One, the company I signed with you guys bought, you didn’t honor the agreement I had with them and charged me 80 more than agreed on. The people you have working in Lake Charles are rude. When I moved everything out I left 2 carts and a little tent that they demanded I moved out or they would charge me for the month anyway even though I had removed my card. Then my pregnant wife gets there to pick up the crates and tent and they tell her she can’t use the dumpster on the premises, even though she had 2 kids and a full trunk. Which for 143 a month seems a bit unreasonable to me. Plus you guys should really get all the gates working, that entrance you have is way too steep for moving trucks. I truly hope someone who cares looks into this or re-evaluates the rules there. Because you guys are the true definition of the corporate problems in this country.

I’m moving back home to Lake Charles from H-Town and yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Tiffany. She was very pleasant and friendly. She explained the contract , gave location of schools, homes, and talked with me like we were old friends. I truly appreciated each moment with her. ** DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE** Our Storage unit was burglarized and wrecked with over $20,000 worth of items stolen. Was an inside job, employee Chelsie was only one there for months with no other employees there to witness the theft. When bought up stolen items and called police the employee was defensive and extremely rude. Was told to file an insurance claim and move the rest of our things out. Manager lives out of town and refuses to speak to us. Sad we were paying $$ to have our things stolen from us.

Do not get a storage unit at this place because they are infested with rats and the insurance that they provide you with does not cover your belongings if rodents eat them. I had a climate controlled unit and when I went to get my things out, the rats had eaten my furniture and I found a dead rat in my sofa and it smelled. It took the insurance company almost two weeks just to tell me that my furniture wasn't covered.

I used two units at Prien Lake Charles Storage for several months on each unit. The access is great, the lots are well secured, AC is amazing, lighting is great. It's spacious enough for big vehicles, I was able to move my 26' uhaul just fine in and out as well as a 20 foot trailer at one point. I would definitely use this place again for my storage needs.

This review is way overdue, with life time just often gets by you. When I first contacted this company about a unit, the timing just did not seem right for me to get there. Ms. Sandra was great though. She provided the necessary information I requested from Her. She even checked back with Me to see if I was still interested in the unit. When I finally made it in, to meet Ms. Sandra in person, She was great. She assisted me in finding the appropriate size that I needed. I moved in that day. The unit was clean and smelled fresh. One downside I will say is I recently received a rate increase that was almost half the rate of my unit, even after we just experienced 2 hurricanes here. But overall I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks Ms. Sandra for all you do. Keep up the good work.

My storage was broken into, and I was never notified about it. I had only had it for maybe a week, if that. I had to find out by going up there. Of course they claimed they called me, but never did. It was hell getting my insurance check, and a police report to file a claim on the storage building. The ladies in the office started off nice, then became really unprofessional after a while. Also they changed my lock twice, without notifying me first. More things came up missing after they changed my lock. Also, was charged for the storage building after everything was moved out of the storage building. Tried to get a refund, and the lady claimed my card was on auto-pay.. and she couldn’t refund me my money. I just took the lost, and went dispute the payment through my bank. The cameras never work there, idk why they even have them if they can’t even stop the break ins. Please don’t let them take your money, cause it’s not worth it. I had way better experience with other storage buildings in the past, and they was actually climate controlled. They don’t even offer that options here. Plus more than half of the storages there are falling apart, or already demolished. Needs tons of work.

I've dealt with U Lock It for some time now and never had any issues with them. They have the nicest ladies in the office and always willing to help out. They get to know their customers, when the customer goes in to tend to business.

I was referred to U Lock It by my son, who works for FedEx. He does business with many people and I value his opinion. I first met Ms. Bonnie and then Dana. These women are two of the sweetest people I've met. Dana, the manager is very professional, yet empathic to her customers concerns. They make me feel like family. I am more than pleased with the premises. When I check my units, everything is in tact as I left it. I highly recommend U Lock It to anyone needing storage units.

This place is owned by the sweetest soul run by a matching sweet soul and there's so much more to it than meets the eye! I can't tell you how incredibly satisfying it is to do business here. I don't give reviews lightly. I mean what I say when I do give them.

I rented a storage unit from the 2 nice ladies that work there! Bonnie at the front is my fav. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family

U Lock It Storage "accidentally" sold all of our belongings. (Apparently it was a mix-up with our unit (a zero balance) and one that was up for public auction. Among the items, my family bible, antique salt and pepper shaker sets, and every belonging in my home. They have stopped responding, sent aggressive emails, and has referred us to their insurance company. (Who has also stopped responding.) If you use them-beware-if you are looking into use them, run, don't walk away.
