I don't understand why the phone is never answered and even emails go unanswered. I emailed the office to notify them of a package coming from UPS. The courier made 2 attempts to deliver the package between 12pm-1pm. Both times the courier listed that the business was closed. It makes no sense that no one is at the office mid day. It's also unprofessional to not respond to emails.

Not sure why no one answers the phone or calls back but then I realize it’s because apparently no one’s at the Jessup location. Went to the Jessup location twice and both times the sign was on the door saying that they will be back and no one came wasted my day waiting also didn’t get a call back after I called from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday regarding my reservation customer service apparently also reached out to the location three times and I still have not gotten a call back. Not sure at what point this gets escalated so I don’t feel like the Jessup location is robbing me of my money.

The facilities are very clean, there are double doors and elevators at several points in the building which made my loading process quick and easy. Carts were easily accessible and they have all kinds of storage space from small to extra large. Very affordable prices and you can bring your own lock. We were graciously greeted by Imani at the front door, as she held it open for our arrival. Being first timers at renting a storage unit, she politely explained all of our possibilities, then took us for a stroll to see different unit sizes. We stated that we wouldn’t start for a couple days, and she said that she could hold the unit for a couple days. A confirmation email was forwarded. After returning, she again greeted us at the door. We decided to go with a larger unit, and she explained it was no issue. We were so at ease with her hospitality.

I just moved in this weekend & had a very easy experience. Aaron assisted me in changing units when I realized I wanted a larger one. The facility is very clean (even the restrooms are clean & well maintained) and the security is exceptional - trust me, you'll want to memorize your personal code. I love being able to rent month to month & the rates are very reasonable. The location is convenient & access to load & unload was convenient with hand cars available for everyone's use. The only issue is if you want any kind of discounted rate, you have to go online. In store will not cut you a break. Settle your rate online, use your own insurance and make sure you tell them you have your own insurance. You will have to initially buy theirs and then cancel it. Really dumb system but ey. Cube smart is extravagantly expensive with unexplained late fees and very high late fees on storage unit and the manager of Guilford road is very rude to customers and doesn't care if customers are moving out of the storage.How can a late fee of a storage be charged 20% on the amount paid in the storage.When I compare with other storages around cube smart is unnecessary expensive and not worth it.I won't advise any one to use cube smart foe his or her storage needs.

I needed to exchange my current unit to a smaller unit. But on a busy Saturday they had only one employee. I had to wait outside office for a long time due to only one customer in office at a time. It was cold and there was no place to sit. ( i have arthritis and standing for a long time is very bad). I finally did my 10 minutes of paperwork. Then we had to wait for him to finish with yet another customer before he could unlock the new unit. The whole process took an hour and a half. Again no place to sit and wait. I could barely move my knees they were so stiff. They really should of had two employees on busy days and provide chairs outside office until covid is over.

I would not recommend storing here and by proxy any CubeSmart location. The prices are reasonable, and it is about as clean as you could expect a storage unit to be. They have carts. BUT.. Good luck trying to pay your bill. They are never in the office so you can either pay by phone for a $5 inconvenience fee, or pay online for a $2 inconvenience fee. Really frustrating that they are happy to charge a exorbitant late fee but can't be bothered to actually be open during posted business hours.

A bit on the pricy side but the facilities were nice. The lack of accessible stairs was a bit of a problem as the number of elevators is very low. My main issue has been trying to move out of this location, they only allow for single day moves so no drop off one day and picked up container the next.

This location cherges way less for superior storage and service, almost half of what others offer. I was looking for a 10x30 and other locations were almost $350 with no climate control while Storage Zone had an offer of 50% off for first 3 months 10x30 WITH CLIMATE CONTROL for $149.99. Not only that but I took the unit on a 26 of the month and they gave me that month for free till the 31st. Others would’ve prorated the price. To top it off they gave me a huge 350F Ford truck for free from 9am till 6pm and i was able to move all I wanted to move that day. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Also the staff is very friendly and professional and always look ways for the customers to get the right products while saving as much as possible instead of selling you unnecessary stuff. The facilities are spotless and paperwork gets done fast and efficiently. Definitely recomend 100%.

I was paying rent for a unit but did not immediately put a lock on the unit or store anything in it. While I was paying rent they had rented out the unit to a third party and was collecting rent from that person as well. They did not give me any notice that they were taking over the unit. Emilee refused to refund the rent paid saying they don't refund rents even if it was their "mistake." Her attitude was blatant and she was lying. I had another unit for which I gave notice to leave. I did not want to risk having anything to which they had access. Update: Another manager emailed me saying they were willing to refund the rent payments I had made on the unit they had rented out. Will update when done.

One of the nicest storage areas I’ve seen. Price was better than others in the area and the facility was a lot nicer. We rented a climate controlled indoor space. Facility is clean and well-lit. I was at the facility in Jessup, MD and at 10:01 couldn't get out the gate. Called a whole lot of numbers and finally got someone on the phone. After asking me a bunch of questions, she tells me I have to call her back because the computers went down. I called back for 2 hours and they sent the phone right to voicemail. Your website says 24 hour access. I left a message and no ever called me back. Finally at 12 midnight a storage zone truck came through. How does this truck get through after 10pm? Awful after hours service. Need better service especially if someone is only 1 minute after 10pm.

We just rented a 10x13 Unit from these fine folks. The facility is clean, new, and easy to access. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. The process to lease the unit went smoothly and everything was explained. The property seems to also have a fair amount of security, so I feel that I won't have any concerns in that department.

My family and I will be moving to the area in the next 2 months. We toured the facility and met the nice couple that manage it , Emilee and Brandon....One word " AWESOME " !! When we return, we'll be renting a unit. If you live in the area and you aren't renting from them....you're missing the boat !!!

Just joined today to rent a unit and I had a fantastic experience! The staff Brandon and Emilee were helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. They were a pleasure to do business with! The facility is new and clean. They even have a little music playing in the halls which I found rather delightful and clever. The premises is convenient and easy to access with my car. Despite the snow and ice that fell yesterday, the parking lot and ramps were free of any hazardous conditions. I am happy with my choice in selecting this facility and am excited to have more space at home in this New Year!

Well laid out access makes the facility superior to other local self storage. i will load in by pick up truck, but my load out will be on a tractor trailer moving van. Brand new renovation 12/17.
