Really clean and well maintained storage spaces at great prices. I've only ever tried uHaul and this, Cubesmart is sooo much better in pricing, options, offers and storage condition. The lady that manages this place is fun to talk to and takes great care of the property.

I rented a unit and unfortunately had to witness a homeless lady destroying the place with ketchup and mustard. April handled it as a true professional. Then, helped me with my unit. I can't say enough good things about this location, as it was clean except what the homeless lady did. The units were clean! They had a lot of room and April was very knowledgeable on what I needed. Very impressed and will continue to do business with her and her location.

Poor service hours, the manager is nice but will not answer my calls for a refund. I called toll free to get in touch with a district manager but they also haven’t called. The unit floor was covered in oil and they didn’t attempt to clean the unit. Save your money and go else where!

Poor hours of access. Hours have gotten even more restrictive since we got our unit without decreasing our rental price. Tough to get to unit during weekdays if you work normal business hours. Staff/manager is friendly but her hands are obviously tied on issues beyond her control. Will be looking elsewhere if we have to use a storage unit again.

After only renting two months, unit was vandalized. Front security gate was left open all night, thieves got in and broke entire lock mechanism off door and stole 13 boxes of collectibles. Manager was very nice, but storage company did not reimburse me for any portion of stolen items. To be fair, contract states that they are Not accountable , Manager did her best and returned one month rent.

Reserved online said 24 hr access with gate code and secure I get to gate it's open seen 4 units had broken doors while driving to my unit then no lock I paid $18.50 for a lock online drove back to front to manager she said someone stole the lock out of unit ! If I hadn't paid $120 for the first month already I wouldn't have rented here Hale road in PeoriaI,Illinois needs security cameras and a closed electric gate .Thank God I bought insurance for my belongings not feeling too good about Cube Smart right now ! To be continued........

No security at all, for the price you pay they should have some kind of security. I had 7000.00 dollars worth of stuff stolen and they had no ideal when it was stolen. I moved out and will never go there again.

Wouldn't recommend this place, to women especially. No cameras, no codes on gates (anyone can drive in off street), unlocked empty storage. If you're not near the street, no one can see what happens to you because there are no cameras and no street view. When I was there Summer of 2021, there was clearly criminal activity going on with multiple people hanging out all day in cars with tinted windows. The owner didn't seem to care. I saw in the paper that a murder had happened in one of the storage lockers, only a few months previously. Summary: A coded gate, cameras and owner locks on empty storage units would really help what is otherwise a great location with great prices.
