Highly suggest using this place! I had a lightbulb out in my unit and the gentleman working there was locking up and heading to his car when I found him. He said no problem, turned around, opened back up and he really helped me out. Thanks again for the excellent customer service!

I went to Cubesmart for the thinking it was better then my previous rental at another storage property and to see what it would be like to have my things stored there like, customer service, pest issues, and robbery. I chose this cubesmart location due to the fact it had indoor bay where you can pull up your vehicle. All was good but customer service sucked! Entitled Millennials.

Great experience with this location! The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were patiently answered. The prices are the best in the area. The facility is clean and well lit with plenty of trollies to make the move more efficient. I’m so glad we could check this off the moving to-do list ?

Dre is always amazing. From when I first rented out a storage to me requesting a larger one. His customer service is A1 and he really knows what he’s doing in terms of the policies, storage sizes etc… I appreciate all his help. Plus the storage building itself is well maintained. Exceptional experience - Dre’ (store manager) made the process and experience of moving into my unit easy & welcoming. With nearly 23 yrs of operation, the facility remains in great condition. This location offers ease of access off 175 (Jessup) & 95S. If moving into the Elkridge area, consider Storing here for either your short or long term transition, great business location. Keep in mind the facility is small compared to other locations, but it still offers manageable storage space for 2-3 bedroom homes. Definitely a go to location for experience, ease, and great customer care. Thanks again Dre for the assistance!

For this place specifically and the Manager (Dre), it has been a wonderful experience. Easy access, setup, and tremendous help / transparency from the management team at the location. That said, if I could leave a review for the Corporate CubeSmart, I'd rate that as 1 or 2. The fine print regarding regular increases to monthly rates is briefed over when setting up your contract via phone. Those increases based on other reviews & what was explained to me later, can be quite substantial, and seemingly shows the company having zero interest in customer retention. If that middle part doesn't bother you, then yes, I'd 100% recommend this location based on the management team, cleanliness, and ease of access.

I went to the storage facility for the first time today, with a loaded truck full of stuff needing storage. Sadly, there was not a single cart available, even though there were only one or two vehicles on the property, and I was unable to unload our stuff into storage. Hopefully this issue will be remedied quickly, because this is unacceptable for a storage facility.

I’ve been working with CubeSmart due to work,for a little over 4 years which has been good and meh. The Good…. During that time I’ve seen many employees come and go and most do not care to do their job. However, that was until they hired Dre’. Dre’ is hands down the best employee I have worked in CubeSmart. Always going above and beyond, cleaning and greeting all guests. Very impressed by Dre’, he gets the 5 stars. Awesome guy and an asset to CubeSmart. The meh…the ever rising cost of the unit. I have one of the smallest units and when I started the cost was around $70/$80..since then the cost has increased by $40+. Also it’s curious how drastic the price fluctuates between locations for the same unit. 5 Stars for Dre’ 3 Stars for CubeSmart corporate

The rental was super easy online. Be sure you have a staff member enter your code for you the first time. There was a glitch and I rented on a Saturday. I went to the office, they showed me my unit, but by the time I returned after office hours with a carload full of boxes, my code wouldn't work. It wasn't fixed until that Monday. Facility is very clean. Friendly staff.

Avoid renting from this location, they are very fraudulent and needs to be reported. A few months after moving in they raised my rent by 25 dollars 25% without notice. The general manager Dre or drew is very rude and distasteful in the way he handles customer concerns. Removing my stuff from this unit when I’m back in town

We were told that our gate code would not let us out past 10 pm but if we ran late just to call the emergency number and they would open it. LIE! We tried to get out at 10:06 and nobody answered the number. The people upstairs watched us on the cameras banging on their doors, honking horns and banging on the gate. They "just happened" to walk down 30 min after we called the police. The police said "they never answer and this is probably the 10th time I had to come for this" The fact that they didn't call the police for the way my husband was causing a scene makes them the worse employees ever! While the whole event was comical, I would avoid this dump like the plague!! Google reviews might not show it but it is CLEARLY an issue all over Facebook, trust me when I say we had plenty of time to read them.

On 8/29 I moved my things into storage, and had the privilege of meeting the GM, Mrs Leggings. She was very gracious and professional throughout the experience. I ended up needing a smaller storage unit in addition to the one I had reserved and she quickly tried to find one to accommodate me. Great and friendly service! Facility is clean with climate control. Multiple carts and working elevators made my move to an upper floor easy. Wide aisleways, too.

My experience at this CubeSmart was great. Fannie was extremely helpful and great to deal with. The process was easy, and I was in and about in about 10 minutes. Very convenient.

I've been using this place for two years. They've been helpful and very courteous. Today was my last day there and I misplaced the key to my padlock. Max helped navigate this whole situation and the only way it could have gone smoother was if I hadn't lost my keys! I would happily use their services again.

Best prices around for storage. Facility is well-maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Just arranged for a a long-term storage while I'm out of town for a year.

Warning. It is apparently the corporate policy to raise rates every year, no matter what the prevailing rate is. Currently I received a notice for $104, but the www site says the standard rate is $76. Can I just change units? No. Explanation, it is like the stock market.... the rates can rise and fall. But apparently mine can not. They need some better explanation then that. IF I go month to month, I expect the lower rate. No surprise, I will no longer be a customer after this month.

I was extremely happy with the help I received from Pamela and I am impressed with how clean and safe the facility is. The only problem I see is one of the doors to the loading area has been broken.
