I’ve been renting a storage unit from them for some time now and have always had a great experience. The facility is clean and I love the easy access. Today my key snapped off in my lock and the staff was so quick to help me cut off the lock and replace it within 10 minutes. Plus they were super friendly. I went from stressed about the situation to grateful that I picked such a great company to rent from. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Initially I really liked this place but there's a few things about them that aren't too cool so they are fully enclosed storage area with a French around them and considering that they have that and and a gate with code access you would think they would be open 24 hours but they are not code access ends at 9:00 p.m. which makes it very inconvenient especially for people that work during the day and are only available at night if I were to change anything about that place that would definitely be the first thing anyone who rents and them should have 24-hour access but besides that they're pretty darn good place actually there's one more thing they say that they're not responsible for any of your items or nothing like that it's your soul responsibility but yet in their contract they have a beautiful little Clause where they're allowed to go and cut your lock off of your door if it's not locked properly if there's any little weird thing about it which they'll find some weird things so they can cut it off and then charge you for a new lock what's also at times renders you unable to access your locker I know it sounds I'm just placed too good but those are the two big flaws that they have other than that it's a pretty good storage place

The woman that took care of me. Well its been 2 months now. But the young lady was extreamly kind and understanding of my situation. Long story as why I needed a storage bin. CubeSmart in Schererville, IN provided great customer service. I called for a storage unit, but they were full and they placed me on a waiting list. They were true to their word and called me when they had an open unit in the size and location I needed, as well as the date I needed. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anybody who has storage needs.

I don't know if she went the extra mile because I went the extra mile cleaning the unit out, even sweeping up in front of it, but it never hurts to take a little more time and do the job to the best of your abilities.

Staff Manager (Ms. Florida) and (Ms.Maryann) are very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of this location and their customers. Store(inside and out) is very clean. I’ve witnessed constant disenfecting & sanitizing throughout the entire pandemic which is very much appreciated. I’ve had only positive experiences with the service provided here. I will be recommending this location to anyone looking for a storage facility mainly due to the professionalism of the employees as well as the fact that they go above and beyond to make sure spaces that are frequently touched by customers are constantly being sanitized and disinfected throughout the day. My husband and I were in need of a climate-controlled storage unit. CubeSmart was the perfect location for us. It’s not the cheapest storage unit, but it is the best quality. You definitely get what you pay for. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The employees are spectacular, especially Flo. We’ve only had positive interactions with all of the employees. They’re extremely helpful, cheerful, and polite. I highly recommend this facility!

I needed to move out of my house rather quickly and I needed to find a storage unit close to my new (interim) place. Mary Ann was lovely. She showed my Mom and I an indoor climate controlled unit (which we did not go with - it would have been too much of a hassle to get my furniture in). I ultimately decided on an “outdoor” unit that was plenty big enough for all of my things. A+ customer service.

GREAT customer service. The sales woman MaryAnn was VERY patient with me as I mulled through trying to decided which size unit I needed. She took me to several of the units despite it raining and being close to closing time. There was another woman there too but I didn't get her name but I do know that she was the one responsible for decorating the store to make it look festive and inviting. Hopefully the storage experience will be as good at the on-boarding.

This is the first time I use a self storage service. I moved from New York to Indiana and needed a storage for items I shipped. I reserved a unit a couple of weeks back for Monday. I went earlier to the location. I was happy to see the unit was ready with my name tag on it. Mary Ann helped me with all my needs and with the paper work. She was great, very helpful, and easy to work with. I was all set in an hour. The unit I choose was climate controlled and it was just what I needed in size. The place was very clean inside out. We have just started using the Cube Smart in Schererville, Indiana. I had never rented a storage unit before now. MaryAnn was very pleasant and easy to work with, and had many helpful suggestions for storing items in the non-climate-controlled 10x10 unit we rented (especially concerning humidity control). I truly appreciated her insights. The storage unit was clean and spacious, and access was both secure and easy to use. Monthly rental rates were very reasonable. The facility is open until a little before ten each night, which works well with our work schedules. I will review again once we have used the storage unit for an extended time.

Mary Ann is amazing, kind, knowledgeable. Mine was an unusual situation emptying a large ,untouched (for many years), space for an ailing friend. I am not from area without Mary Ann I'd still be there. It took many hours, I never felt uneasy as the bldg was well lit clean and safe. She made sure my friend got all receipts and documentation in a timely manor. Cubesmart is extremely lucky to have her as their manager, she was absolutely wonderful.

I really love her personality and kind nature. :) I am working on resolving a misunderstanding that occurred with the unit I preferred to rent. I'm expecting to rent long term. I will follow up with a review on how the company facilitates my request. However, Mary Ann was great and I loved working with her. I visited other storage facilities in the area and if people don't make me feel comfortable I just don't do business with them, specially if I intend to rent long term. I have been at Cubesmart since August. I’m in my storage shed for work just about every single day. Flo is ALWAYS polite & extremely helpful! Every thing is clean & well taken care of. I always see Flo or Maryann (who is also very polite & helpful) walking through and they are kind and friendly, they always stop by and make sure everything is ok and just say hello. The premises are well kept and the bathroom is always clean. I went in once to let them know we needed maintenance and that gentleman was also very friendly and he fixed what we needed fixed right away... I mean within minutes! Talk about service with a smile! When I first called looking for a storage unit, I spoke to someone that was very helpful. The gentleman made sure that there was something available for me he was very professional and took the initiative to contact this location. The woman at this location gave me a courtesy call to verify my reservation and to walk me through a few details she also helped prepare me and made some very useful suggestions which I took advantage of and it worked out very well. When I arrived at the location the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. When talking to her I was very pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the facility the appearance of facility was very Queen and I knew that this was the best place for me to be just by looking at it. The prices were very competitive and she made the transition very easy. I would definitely refer anyone to utilize this facility from the excellent customer service the cleanliness of the facility, and the security of the individual units makes me very comfortable with storing any & everything at this facility. I was very amazed and I would not want to use any other storage unit.

On Sat. 4/22/17 at 4pm I had to get a unit by the next day. The office hours where to 5pm, I made it by 4:50pm. MaryAnn and Flo where 100 % + helpful and took there time to explain and show me the unit , couldn't ask for better customer service. Moving is very stressful and to have great people like them helping made it a little easier. My only mislike is with your review page. I see why people don't response, . I feel my goods will be safe and protected due to not only security, but also the climate control feature. At other locations this simply was not an option or an astronomical jump in price. Very friendly staff make you feel like they've known you forever always notify you when late charges are coming up to make sure you don't fall behind or lose out on anything in your unit and unit prices are very reasonable facility is clean and up kept and full time security so units are always safe

Customer service is a priority with Maryann and Flo! They strive to help in every way possible. I'm impressed with the facilities as well. We have rented elsewhere over the years in NW IN but no one compares to CubeSmart! Highly recommend this particular location in Schererville!

My Wife and I have been with Cube smart in Schererville,In. for a year and a half now and the Customer service that we receive is just Great, Flo and Maryann are very helpful and courteous. Lola also what a Great person to help you with your storage Needs!

Recently bought a house and moved out of my unit. Previous to that, rented a 10x10 for almost a year and would highly recommend cubesmart. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with my unit and gives some piece of mind knowing someone is there.

Mary Ann was very thorough in describing the CubeSmart facility and products. Her customer service and followup is excellent. Also, spoke to Flo a couple of times and she also provided excellent customer service.

Amazing and helpful staff. Went there a little before closing time on a Friday to make payment and look at my reserved storage unit since my stuff was going to be delivered there early morning on Monday. Got very friendly and professional service from Mary Ann. She showed me around to my unit , showed me how to operate the gate and answered all questions and provided detailed information on pricing very patiently and with a smile. She even offered to guide the truck dropping off my stuff to the right storage unit in case I was not able to be there. The storage unit was spacious, clean and more than sufficient for my stuff. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage and go to them again in the future if I needed a storage unit.

I reserved a small storage, 5x5, I suppose the spaces go quick. There were only two available. I moved my things in with no problem. I also signed up for the auto-pay, anything else charges small fees. I' m satisfied with the service. Great job.

Best value in the area and amazing staff. Everyone here is really attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that you might have. The one time I had an issue issue, they were eager to make things right and communicated fast. If you need storage and they have a vacancy, this should be your first stop.
