From the moment I started performing a casual search and navigating through CubeSmart's online platform, the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The ease of their site being so user-friendly and efficient, lead me to actually making a reservation. As a result, I then received a follow up within 24 hours from Nancy at this location's office. Once I finally connected with Nancy and spoke with her, she has been extremely helpful, professional, so friendly, and just added to my already positive experience. I have been storing stuff at this location pretty much since it’s been open. Place is clean and conveniently close to my office. Never had an issue until recently. It gets some stars for that. The unit I rented is a 10x10 unit. I called the other day to look at options of upgrading to a 10x15 unit. I spoke to a Preston? I specifically looked for a unit that was close to my current unit to make the transition and move easier. I was told there was a unit 2142 just 4 spaces down for $151. I was told that it could be held for 14 days which brought me to April 25th. I said that is perfect and asked if there was anything I needed to come sign as my office is only down the street. I was told that I could do it when I came in for the move. I get a call the next day from the General Manager at the location asking what time I would be moving into the space on the 25th. I told her that I would move by the 23 to avoid having double rent but needed to confirm when my friend could help me move stuff. I called yesterday (4/16) at 12:45 pm to let them know that I will be moving in at 9:30am on April 20th only to find out that the unit I placed a hold on was rented the other day and everything else except the units on the 4th floor. After a bunch of back and forth trying to figure out how a unit I put a hold on got rented, I was told that “actually units are first come first serve.” I asked to talked to a manager and was told she was the general manager. Who proceeded to tell me that it was her lunch break and will have to call me back and hung up. Very frustrating experience. Still waiting for a call back from the District manager.

I had an excellent experience at the CubeSmart Columbia Red Branch Rd location. I rented my storage unit online and I promptly received a call from Katie the General Manager. She explained how to use the two codes I had received from my online rental confirmation. The first code was for access to the facility and the elavators. The second code was for the tempory lock on my unit. I stopped by the office to introduce myself and Katie was kind enough to show me my unit and help me complete the initial set up process of removing the temporary lock and setting up the purchased lock. The facility is very clean, organized, and modern. Overall excellent details provided and personal care taken to welcome me to the facility. Thank you so much Katie!

I truely wish I could give this review 100 stars. Katie and Imani were superb. The customer service was topnotch quality! Very kind, patient and professional. They both took the time to answer my questions and put all my worries to rest. I also cannot say enough about CubeSmart, I absolutely love this facility. It is so clean and one of the biggest elevators I've seen. Seriously though, this elevator is perfect for large loads. Huge difference from the other competitions.

Cube Smart is the cleanest, most modern and state of the art storage I have ever used. And I have used many storage facilities for my professional equipment and supplies from Washington to Columbia, Maryland. The moisture and temperature control in Cube smart is impeccable. The administrative part of the Cube Smart is efficient, friendly and confident. Jason even worked hard to have some of my monthly dues refunded to me for the unused part of the month. Ashley was the friendliest, the most flexible and helpful as anybody could have hoped for. I would continue on using the services of Cube Smart.

The facility was clean and convenient. But (I know, never begin a sentence with a conjunction. Deal) -- saving the best for last -- you need to know that Tina and Ashley were great. The facility was spotless. And the bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere. Felt safe storing my belongings here. Knowing the facility is fairly new, I would definitely come back if is stays as nice.

Online check-in was simple. Welcome package and lock were in a clean and dry storage space. Hours were convenient. Termination at the end of use was touchless and smooth. Price was excellent. No complaints at all!

I made my reservation, signed my lease and finished everything online. Within 45 minutes of signing the lease, I was in the building, storing my items. The process was easy, efficient and convenient.
