Customer service agent needs more/better training. These guys are clueless, please don't have them train the new guy, they'll put all the work on him and leave him in the original building while, they go waste time in the newer one. Meanwhile back at the ranch, this poor guy can't answer phones, clean the property and do walk throughs for potential customers by himself.. Where's the old team..Cubesmart, sorry to say..you made a big mistake!

B. Byrnes, has been renting a unit there. The place is always clean, bright and open. We like the security that is in place as well. Anthony who works in the office has been outstanding. Complete scam. Pricing is not transparent. They give you a deal for the first month, then it’s full price. And THEN the price increases after five months (and so on and so forth), without notifying the customers beforehand about this change in contract or upcoming change in price. Shady, unethical, and lacking transparency. Shame they penalize loyal customers. Save your money and go to a place that won’t try to charge you more money without you noticing.

The personnel at this facility was pleasant and most helpful. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and was met with a pleasant and helpful attitude. The young lady whose name I cannot recall was especially helpful and offered me the opportunity to save a little more by paying the year in advance. I couldn’t afford it at the moment, but will try to put it together before I miss the deadline to take advantage of the promo. She and her associate both offered and shared the many ways to maximize my savings and get the most out of my business relationship with Cubesmart. The company chose the right team to be ambassadors of Cubesmart at this location. Keeping this team will definitely keep this location booked year round. I thank them both for a pleasant and easy experience.

Great location, very clean and tidy. The Gentlemen that help me get situated with my unit, Adam. He took the time answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I shared with him about dealing with how I have been helping with a distribution of a family member’s estate, not only was he kind he showed me genuine empathy for my situation. Adam ( I hope I’m remembering the right name) if that’s not his name, it was the only gentleman working this past Sunday 11/17 around 12-1 pm. Nonetheless I wanted to share my gratitude and appreciation for everything that he helped me with! A living breathing asset to your Company Cubesmart- it would be wise to continue to invest into this type of talent. Especially Someone like Adam!
