Spoke to an agent yesterday on the phone who was extremely helpful and nice. Provided some of the best phone customer service I could ask for. Had to come in the next day because I wasn’t able to sign my documents online for whatever reason and was greeted by Sherry and Nikisha. Nikisha was super sweet and funny…she honestly felt like home away from home. She helped set me up with my storage unit, showed me around and made sure everything was to my liking. 10/10 would highly recommend getting a storage unit with them! Thanks ladies!!!

Nikisha & Shari were very nice when I went to CubeSmart to store my vehicle! They explained everything well so there were no surprises. The area is very clean & I knew that my car would be safe there! My car was stored for 2 months & I didn't have any issues whatsoever! I removed my car when the office was closed, but I forgot to notify them. Nikisha called me to see if I'd moved my car temporarily or permanently. She was so nice about it & she'd asked if I'd made it through the snow! I'm from SC , so snow isn't something that I'm accustomed to at all. We had a good laugh about that! If I ever have a need for storage, I would definitely use CubeSmart! I appreciated the excellent customer service that Nikisha provided!

CubeSmart in Salisbury, MD on Glen Avenue is definitely a storage facility to rent from. Nikisha and Sherri are AWESOME. From the first day we met them, til the day we secured our "cube", they were professional and clearly explained every detail. No fuss, no muss. No need for crayons or pictures. Went today for the 3rd day in a row exhausted and tired from moving! I pull to the side as always putting my code and open the back entry way I then walk and open the outside garage door so that I can put my vehicle inside and unload. I back in I turn off my truck and I hit the button to open my back door. I’m inside looking for the key to my unit. I think I hear a noise I look around. I don’t see anything. I continue to hear the noise and I look up and I see the gate coming down I see the lady just her shirt and I’m thinking maybe she’s just testing the door so I continue to look for my key as I find my key. I look up. She’s locked me out of the storage I can’t get back in. so I called inside and I say I’m in the building and somebody literally just came and locked me out and they looked and saw my vehicle she says I didn’t see anyone and clearly my vehicle is there. My hatchback is open and I’m in my vehicle. She says I thought you were leaving. I said well I saw you walking away she says in a nasty way if you saw me, why didn’t you say anything? Why in the heck would you lock me inside or not yell out and say hey are you OK? Is everything OK? Why would I just pull into a storage and just sit there like she’s so unprofessional? I could’ve had a medical emergency or anything, but she didn’t give me time. I literally pulled in opened my trunck sat there looking for the key and she locked me out. I’m just so pissed right now I’m tired. I drove four hours and then after she comes to unlock the door she doesn’t apologize she doesn’t address me. She hit the button and walks away. I will never use this place again ever and I’m sitting on the side of the building now looking for another storage. Her name is Kesha and her professionalism sucks!!

Been with this cube smart for at least 2 years and have not had any issues, other than increasing rates. I come to my unit at least once a month and have never seen any sign of pest, until this week there was mouse poop spread throughout my unit. I emptied and cleaned my entire unit coming across several live mice…(I understand that storage facilities have problems with these issues) when I finished cleaning my unit I left the mouse poop in a pile so that it would be noticed by staff. The manager then calls me accusing me that it’s my fault for the mice. When explaining why I know I’m not at fault she proceeds to tell me she’s going to file for me to be evicted then hangs up on me. Horrible customer service!!

Rented my unit online since there was a deal going on, the site was easy to navigate, filled out and signed my paperwork online, got my confirmation emails, then the site went above and beyond when Sherri called me and left me a voicemail to make sure I got the confirmation email with all the information I needed. Then when I first went to the site, Sherri was there and was super kind and pleasant and helpful, gave me a full tour of the site and doublechecked my lock to make sure it worked, as well as verifying my gate codes worked. I had a unit here for 3 years. 2 months ago i Found mold growing all over my antiques I had in my unit and then the next month mold growing on suitcases when i went back. Clearly they have a moisture problem in there doesnt seem to be climate controlled that well either I see other people have the same issue. I moved all my stuff out and put it in another climated controlled unit with another company. It's also been almost 2 months and still haven't heard anything from their insurance company about what's going to be done about my stuff and they dont seem to concerned about giving me the insurances number either. The people are nice tho. I liked this place but the mold killed it for me.

They explain everything and it is playing out as they said. They continue to be great with customer service. Very clean , convenient and staff is always great. I paid for climate control and didn’t get that ,It is mold!! The bay doors were left open, one door was broke due to a truck smashed into it, other door had been forced open . I don’t know how long this had been going on or how long the doors were standing wide opened . I used CubeSmart self storage to store my college belongings over the summer. Overall, the experience was pretty good. Management was welcoming and responsive. The setup was easy. We went over the contract, signed, and got the keys to the unit. (Please note you have to purchase the lock from CubeSmart.) After signing the contract we were able to move in right away. I did not give five stars because the monthly prices were a little on the expensive side for the size unit I had. Other than pricing, it was a good experience and I would probably use their storage again.

My experience at this location has been 5 star from start to move in. We initially went to the facility to get information about 2-3 weeks ago. Jordan was our first point-of contact. Her hair was styled with my favorite color so I knew it was going to be a great experience! Jordan explained about the sizing of the units, pricing and payment options. Overall just a wonderful and thorough experience. I was sold and knew we would use CubeSmart as our storage solution. Next up, Megan. Just when you think the customer service experience couldn't get any better... BAM... her is Megan! We went back today 5/5/21 to sign our lease. Megan, like Jordan, was extremely friendly and customer service oriented. She explained the lease in detail and got us set-up with our payment. She took us to the storage unit, went through the lock process and the key code process. She pointed out the carts available for use and the exits. All-in-all, she was very informative yet very efficient. We were in-and out and this was with our questions being answered. I could not have asked for a better experience. We will be sticking with this company FOR SURE!!!!! Don't hesitate to check them out!

Salisbury, MD location: Megan was so extremely helpful with giving me a tour of the facility and answering all of my questions. She even remembered me a month later when I finally was ready to book. Very clean facility and well maintained. Perfect setup for unloading a moving truck with dollies and carts to use. I do wish they had complimentary moving trucks like some of the other cube smart locations. Once again,, can't beat how nice and welcoming Megan was! Definitely would recommend this location for your storage needs!

Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with Cube Smart. Megan, the store manager, was very helpful while teaching me to navigate thru the storage area. The facility is neat, clean, and well lit. UPDATE: Any past concerns that I’ve had were dealt with in a timely fashion and was handled very professionally. You can tell Megan really cares about her customers, as she personally reached out to me to help accommodate my needs.

We met Megan the store manager after we needed a new storage unit immediately. She was so friendly and helpful letting us see multiple units to chose what was best for us. The facility was always so easy to get in and out and to load our items even in bad weather because of their indoor loading dock. We no longer needed a unit after getting a larger house but will miss the friendly staff at Cube Smart!

I frequently use storage units all the time but Cube Smart was my first time with them. Megan was amazing and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions while she had a trainee shadowing her. I am very satisfied with my climate controlled unit and the pricing! I checked two other self storage units in a 20 mile radius and no one beat their prices here, esp for climate control units!! They are very clean and new. Thank you for amazing customer service.

I am so happy that I decided to go with Cubesmart and particularly this location. It’s so clean and fresh and the staff is amazing! Megan, in particular, made me feel welcome and comfortable. She made sure that I left with more than enough information to make a good and informed decision. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing and I felt that she was more committed to making a great experience for me than just getting me to sign on the dotted line. I appreciate her kindness, it made my move to a whole new state so much easier.
