I had the best experience renting here. I had to move from my home and I rented a 10X20 climate controlled unit, until I found a new place to live. The facility is clean and very secure with on site cameras, gates and key pad door only access. The store managers (Jen and Lauren) are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you rent here.

BEWARE! After renting for 3 months, I found my unit damp and covered in MOLD. The building was sitting at 94% humidity and CubeSmart took ZERO responsibility even though it was a known, on-going issue. I had to call in a restoration company to clean/re-box everything... which was never reimbursed by CubeSmart. I'm not the first to report this. I'm shocked this place has any positive reviews.

Horrible facility. The main door is currently broken and remains open at all times. This is allowing all of the hot, humid air to enter the building. Units on the west side are reading 94% humidity - to which we were told by staff to “buy some DampRid.” You advertise climate-controlled units and that is a lie. Our belongings are covered in visible mold. If you rent here, I suggest you go check on your unit. BEWARE.

Beware of price changes. I was quoted $262 for a vehicle spot and ended up paying vehicle storage tax and monthly tax on top of the $262. Total is not $301.80. Not what I was quoted and/or expected.

THIS BRAND NEW BUILDING SO "CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACILITY WAS BUILT WITH OUT DEHUMIDIFIERS, AND HAS MULTIPLE UNITS INCLUDING MINE A HUGE MOLD INFESTATION, YES MOLD MY COUCH WAS COVERED IN MOLD AND LUCKILY MY MATTRESS WAS SAVED BECAUSE I HAD IT IN PLASTIC, THE OWNERS HAVE BEEN AWARE SINCE JULY AND HAVENT NOTIFIED ANYONE BC THEY DIDNT WANT ANYONE TO PANIC , I FILED INSURANCE CLAIM AND HAVE RECIEVED REIMBURSEMENT, BUT ASKED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE MONTHS MY BELONGINGS HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE ROTTING , THEY DENIED AND STILL WANT THEY MONEY NEXT MONTH , HA! I ordered a storage unit when I was forced to make an emergency move. They were closed because it was Sunday. I arrived to find myself locked out of the second floor. They charged me 85$ to reserve the unit. They have yet to refund my money, they will not give you what you pay for. Go somewhere else if you care about yourself. Very very bad place.

Amazing customer service. I placed a reservation online, My husband and I rushed after work to try and make it to the building before they closed so we could get our unit. The lovely lady (Jenn) stayed open after they closed (6pm) to help my husband and I pick out a storage unit that would best suit what we needed. We realized after looking at all of them that we really didn't need as big of a unit as we thought so Jenn told us she would change the reservation tomorrow morning (her system went down so we wasn't able to help us book it that day but she called me back the following day letting me know I was good to complete everything else online!) We haven't moved in quite yet but so far I love this storage facility. We've used numerous places in the past but i'm glad we chose Cubesmart in Oswego!
