But from the moment i submitted my contact info re:inquiry to completion of move in- it has been nothing short of amazing!!! Ashley and Stephanie are absolutely fabulous and made sure all of my questions were answered and ensured this move was smooth for me!! Ashley called when i inquired and really understood what i needed, and when i came in to start my rental both Ashley and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure this unit matched everything that I needed in a unit. Every time I needed to go to the office I was greeted with a warm smile and a positive vibe from these ladies. Absolute wonderful customer service! Answered all my various questions. I reserved my unit online and I received my call from Stephanie not long after. She was super friendly on the phone, answered all my questions for me. When we arrived the date I noted to start using the unit, Stephanie was working and greeted us with again wonderful customer service! She walked us around to show us our unit explained everything to us. Stephanie made the experience so easy and explained everything so well, she is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service. Always very clean. Management was very helpful. Main concern-DEFINITE need for more flatbeds to move your items. This would always affect the time I'd go to storage. Any Monday morning; you could count on Movers to take them all. For the amount of storage units; you need double the amount of flatbeds. I raised this concern every time I saw the older man-manager.

I have been asking for promotion to get some discount on my storage. Know what? They asked me if I have owned a house that will eligible to get some discount, really? What about people who aren't own house? I cannot believe how rude they did ask me that question. I am feeling bad for people who aren't owned house. Their prices are keeping increase and of course, the owner do not give a shyt about people with their hardship finance. I just spoke with the lady on the phone and she did not offer to help out. The manager David, and assistant Stephanie are very professional, courteous, respectable in their providing excellent costumer service. They answer all questions or concerns you may have. They give tours of the available units through out the facility. Keep's the entire facility very clean and equipped with any moving necessities you may need. Also, this is the first place I've ever heard of providing a TRUCK for a small charge to help with your moving needs. They're extremely accommodating to the client, and rescheduled service for the truck so it would be available when I needed it. Very commendable and, amazing to work with. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

I write a decent number of reviews and I usually like to write 5 star reviews whenever I get a chance because, providing exceptional service at any business can truly be an art. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars for this storage complex. To start, there are several notably good aspects to this complex. When they are running specials, the price to size ratio is truly a good deal. The units are tall and the facility is pretty clean and fairly easy to navigate. There is a lack of parking out front but, there is easy access in the rear of the facility with carts for use and surveillance. However, the space can be small and tough to maneuver in when there are multiple people unloading in one zone. In addition, there is a large lip in the accesses that can be difficult to haul heavier items over. That aside there can be a lot of convenience to the location and most of what you need is provided on-site. In the front office Dana and Stephanie are both very helpful and informative. They have a positive attitude and you can tell that they put forth extra effort. The man in the front office (Maybe Dave) is a bit less so. After my family and I unloaded many heavy items into our unit, we had some troubles getting the access door to shut with their electronic panel. When we went to the front office to clarify, he wouldn’t even look up, from his computer, to answer my question as to how exactly it operated. When he did, the answer was “It’s the one that says close.” As if he was insinuating we were stupid for even asking for assistance. It was highly unprofessional. Thankfully Stephanie was there to assist and explained to me that the door operates by pressing a particular button down for 15-20 seconds to coax the door into closing. Overall I’d say the complex is pretty good but, be prepared to maybe have a less than enjoyable experience every 1/3 times you visit (Considering the office). I would recommended that, when you go into the office, you ask for Dana or Stephanie to assist you for a more pleasant experience. But it’s fees are directly competitive with other facilities and if this unit is close to you, the price is hard to beat — all things considered.

So this facility was super clean. Great location. With a quick moving gate. The inside of this facility was well lit. It was very easy to reserve my storage unit online and David Cain, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating given the fact that I was coming from 2.5 hrs away and also working with a moving company. The movers actually arrived at the storage unit before I did, but he was kind enough to let them begin unloading my belongings before I had arrived to sign the lease and paperwork. He was also very helpful when I did arrive and showed me how to unlock the gate and talked me through all of the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place! It is very secure and professionally managed. They made my move from out-of-state so much easier!

This storage facility is very good. We have two units in the climate-controlled building. (There are also outdoor units with no climate control.) Access to the facility is through a gate with electronic access control. An additional access control is for entry into the climate-controlled building. The manager lives on-site and does regular walkabout to check the facility. Reasonable pricing and serves my current needs.

Got a call back from the General manager (David) within 20 minutes! To confirm and let me know that my reservation has been received and I could come in to look at the units 10'x 30'. ( I shopped around 6 other facilities before making my decision and none had that type of deal.... Cubesmart... you get 5 thumbs up for that! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.... If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have never met anyone so rude as the guy who works at the front desk. He was absolutely put out that I had the audacity to call and update my credit card number. He actually yelled that he didn't have time for this , sighed constantly and was rude the entire time. Clearly this isn't a person who wants to be working there.

I have been at the EF SS for more than 10 years and just changed and added another storage locker. This crew was phenomenal in what they did to assist and I am sure you will be as well.

We have used this storage facility twice ourselves, and other family members have use East Frederick Storage also. The staff is very friendly and the units are well maintained. I would definitely use them again if needed. -M. Martinez

I visited this property along with several others and found it to have the best site layout for moving vans and it was by far the cleanest. The mature knowledgeable staff was especially accommodating.

This is an exceptional storage facility! It's clean, neat, well-run and secure. Management is very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. We were even able to borrow their truck for a day! I highly recommend this place...best experience we've ever had with a storage facility.

I had a crazy schedule. They worked with me on access hours. Super friendly and professional. Clean and secure location. This was my second time using this storage. If I need to, I would use them again.

I had a great experience while storing the contents of a single family home during my transition to a town home. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the units and facility were tidy and well maintained. The availability of their moving truck, which I used multiple times over a period of seven months, was very convenient and saved me at least a couple of month's rent during my stay. The facilities location and on-site staffing approach makes it both convenient and safe. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends, family and anyone else needing convenient, safe and user-friendly storage.

Our experience with East Frederick Self Storage was extremely positive. From our first day with using their truck to move furniture and incidentals from mother-in-law's independent living apartment to our final closing out our storage unit, my wife and I found the staff and the facility to be most supportive. David, the manager for most of our tenure at the facility, was always most helpful.
