From the point of calling from out of state to the day I moved in, the staff was really accommodating. My needs were important to them, plus more. I changed my mind about a location because it was closer to me, and there was no complaining or griping about the move. They even tried to get me discounts for the final price. I love Acorn.

Frequent and significant price increases after you move in. A year and four months ago I started renting the smallest unit they had available. I have had a 46% increase in rental fees during that time and have had several price increases. I spoke with the office staff and they told me that there is nothing they can do about it and I should continue to expect at least two price increases a year moving forward. The facility is solid, but feels a little bait and switch to me. I have started looking for other options for my rental. UPDATE: I sent my information in as requested below. Management rep called me and said they looked into my account situation and that pricing and was normal and increases were appropriate on their side. They gave me one more month at the old rate.

Excellent staff and communication. Auto-pay options available, but staff are happy to talk and discuss amy issue when I come in to pay in person. Just know that should you come on weekends to your storage; it's a one man crew so he is often inspecting the premises, not in the office which will appear closed. Look for him in the facility.

What a clean and safe storage facility this is! Mr. Roy Adams/GM and his staff were so cordial and helpful. They allowed us to compare the storage units to meet our need before we decided which size. Then they provided us with flat carts to facilitate moving in and out of our unit. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for peace of mind while storing away their belongings during a transition!
