i’ve been charged an upcharge for the month but on top of the upcharge the elevators for this location has been done. how am i supposed to get access to my stuff and move more stuff in if the elevators are down and on top of that i’m paying more. worst storage unit yet.

MIKE IS THE BESSSST! If it wasn’t for Mike I would have been gone somewhere else. I hate the way they are constantly going up in price absolutely hate it! But love the way Mike offers ways to save and never hesitate to pick up phone to remind me that payment is due and when late charges will begin! He is the best every storage company needs him!!!!

I appreciate the heightened security but it is annoying and time consuming entering a code for both doors or elevators. I do not like that we are charged for a unit size that is not exact and quite frankly smaller than labeled

I just happened to be passing by after I had just looked at a competitors storage unit nearby. Not only is this a far better facility, plus it's $5 less per month with the current first month free and 40% off promotion they're running. I should point out the customer service here is impeccable as well. The gentleman was very patient and showed me several units to compare sizes, and ease of access from the elevator. So I'm very pleased with my decision to store my belongings here. Both employees were super friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work. I'll add indoor photos with an update.

They changed the rate on me twice. They recently changed the rate and I mean very recently and now I’m receiving a notice about another rate change smh. Such a rip off. And they gave me very short notice too even though they marked it on the postcard as if they’d let me know days ago but it just came in the mail today. That’s very unfair and terrible business CubeSmart!! Mind you today is April 18th. This is what it’s showing on the card to make it seem like they gave me enough notice but didn’t! And I received this postcard today!!

The Best storage place around, cool down to earth workers and owner . Always clean and never crowded , also has enough carts to actually get your stuff in& out. Never had a problem I may have given them one, lost my storage unit once do to the pandemic and no work and they got my momma's ashes back for me and I got trapped far away but they held them for me till I return months later I felt loved and hadn't felt that since my mom & dad died, so needless to say they have my respect forever!

Process to reserve and move in was efficient and easy, they even leave the lock in the storage unit if you’re ready to move in out of office hours. They do have roaches though, need to invest in bug spray to keep ‘em away.

Great location. You have to enter a code to get in the building and then to use the elevator. They have carts available for use to make it easy to move your stuff. Very reasonable rates.

The facility is well lit and cleaner than I expected. The staff made sure I understood all the documents and how the system works before I left and that impressed me. The down side would be, servicing such a large area, there can a lot of times be a shortage of moving tools available for us to use on site (carts and dollies). Other than that, I’d encourage anyone I know or anyone I meet to give this business a try the next time they’re in need of some extra space. I think you’d walk away feeling really good about the decision to store your stuff here.

Their move-in online allowed thieves to get into the building and break into units. My lock was intact, but they literally just bent the bar. Not secure. Avoid this one. Also they're not going to file a police report, or offer any kind of flexibility or customer service in order to move out of this insecure building.
