Pam is very friendly and professional. recently, a rental at a very well known local storage co of a 10x10 unit was $160/mo. within six months, the rental unit was charging me over $250/mo, consisting of two price increases, without insurance. Cube Storage rental costs are well below other storage units in this area. the buildings at Cube Storage are also a decent distance from each other for easy access. no crazy or tight parking necessary to be near your unit. I give Cube Storage five stars!!!

Pam is great however overall management is a ripoff. I had my storage unit since it was Fort Smallwood Storage Paying $79.00 a month. Now its $155.00. When it switched to Cubesmart they went into each storage unit (no warning ) I just cleaned my unit out and My television, Vibration Plate and several other things are gone, clothes dumped on the floor. I called last week when I started to empty it about drywall falling onto my stuff and breaking it and now suddenly I have no insurance ! You cant rent a storage unit without insurance. Oh and it was fun lugging my stuff out over inches of ice. They have not even salted. Waste your money somewhere else.

CubeSmart took over a local storage facility. Within only a few months they jacked everyone's rates up by 25%. Typical greedy investment group. UPDATE - Indeed, allow me to update my "user experience" with the ignorant shysters of CubeSmart. They decided to replace all the unit doors. Obviously these were measured & ordered months in advance. No advance notice provided to customers. No opportunity for customers to be there & make sure their personal property was cared for & handled properly. They only bothered to notify us AFTER breaking into & ransacking the units. A Hispanic work crew broke into every unit. But don't worry because CubeSmart hired Paul Blart, Mall Cop to keep an eye on things while making note of which units have stuff worth pilfering. Anything near the front of the units was summarily tossed to the back. So far in my units I see damage to multiple RC aircraft, a loaded Sony 400-disc Blu-ray changer that was moved & left sitting at a 45` angle meaning the disc's have spilled everywhere within the unit, boxes simply tossed & strewn about. Who knows what else is damaged or missing? But hey it isn't their stuff, right? The crew couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess & debris, including steel, nuts, washers, & cut bolts left all about the units. No doubt flat tires will follow as the debris migrates to the drive. Our personal belongings were left tossed about. Then there are those new doors, fitted with cheesy & easily defeatable cylinder locks, secured with vending machine keys. Bored? Try a few locks & you'll soon find another lock accessible with your key. So much for privacy & security as CubeSmart can now open any unit at will with a master key. There is no provision for for customers to install their own private, secure, lock. Allow me to be blunt: CubeSmart sucks. I would say the place is managed by labotomized baboons, only labotomized baboons are more intelligent & would do a better job. Avoid these shysters at all costs. They do not respect customer's privacy, nor the security & condition of customer's personal property. CubeSmart is scum...

I Am having issues communicating with Cubsmart about the rat issue in the units. They eat everything, Urinate and defalcate all over! I have lost Property Filled an Ins claim, to be told Rats are not Covered! Cubsmart just tells me I owe Money, and that they are selling the Unite! The ONE filled with Rat Stuff?! The Five Stars in only for the manager at this place, very personable and professional. My problem is with the new ownership of this place one * who fails to put money into his investment by repairing roof over my unit. I have been using this place since 2007 and very little or no repairs have been made here except for the rental office itself.
