It's alright, clean and hospitable. Good hospitality especially from Andre. He's a really good guy, a man who cares about the people, a man of the people and an International Philosopher Extrodinare, he really gives a care. He's done alot of thinking. But unfortunately I'm leaving. The prices from upper management are extremely high. While I have a complete passion for Maywood, I must move on. It just goes against everything I stand for to pay double for a storage unit. They're trying to charge me $162 for the smallest unit they have so I'm leaving. That's double. I don't play that. I shopped around and found a storage place minutes away with the same and more services for $100 cheaper. Bye bye

The manager at Maywood is a very friendly, customer oriented young man. I found a lot of bugs dead and alive in my locker. On Sunday morning while moving my stuff there was a man walking around with a blanket. Not good optics.

Met with Ebony; what an amazing experience beginning to end! Ebony explained so much to me, such as the security of the building, the options available (indoor/outdoor/climate control), and was honestly the friendliest person I believe I've ever met. She made me feel incredibly special and valued, as a customer, and as a human. This was the best customer service experience I've ever received in 34 years. Nothing else even comes close. I actually felt really relaxed for the rest of the day after spending a short time with Ebony when she got me started with a storage unit. My recommendation would be to give her a raise, or put her in charge of the entire customer service training process. She really knows what she is doing, and exhibits a passion for what she does. The best experience I've had at a business.

If you live anywhere in the La Grange, La Grange Park or Brookfield area, this is good, climate-controlled and secure storage facility. It is located in Maywood and borders River Forest. Easy in and out access with two elevators, enough carts and space for larger moving trucks and vans. A little pricey though, and they continually raise the rents once you are in there. Being careful with the introductory pricing, and not planning to stay there long is a good strategy for shorter term needs.

I generally would not comment, BUT, this place was exceptional. My other self-storage location had gone up so high in price, I had to move out. I picked one other place, but the answering service recommended CubeSmart, based on my criteria. Plus, they had a promo. That was right up my alley. The location wasn't that far from me. I really liked the facility and customer service was "ole skool." No waiting. They acknowledged other customers and let them know they would be right with them while working with you. I felt my items were safe. There is plenty of parking. The facility has cameras monitoring the entire facility. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Thanks DeAndre and Jason for making such a difficult moving experience much more tolerable!

Customer service is what separates the Melrose Park Cubesmart from other self storage facilities in the Chicago area. I have not had a time that I have been to the facility that I have not been greeted and offered assistance gladly if I needed it. I originally picked the facility on price but would probably pay a little bit more to store there given my experience with the staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. The aisles are sufficiently wide and well lighted. Every time that I have been there the entry and elevator security systems have worked flawlessly.. I can't speak for other Cubesmart locations but the staff at the Melrose Park location made my self storage experience an excellent one.

Just got our space yesterday. Andre could not have been nicer. The place is very clean and well organized and Andre very professional and friendly. These guys were great. Very friendly and expert service in the office, clean an new storage area...pretty good value. They even worked with me on my final bill(wrote it off) unlike what most places would do(charge in full)...Jose and Chonte were great! Would use them again in a minute.
