DONT KEEP YOUR STUFF HERE, very dishonest practices happening here and place should be shut down. Manager pretends to notify customers that their unit is subject to auction and lies to her regional manager who doesnt care about the customers anyways. She goes into your unit and looks through it to find valuables and then has her friends purchase the unit for her so she can take and sell your stuff. I lost many family heirlooms here because this side hustle the manager is running. I tried calling corporate and talked to many people but they all say its the managers word against mine. She is a predator looking to rip off your belongings, do not trust this place, please, whatever you do, go somewhere else to store your items, anywhere is better. You have been warned!

Nick is very professional & friendly. Even though I interrupted her pulling weeds, she came to help me with my door right away. My door was stuck & she fixed it right away. The property always looks good, I always see Nick or the other lady out there pulling weeds or sweeping & picking up garbage. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They sold ALL of our things from our storage unit, can't believe this happened! We had an issue with the credit card while being abroad so the payment didn't go through so we try to call but they never answered and suddenly ALL OUR STUFF WERE SOLD. This is when you know businesses in the US become heartless and money oriented to the extreme, without caring about people, just profit. We will take further actions on this. Please don't support this business unless you want your things to disappear from the unit.

6 month rate increase without notification or preemptive notification when securing the unit. I have spoken to other renters and this seems to be their business model. I moved to another facility for the remainder of my storage needs (7 months) because of their deceptive business practice. Their is no loyalty to customers, just to profit. I spoke with management staff who was very friendly, but no loyalty to current customers while still offering first month free to new customers. My reward was a scheduled, non disclosed rate increase. In the future I will only not recommend your company, I will go out of my way to push business to other facilities in the area.

With all the covid stuff going on these people sold my shed, I tried to make arrangements, the manager had no heart. Once the shed was set up for auction, I seen the bidding. At the very last minute the shed went from 60 bucks to over 350 in ten minutes. It was obvious it was a set up for me to NOT get the items back. Terrible.

What made my experience so good is the friendliness & genuine care that Shalonda & Kenya show if or whenever there is an issue going on that i may have. (I didn't have a lot of issues, but when I did) They took immediate action & also follow up with communication to keep me in the know. I really liked the place!! they got me i n their web page because of the price! the lady in front desk was a nice person! the reason of my 3 starts its because the force you to pay 12 buck for an insurance with out option to say NO!! i reserve my storage and i was willing to pay the 24 bucks fee for paper office but what I was not expecting it was the 12 buck of insurance!! they should to show that on their web page!! so when you pick your storage and see the cost you have to add $12 for an insurance so just keep that in mind, and no option to say no!!

I came in for prices and met Shalonda and Kenya. They made me feel so welcomed as soon as I entered. Even though I didn't rent at this time, I told them I would definitely come back when ready. The facility was very clean and while I being shown a unit Shalonda picked up paper that was flying because of the wind. There needs to be more friendly people in the world like Kenya and Shalonda!!

I was so pleased she has a great personality you want to tell other people about your experience and I did. My play Daughter told me about CubeSmart she told me to go online and reserve a 5x10 she checked and saw one available near me. Great prices but their advertising is deceptive. I reserved a unit through another website that promised 1/2 off the first month and a 10% discount. When CubeSmart called back to confirm the reservation, I was told the promotion did not exist and that I was wrong. I then advised the representative that I had a printout of the promotion on my reservation page. I was then told that the promotion was based on availability and could change at any time and further, that the promotion was not available to any future customers. I was told to bring in the paper showing the reservation and promotion and that it would be taken care of. Being the skeptic that I am, I then went directly to CubeSmart's website and found the same promotion I just mentioned was still available to anyone. I'm not thrilled with the miscommunication. I am hopeful that the rest of the rental experience will be as positive as everyone else says.

This facility is great! Clean, Organized and best prices around. The ladies in the office were friendly and well informed. Char walked me through everything and from start to finish, including walking to check out units and all paperwork was around 30 minutes! Char is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Just want to say this place has the best customer service reps ever Michael and char. I was in such a time crunch to get my property moved out and they even stayed open for me an extra 15+minutes. They not only saved me a ton of money on the storage fee. They also saved me on paying an extra day on my trailer rental, gas, etc..Their patients and information about their policies was immaculant. Do not rent a storage unit here.....the person in charge is not around when you need him and when I was sent here to pick up a Reserved U-Haul Cargo Van, he says he promised it to another person who did not have a reservation.( He claims he did not upload the reservation). I said this is bad business practice and he would lose a lot of customers this way especially the ones that know a lot of people like myself.

do not ever drop your uhaul truck here. i dont even think anyone works here or they might be showing up and then leaving for breaks. i dropped off the truck at 11:30 and it seems they were on break since 10 as that is when i called them a few times to get directions. when i got there they had a sign that they will be back at 1:30. next day i see a charge for an extra day because i returned the truck at 3:30. these guys are liars. It was good that uhaul understood and refunded the money. They probably also know what A1 storage workers are not competent. change locations if you are dropping your uhaul truck here.
