It was easy to set up. The place was clean and I didn’t experience any potholes in the area. I did have a problem with sliding the door lock back and forth. A bit frustrating. But overall a good deal.

I wouldn't store your stuff here. I've had between 1 and 2 outdoor unit spots here for years and once the old owners began selling the place it went down hill. I've stored a few vehicles here and every single one had their catalytic converters stolen. And that was before the missing fence in the front over a year ago. All because they didn't inspect the whole fence perimeter. Each time a police report was filed and none of the 3 times were they able to provide the camera footage of my area with 2 cameras aimed where I park. So the cameras don't actually function or they really don't care. I can't speak for indoor units but I'm sure it's a matter of time before those get broken into as well with the big chunk of missing fence. The storage price used to be 40 dollars a month with 8 dollar optional insurance. New owners force in a terrible insurance in the near 80 dollar a month storage fee. And from experience, they only pay about 250 to 300 to replace an 1800 dollar stolen catalytic converter. It's time I moved out before more stuff gets damaged due to lack of care of the property.

Over priced storage facility for the condition of the place. Fence doesn't go around the units, its only at the entrance gate, the pot holes in the gravel road are so bad I was worried I was going to ruin my vehicle anytime I had to use my storage unit. Mice got into a few boxes and chewed up clothes and blankets, and despite involuntarily paying for monthly insurance, they told me they wouldn't cover anything. The only things I had in storage were kids toys, clothes, blankets, and craft supplies, no food or anything that you would think would attract mice. The gate is slow and it doesn't make sense to put in the gate code when leaving, my new storage unit gate automatically opens upon leaving, for less than half the cost of this one for the same sized unit. The gate DID go all the way around on 3rd road when I first started using hearthfire storage, but it does not anymore.

The property looks clean and our storage unit is nice. It is not a totally closed facility like advertised though. There is a while fence missing in the front which gives everyone access and it also looks as if a few units have been damaged (the how is unknown).

Units are in nice shape. Prices are higher than others. Property itself is in poor condition, especially the paths going through. Potholes are large and numerous. Wash outs on hills are deep and wide. These have been a problem that have gone unfixed in my 2+ years renting.

If I could give negative stars I would! Why was I paying for insurance? My stuff was ruined by mice! And all I got is a fee for a lock removal when there was NO LONGER a lock! I told them in advance that I was done and they kept sending me notices with tacked on expenses! Smh, save your money.. or sale your stuff because after it's been in this storage it will no longer be worth anything!

I really like the facility for its location and all of the security…gated entrance, high fencing all the way around, plenty of lighting for the evening and cameras all over. They do check units to make sure everything is secure. They noticed I had locked my unit incorrectly and notified me right away so I could fix the situation. Price is very good compared to some of the other locations I checked on. The staff has always been courteous and helpful when I have spoken with them.

I am done with my storage unit and have been attempting to cancel it for a month. I cannot get through to a person, and no one will return my calls or emails. The company reached out below, but still has not emailed me. I have now been billed for two months after my attempt at cancellation. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Updated on12/7, All issues resolved. New ownership. Again. Seems to be a frequent thing, but the person who I talked to was kind and very helpful in getting all things taken care of. Original review: Typically I have no problems. But this month I have literally been unable to pay. Website redirects to an appliance site or something with a privacy warning. I finally drove an hour from work to the location to see if I could drop off a check/use the kiosk. No place to leave a payment and the kiosk is broken. Ran into somebody also trying to pay, and she said the kiosk has been broken multiple days because she is trying to pay too. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. No answer and no return call yet.

Very easy access and they try to keep it nice and clean. the only thing I think it could use is a trash bin. Through the many years here I have broken a few things and it is a pain to try to find something to put it in to drag home to the trash. I would definitely recommend it and have to other people.

We have been a constant customer of A-Z storage of Plymouth since we bought our new house in 2014 and needed to move out of our old house quickly. When the new owners bought the storage business I was discouraged because we could no longer pay our monthly rent online. However, the lady that takes care of the accounts has made it very accommodating for us to pay our rent with a simple one minute phone call. Also, our rent has stayed the same even after the new owners bought the business which I thought was very nice. They didn't just come in and say its our business now and raise the rent, and I appreciate that so much. We have never had a break in of any kind. Our belongings are completely safe and secure. There are cameras throughout the premises. We have 24 hr access with our access code. I give 5 stars because I think they deserve it.Today's date is 3/9/2020. Also, we live in Bremen approximately 12 miles away. When we were looking for a storage unit we decided on Plymouth. It has worked out just fine. We are receiving a free month rent if we give a positive review. But, I wouldn't be giving a positive review if It were not true. If I were unhappy now that I have been asked to give a review I would surely sock it to them if I was disgruntled with them.

They have clean affordable storage with ample security. We're snow birds so we travel south to avoid the cold and snow. We store our seasonal items and keepsakes safely here. I personally like the 24 hour access. We have been using A=Z for many years without any problems.

A-Z Self Storage has been a great storage option for me as I downsized my house back in 2015. And when I added a second unit, they couldn't have been nicer about holding a unit in proximity to my original one for several weeks until I needed it. Why A-Z? Easy access and reasonable rates that aren't always increasing. Plus I feel my belongings are stored in a safe/clean environment.

It’s a cheap place to store your stuff, but do not expect to be able to get a hold of anyone. I have called and left voicemails about the gate code I was given not working. I have yet to receive a call back. There was some issues about not being able to receive emails which I had discussed with someone before when I first put my stuff into storage. In the voicemails I made sure to point out that emails weren’t working and that I needed a call to get a new gate code and the after hours number Incase I ran into anymore issues still haven’t been called.

Seriously just throw your stuff away!!! This company is straight up scammers! Buy their rental insurance if you think there company will pay lol. Rotten through & through. Mold, rodents they even have there own swamp. Only had 1 unit total loss. Have 3 Mr. Storage in Plymouth IN. not one thing ruined. Wished We had looked up reviews beforehand! Never again they should be put out of business. Could get dirty like them however just dealing with them makes my skin crawl!

Prices are good. Safety is not. My lock disappeared off my unit! Once while checking in my things a lady was there waiting for cops because her lock had disappeared!! ?? Also, after that incident I was unable to pay online.?? One super positive thing: during the crazy flooding in February 2018, our unit did NOT flood! ??
