Great experience here. Everytime i had to stop in the office, the ladies were kind, helpful, and efficient. I was always able to quickly get in touch with someone when i had questions. The building is clean and secure. Getting in and out is extremely easy and there’s always flatbeds readily available. Paying through the app or in person is a breeze. And of course having access to the moving truck was a life saver!! Would recommend to anyone, 10/10 experience.

They have a moving truck you can use but no dropbox to leave the keys at. This means an employee needs to be there to physically return the keys to. The employee Sue didn't tell us this from the start, and it wouldn't have been a major issue but if you don't have the keys back by 5pm sharp she will call you and unload all of her problems onto you; guilting you about how this has never happened before / no one has ever done this before, that she's the only one there, and now she has to pay $58 dollars to daycare for her kid because you were an hour late (in addition to keeping your deposit). Keeping the deposit is understandable but definitely could do without the emotional baggage unload and attempted scolding - really don't have time to cater to your problems when we're all dealing with our own. Totally unprofessional and awful experience.

This storage unit was really easy to use and convenient. There is a parking lot in the back and dollies in the lobby which made movement of my stuff in and out very easy. The code system was easy to use to get into the building and onto the floor with my unit. You can make payments through the app which is convenient. Closing the account was simple and quick. Just moved out of Canton’s Self Storage after (3) years of residency and could not recommend this place more! Sue and Vicki have always been the most communicative and kind to work with. Would you believe me if I told you I had a blast on my vacation at the self-storage? What if I told you it's a must visit on your next trip to Baltimore? We stopped here to get a picture of Mr. Boh and found the lobby has a National Bohemian gift shop inside. The rep inside was friendly and conversational and we enjoyed taking pictures of the old murals and artifacts around the property. We left with so many souvenirs!

I chose to rent a unit at Canton Self Storage after looking into several different options in the area. Sue and Vicki, with years of experience between them, were honest with pricing and beyond helpful in answering questions. The units themselves are in the Natty Boh tower, which is maintained well in a secure building. They are sized well, temperature-controlled, and accessible well beyond normal business hours. There is even a large moving van available for a small fee if needed for move in. I would gladly recommend anyone to rent a unit here if they are need of secure, affordable storage.

I can't self storage seems all right. We've been going there for quite a long time. We've kept our stuff there, and it's been fine. It's easy to get in and out of there with or without your stuff. My mother-in-law rented the space and she said it was beyond what she expected! She said it was beautiful inside. It was very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful. They even had a vehicle to rent to move her belongings.

We had items in storage for longer than I would like to admit, 2014-2021 We always had a pleasant experience with the staff. The restricted hours were occasionally a pain, however completely understandable for the city and the safety of the building and the other companies. Our stuff was safe and only a couple pieces were damaged while stored here. The locker behind mine, at some point over 6 years, had liquids leak into my unit. It damaged a Restoration Hardware Metal Console table and a Very expensive RH floor Mirror. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and came up to take pictures and document this. She submitted it to the insurance. ( The insurance that was offered through Canton Self Storage is a scam, I cannot recall their name. They never contacted me to handle the claim. So I would strongly recommend carrying your own renters insurance.) Over the seven years of having this unit, when the billing system had a system change, or a credit card expired, I was always contacted to get payment/ update card info. I never had to worry that my items were going to end up on a chopping block. Which was a great piece of mind!! Also extremely grateful for that lady that was working the day we cleaned out our locker. She allowed us to change into different clothes so that we could comfortably drive 11hrs to our new home. The ground Maintenance guys are great people! Our locking bolt for the hitch snapped off. No auto part store or HD near by had any hitch parts. It was a Baltimore Holiday, one that I had never heard of in the 10 years of living there, that had places close early. The guy gave us one of his hitch pins so that we could reattach the trailer to the truck. Our items were stored in the south tower, that lobby area was always clean! A few times we had to go over to the other door/ tower to find trolleys/carts.

Great prices and deals. Contract set-up was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had one issue with set-up. They asked for the last 4 digits of my social security #. I assumed, like a bank, that it was needed for verification, but it was not. They used it for your passcode to enter the building. This is a bad policy. Multiple people may need this code and do not need to know any part of your ss#. Also, this is obviously stored on a computer and in a day of much fraud and hacking, there is risk. This should have been explained when asked. I changed it on the spot to use a family member's birthday. Please change this policy

Friendly staff, clean storage units, safe location. Has good parking in the back and a number of dollies. Will even receive packages for you and place them in your unit if you want! Only one elevator but overall great.

A clean and conveniently located facility, which staff that goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, and even come around to offer last calls for bathroom breaks before they close down their office. Highly recommend

The women here are always wonderful. They are always accommodating and easy to work with in regard to initial paperwork and entry to the facility as a new customer. They receive packages for you that were mailed to your unit. One woman, Jan, works her butt off!! She delivers packages to everyone's units on a daily basis...and these are often bulky and/or heavy. I think she needs to be paid more for this extra service they provide. It's not 24hr access but getting into my unit through 9pm every day of the year is good enough. Upon move-in, the Natty Boh moving truck is free to rent! You just have to top off on gas. Last comment, I think it's a great added security that you only have access to the level you rent on. If you rent a unit on the 2nd floor, you are not able to access the 3rd or 4th floors.

I have been using this facility for 3 years and my whole experience has been fantastic. The facility is always clean and safe. They have gone above and beyond to contact me if there is ever a package that may be mislabeled but they think could belong to me. Sue and her team always provide professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend using Canton Self Storage.

I cannot even begin to describe what a wonderful experience it was renting space from Canton Self Storage for the few years I needed it. Truly one of the only examples that come to mind where staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a positive experience. On-site management was top-notch, professional and friendly. Billing was crystal clear / no surprises (which is always a nice touch) and the units were clean and perfect. Thank you again to everyone at CSS I wish you many years of success!

Canton Self Storage is by far the best storage facility I have used. Friendly, clean, reasonably priced, 24 hour access, temperature controlled and packages delivered into unit. Always have carts available.
