access.

My experience was very pleasant Carmen was extremely helpful and informed me of everything I needed to know. I thought that she was very professional and made my visit pleasant.

The place is great. It's the horrible manager they have working here named Carmen. I pay my bills on time. The bill adjusted by $5. Big deal. All she had to do was leave me a courteous message on my phone telling me this. Oh no she wanted to tell me she was going to refuse my monthly checks over $5. To many other people out here need jobs. Her attitude don't change this facility will begin to lose customers.

From the time I got out of the car...Carmelita greeted me with positive energy....She described the different options I could choose from in a very professional manner....Carmelita then went with me to my potential storage unit.....to help me decide what I wanted to do.....So far....I have nothing but great things to say.....I hope it continues..... The manager, Shar Robinson, was very helpful and professional in a time of trouble....I needed to cut my lock and get a new one put on.....Lola...was also very helpful during my moving process.....THANK YOU!!!

Carmen the woman at the front desk is not only rude but was acting like I was bothering her at work. She did not tell me where my storage unit was or that she had to come remove a lock from the unit. I go all the way to the unit realizing a lock is on the unit. I then go back in the office and she gives me this Duh didn't you know that face with an attitude saying I was about to remove the lock that is what we do. Like what the hell type of service is this. Then she was not informative and her response to every question was I was on vacation. The other girl was so nice and much more helpful.

My wife and i went into the Harvey store on July 30th and were assisted by Carmen and Lola . They were very helpful and the service they provided was of the highest quality. The team work that they exibited was very good and the natural kindness and concern for the customer was genuine.
