Really awesome experience today at CubeSmart. I was able to find a unit, reserve it, and complete my paperwork online in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, my unit was clean and I had a new lock waiting for me. Came in today and haven’t been here to this location in a long time. The GM here Bryan was extremely helpful and patient. I didn’t know my unit number, didn’t have my key, and he was still able to help me after verifying it was me and the correct unit I rent. He helped me out with cutting the lock and getting the account closed while at the same time helping multiple other people. I have had issues with other cubesmart locations but this one here has been the most polite, respectful and helpful. I hope that your other locations can arrive to be like this one. Although he might need someone else there since him doing all the work by himself is a lot. Thank you again!

I’ll never use a storage company again that increases my rates every 6-12 months by more than $5 each time. Until I used cubesmart, I had never experienced being taken advantage of by any of my prior storage unit companies. I started at $68.65 three years ago. Cubesmart more than doubled that by the time I was done, at $169.20. Because of this, I would never recommend cubesmart to anyone.

Brian and Evan are both rude. They're constantly responding to customers in a sarcastic manner. After 9 months I've decided enough was enough. I can't ever call the store or visit without feeling like I'm bothering them. Another tipping point was the 27 day notice that the storage price would increase $20 due to COVID.

1) The online leasing tool did not work (I tried 3 times and got the same error each time at the same point in the process). 2) The site staff is too busy to answer the phone. I had to drive over to the office and wait in line to speak with the property staff. 3) The unit was in poor repair. However since it was the only unit of the needed size I rented it anyway.

I had great customer service, it was easy to do the reservation online and I really appreciated the follow up phone calls about my reservation. The only thing I didn't like was the fact I had no ideal about the free promotion on the moving truck for new customers, which would have saved us over $100 from using uhaul. Our move was less then 4 hours and our mileage was right at 50 miles so it would have worked out. I did not see any advertisement on the website and the guy that did a follow up call about the reservation did not mention anything about the moving truck and it's promotion deal. I would highly recommend advertising that a little more. But other then that, everything else was great. Thank you.

I recommend this place highly. The staff is what really makes this place better! Brandon helped set me up with a better unit at a better price than I had walked in for. On my move in day Bryan drove his personal vehicle over to the satellite property my unit was at, just to help me safely back my moving truck in. I have found the staff to be MUCH better than other places in the area, they are friendly, honest and direct. Every storage place I have been before has had tricks of some kind, unit is much smaller than they listed, units leak, tricky cancellation policies, I had NONE of those problems here. The units are nicer than others they have lights and a plug in them, the door seals tightly, I chose a non climate controlled unit, but I am confident it will be dry and secure. I have had places leak in other facilities. I would use this facility again in the future without a doubt.

We found this facility when we were downsizing from a very large house out of state to a much smaller house in Annapolis. Over the course of five years (and sorting through and moving furniture into consignment) we varied between 1 and 4 storage units of varying sizes at varying times. During the course of all of this the team, particularly Eric Menke were extremely supportive and helpful. Needless to say this was a very stressful time for our family but Eric and his colleagues repeatedly helped us to problem solve and figure the best option for each step of the way. On those days when I was hot, tired and done! Eric was always there with a friendly smile and willingness to help. I am extremely grateful and though we no longer have items in storage (at last!) we would not hesitate to use this facility again. Thanks guys!

Originally I booked at Public Storage because the price was cheaper. It was definitely a 2 star accomodation. You had to park in front of someone's drive in storage and only one dolly per entry door. You had to push the dolly outside over an uneven parking lot, then face a touch sensitive keypad in the elevator. The numeral 9 was cracked and had seen better days. I could not get it to work. I called the manager. He came and pushed it several times and it worked. I tried it again and couldn't get it to function. I told him I had to cancel my contract. If I had to call him every time I wanted to get into the facility, it was not acceptable. So $143 lost to bad equipment and no one caring, Also the place was...old. Drove to Cube Smart. Yes, it was more expensive, yes the Public Storage lock did not work there and had to buy a new lock BUT it is new, sparkling clean with a loading dock - actually a COVERED loading dock and TEN dollies! A 4.5 star accommodation. Note: No matter where you go, climate control does not remove summer humidity. Do not store wine or anything that requires true climate control in the summer.

Always clean and security is great. The location is convenient and I feel safe when going there after hours. The staff is great and the out of hours phone support is wonderful. I had a problem with my pass code once and called the phone support from the gate - I was in, in no time. Managers Bryan and Eric knowledgeable and always there to answer questions and give guidance. When my truck broke down at the loading dock they helped me get a local tow truck (Marc Bowen's) and the driver actually got the truck working and followed me in to repair shop to make sure I got there. great local service all around!

A very nice storage facility. Clean, spacious and well ventilated place. My unit is very clean with a built in light. And an outlet nearby when needed. Signing up was breeze. The manager is very professional and answered questions I had. Plenty of rolling carts and ramps are easy accessible to access the units. I just wish they had 24 hours access.

Brian Hall provides OUTSTANDING service! Anyone can provide good service when everything goes well. However, not everything went to plan... minor computer glitch and things didn't go smoothly. Brian handled it and found a unit that worked. It took a LOT of extra work from Brian but he did it with a smile. I was in the middle of a big move and he made sure the glitch didn't cause any stress. Really... above and beyond!

The location is perfect for us. Good parking and great loading dock options. The facility is super clean and amazingly well-maintained.
