The business staff were genuinely concerned and committed to my family having a good experience. Two years of storage and it was little to rarely any dust. Pest free and well maintained. I just left the location. Did the rental process online and thought I had to “check-in.” Ree is friendly, welcoming and a treasure trove of information and helpful tips. It’s Saturday and MANY working customer service positions make you feel like it’s an imposition that they need to help you. My Cube Smart experience was exceptional. Even Robert running over to open the gate for my 1st entry! I’m happy I was referred to CubeSmart.

Had a 10x15 for a year and it was a smooth move in just as it was to move out. I never had any issues with accessing my cube. I think the manager at this location, Aree may have superpowers because she is super patient and knowledgeable the facility is always clean, my cube never had any signs of mice like most storage facilities in the area and she is awesome with following up. This place is mouse infested and has mold. My belongings were ruined by poop and iron from the mice. Use only storage containers with locks or secure closures. I have to store the things I brought from the storage to my new home in my garage until I thoroughly clean and sanitize them. I’m very disappointed because they claim the unit is climate controlled.

Management has changed multiple times without notice to the customers, which leaves you pondering with questions as to how to move forward productively. With that being said, alot of concerns were left HANGING in the air; the expedited increase in charges for your unit, the exit gate being broken for months, the system being down in the office and not working properly to pay your bill, the parking lot having trash all over the place, the hallways smelling bad profustuisly, no carts being avaliable for moving your items....Things have since changed for the better! Ree, the new manager, has really been on point. Everything except for the gate situation has been resolved. I appreciate the familiar face, great customer service, and the property being run properly!

This place has gone downhill since Cubesmart took over. Within the last 3 months mice have taken over and chewed through just about every box I had in there. There was literally urine and droppings on everything. When speaking with management the response was "I tell people to put their stuff in storage containers instead of boxes" what kind of response is that when I had to throw so much stuff away? I took pictures of it so I'm hoping my insurance will cover everything.

The staff are GREAT, the security measures are very good for access to your storage, it's clean and when I found I needed a larger storage it was not a problem. I had to give a rating against other storage places, CubeSmart would be number 1.

Let's be clear, I do not like this CubeSmart on Brooks Drive however, Ree, the General Manager is above reproach. She has everything needed characteristically and professionally to run this facility but lacks the Corporates above her, the ones in charge, assistance matching her greatness. It is only because of her dedication to this place that it runs so smoothly. Hiring staff is one of things that is needed, she needs to have more dedicated staff like her to help with her commitment in making sure this place keeps up to her amazing standards. Corporate, please do better. Without her, I don't even want to know.

Ms. Frankie is an AMAZING account representative. She is well knowledgeable and knows my name by voice which is something lacking in other organizations. Mr. Mike who is the manager was very empathic when I lost my father this past July and worked with me through a rough time. I recommend self storage zone because everyone there actually cares about you and your storage needs... keep up the great work! Your loyal customers for life.

Mykeri has provided wonderful customer service since I started using self storage zone. This is the first storage facility I've ever used during a move and I will look for any other self storage zones in the future due to the great security, cleanliness, quality service I've received. The only thing I wished they offered was 24 hr access, without an additional cost. But their long hours make up for that.

Absolutely the best storage company I've ever dealt with. The first day, Miss Frankie really helped us out. She showed us three different size units without hesitation not attitude. Her and the young lady that was in the office, sorry I forgot her name, kept myself and my husband laughing. The rates are reasonable and the property is clean. I will definitely let family and friends know that SELF STORAGE ZONE is the place to deal with. Thank you ladies. 5 ????? hands down!!!

Great secured place with only limited on packaging supplies and transporting storage carts.Only one office staff mostly and with bays cameras,still lack of carts location do to customers not return them to the bay areas from other floors.Bad customers left unwanted items in the inside bay area;old matresses,kids: scooter,electric toy..etc.but,great staffer clean them up.

Best kept secret is out!! Today was simply awesome due to the great customer service I received from Frankie and her coworker. Frankie emailed all the information timely and called to confirm my appointment. She was knowledgeable and so caring. My unit is perfect and the truck was an amazing perk!! I forgot to say how CLEAN this place it.. All for under $60.00. If you're looking for a storage space please use Self Storage Zone!!

I’m so happy that I found this storage facility! I called to inquire (before they even opened) and Frankie made my first interaction a very positive experience. She is knowledgeable and she assessed my needs, then recommended a unit size. After we discussed what was available, she made me a reservation for my desired unit. I went to the storage facility on a Saturday, the day after they opened. I was happy to see that they followed COVID-19 protocols. They operate by appointment in order to minimize the number of people there at a time. Only one or two customers were allowed inside the office at a time. I observed Frankie wiping down her computer screen, our credit card and ID, countertops, door handles etc. We were checked in promptly and we did a walk thru to select our storage unit. We were very pleased with how new and clean the facility is. We also discussed with the office manager the great lengths they will go to make sure it stays that way. We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Frankie and Michael. We are happy to give Self Storage Zone-Capital Heights our business, now and in the future if need be. We have also recommended them to friends and family. Thank you!
