The customer experience at CubeSmart Frederick is exceptional! Anna and Kristen knew us by name and would greet us with kindness any time we came to the storage facility. We would have stayed with CubeSmart because of these two staff members, but unfortunately needed to relocate our RV due to the increasing costs. We were one of the "originals" but saw the price increase at least 2-3 times since day 1 of using the covered parking. We were sad to leave, but knew the next cost increase would put us over an amount we didn't want to pay. Anna and Kristen make CubeSmart look good!

Staff was helpful. Informative and everything they told me was actually true. There were no surprises. In the past. I've used other storage rental companies who always have some hidden fees, charges or policies that you don't find out about until they've already taken your money. CubeSmart was very upfront about anything that was going to happen has the possibility of happening and thus far everything has seemed to be wonderful.

Kristin and Anna are incredible. They work together to meet your storage needs between their 2 facilities and both give above-and-beyond service with their pleasantness and enthusiasm. A lot of times storing needs come up due to stressful events like divorce, moving, loss of job, etc. During a very challenging transition period in my life they have each been a breath of fresh air. 5 stars for Frederick CubeSmart on E South St! As we all know moving is stressful but Anna and Kristen were so helpful from the start of the rental process until the last minute of moving out, especially when I had to coordinate a freight trailer to be temporary parked in the lot while I loaded up all of my belongings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again! It’s clean (and new, I think the bldg is only a year old), secure, great proximity to downtown Frederick, and a decent price-point for a climate controlled storage building. Customer reps at the Monocacy Blvd in Frederick Md site are awesome! Courteous, knowledgeable and professional! The text message/phone number however I think has been compromised! I recieved on the same strand of messages a thank you from a totally different company, saying “ Hi, thank you for choosing Monro as the destination of choice to care for your vehicle. We would like to hear feedback from your visit and request you review your experience. Reply YES to confirm your consent. Std msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from further messages.” SO if I “stop” I will no longer Receive confirmation notice my cube smart Bill has been paid! This is a problem cube smart needs to look into!

Overall awesome experience from the first contact to my regular interactions while accessing storage. The facility is brand new and exceptionally clean. Anna and Kristen are the best! I've had a terrible experience with CubeSmart in Frederick. We reserved the largest unit with CubeSmart in April and specifically chose them due to the great customer reviews. After just a few months of renting with CubeSmart, we received a notification that they would be increasing our rent by ~25%, which is over $100 more per month. After calling the manager about this, they only offered a one time credit of the difference to our account, or they said we could downsize to a smaller unit, which isn't possible for us. BEWARE when renting a unit from CubeSmart. They have incredibly deceptive marketing tactics to secure you as a customer, and then they'll hit you with a significant rental increase shortly thereafter.

Everything went smoothly with reserving a unit and moving in boxes into the secure building. Kristin was helpful in explaining the process and was so kind and pleasant asking if I need anything to just let her know. She clearly takes pride in her work. The location of this CubeSmart is very convenient and the building and surroundings are clean. The area for outdoor storage of boats, campers etc is very nice.

We had been having a lot of bad luck on our trip to Frederick to haul our truck home to WV. The transmission had went out of our Avalanche and the trailer we brought was too small so we needed to temporarily park it.
