This has been the worst experience of my life I rented storage sheds all around the country for my business I have never used CubeSmart before I heard you guys were good but to my surprise I was never shown the inside of the facility where you load an unload your vehicles it is way too narrow for moving trucks to be in there people put parking their cars in there acting like their the King of the Hill it cost me $150 because a group will not move their truck they had it blocking the aisle the truck was empty the people had two cars in front of it no one could get around the girl did her best to get them to move but to no avail it was not done so I sat there with my guys for an hour which cost me $150 if I'm not giving one month more of free rent I will go on Yelp and write the worst reviews for you not only that I'll have all 50 of my employees right reviews too I'll wait to hear from you Sincerely, Mr DeRosa

Terrific property and management. Storage is a waste of money typically, however, if You need storage, this is the place to go. Clean. Spacious. Warm. Music. Pull your car inside. And a management team that is on property. And very attentive to one's needs. Including the district and regional managers. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Simple and easy! I have never rented a storage space before and Cube had a simple online reservation system. I did have to purchase the cylinder lock (which is different than the padlock that I had), but with the cylinder type it is impossible to cut. I also had to purchase the basic $12/ month insurance even though my homeowners insurance covers the contents in the storage space. I will obtain this form from my insurance company so future months do not need to be billed.

If I can give this company zero stars I would. I've been renting a unit from them for the past 14 months. They changed the rate from 256 a month to 344 a month! That's without any notice, they trick you with the promotion they offer you at first, so whoever is trying to rent a unit from them please be careful.That's almost a 100 dollar more in rent every month.

They sent me this email on Friday that they can not process my credit card. Being their client for than 17months. I called on Saturday and they said its the expiration date. I offered to provide the exper. date over the phone but they said it needs to be done online. Lady on phone was nice. On Monday i did updated the exp date and just to find on Tue early morning that they changed the lock on my storage! No notice, no call, no email. They just changed it!! I tried to call the office number but unsuccesfully since they open at 9:30am! 9:30am earliest to speak with someone!!! Wow.

Since we had never rented a storage unit before we had no idea what to do. Hector was the one who checked us in and took his time and showed us the unit I had reserved online. We decided the unit was too small and he took his time and showed us a unit that would work. He was very patient with me and made the whole check-in process extremely easy. While visiting the storage unit I realize I had forgotten my access code. Char was so helpful in getting me my code and explaining exactly where I can pull the car into, etc. Hector and Charlie made the whole check out process so easy and they were so very helpful and answered all my questions. If I ever had to rent a storage unit again I would go out of my way to go to this facility as the personnel there were unbelievable!

This storage facility is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and kind and everything is pretty much brand new and super clean. There's no smells, no leaks anywhere. Definetely a great price for the kind of place you get to store your prized possessions! They even have a giant garage where you can store your car. The office has a TV screens so staff can keep an eye on things, but that also lets you see what's in there, and folks are definetely taking advantage of the vehicle storage service! Would highly consider that service as I buy more vehicles!

Very nice and secure facility. They have a very big and clean bay to load and unload your items and Theresa was such a great help. She took her time to make sure we knew how to use the lock for our unit and she also gave us advice on how to place our items in our unit to utilize the space. We were able to buy protective covers for our furniture right there and received a discount . Great experience all the way around!!
