Don’t waste your time going to this location. The woman who works there is miserable and likes to treat you like you aren’t a person. She can talk to you however you want but if you give her the same attitude back don’t expect her to rent you a storage unit. Save yourself and go to the cube smart near westgate drive. Much better atmosphere over there.

I can not begin to express my gratitude towards Jen who manages store #0878 Cubesmart in Brockton. My brother Gregory (was tragically taken from us when during an incident of road rage he innocently and unarmed was shot and killed). Greg had a storage unit at store#0878, containing what was left from his short 36 years in this world. The Store Manager Jen has gone above and beyond working with me to prevent what memories left behind in his storage space, being lost to auction. Just when I lost hope in this world and thinking all that is left of my brother would be sold to the highest bidder, Jen has been the divine intervention i didn't expect from this cold world and I'm truly grateful for all of her hard work. Pretty easy and fast. The young woman managing the place, Alexis, was efficient and kind. There was a minor hiccup, but she handled it right away. Only complaint was they used to have a truck you could use once when you rented. It's still there but it's dead and will be sold and apparently not replaced. Also, the elevator is freight only, so you have to load it, send it, then walk upstairs to your unit, but they do tell you that before you rent. Also, I'm told they are installing a new elevator that will carry passengers.

The place was not bad, but it wasn't great! The staff was kind and courteous. They would call with a reminder if a payment was due to help avoid late charges. But the place had rodents. I can see they put traps to help with that. But I found dropping on my items (I glad the items were covered). Also there were times I would come pay a bill during office hours and no one was there to assit, either because they were at lunch or They were helping some one else. I wish they had more than one person working there at a time.

It's always crowded there's only two base to unload but it's in an enclosed space so you would have to squeeze two vehicles to unload especially if you have a lot of stuff or you might get boxed in personally I do not have a lot of stuff to load or unload but I feel bad for some of their customers I definitely wouldn't want to pay especially when there's really no convenience besides the space

Horrible storage place. Lacks on hours and the staff is very rude. The lifts are always not. In use because they need to be serviced. They raised the price of my storage rent without notification and gave me a rough time when I switched storage facilities and still tried to charge me for a month that I didn't even use and my account was supposed to be closed and I had my lock. And told office I moved and they still tried to charge me but eventually it was corrected.

Everything good here, great place. HOWEVER, going in to pay storage bill I'm person is HORRIBLE. Maybe understaffed? Sometimes there is no on in the office to run in and pay. So it could take 5 minutes, and some cases up to 45 min. My point being that some people, including myself of course can not wait for an extended amount of time, which means we have to leave, and bill sometimes not paid on time. And Sunday hours ridiculous, but I can only speak for myself. Also since people are there for some length of time moving into, or out of there unit, there is NO bathroom for paying customers. So make sure you plan ahead. On a good note when I am able to be there in person, or actually get a chance to get someone on the phone, the staff is super friendly, very helpful, and I love the fact that they know me by name, and I am always politely greeted.

Nadia the supervisor is very nice and works well with people and Gary is a new employee and he is nice to he is still learning the ropes. They only have two parking spaces for you to unload your items on the dock so that can be really rough if somebody is already in there unloading or loading from the storage bins. They close at 6 on most days. The smallest Benz of five by five. It is better to call for us because sometimes there is no one in the office.

I currently have 2 large storage units in Dedham ma. They price very aggressively there, what ever they can get, and I was being drowned in debt, so I found CubeSmart in Brockton, roughly 1/2 the price, with 1st month free and truck rental. My 1st exposure to the facility was through Nadia @ the front desk, she was very friendly and helpful in dealing with a mix up with unit sizes and pricing. Nadia explained the situation to the regional manager Stephanie, and everything got worked out to my satisfaction. My next interaction, was a major screw up on my part. I pulled into the facility with a loaded 26' moving truck @ 3PM Sunday. When I got there I was told it closed @ 3PM. I was in a very bad situation. I had a full truck and 2 helpers who spent most of the day loading the truck. Either I could continue to rent the truck through the next day at outragous penalty type pricing, probably $200-300 dollars and try to hire some people to help me unload, and totally stress me to the max emotionally and financially. Bianca who was managing the office just got back after an errand. Bianca stayed after hours with no pay and, allowed me and my guys time to unload the entire truck that took 3 hours. Bringing my Sunday to a very good conclusion that I doubt any other self-storage facility would have bent over backwards like Biaca and Nadia. Their maintenance guy James also agreed to stay a little later to get me through a terrffic jamb! Two thumbs up for all three!!!! Really glad to have met these three, all very kind and understanding of another persons problems in which they took what could have been a disaster for me, and let me wonder about the humanity they showed me. Three thumbs up if I had an extra. Thanks so much u guys!

1) Had to wait outside for 10 minutes for them to open the door . 2) The storage unit that they had assigned to us was in use . 3) we had a 15% off special for reserving online that we never received 4) after the unit on the second floor was occupied they were supposed to give us the first floor for the same price because of the inconvenience but still charge me $20 more per month for that specific unit . 5) The people who work there are unprofessional . Didn't seem to know what was going on after doing an online application I had to fill out a paper application because the systems were down then when I found out a first floor unit was open I took that another 45 minutes till paperwork

After looking at several different storages for my mom, I arrived to this location. The facility is clean and organized. The manager on property Nadia was bilingual which helped out lot since my mom is Cape Verdean. She showed us around the facility, how to use the lift and even offered to come back and help if we get lost or feel uncomfortable. Excellent I will be making recommendation for this location. Very helpful having a bilingual person in there. I feel confident letting my mom go there without me because I know she will be well taken care of.

Nadia was extremely helpful throughout the process of opening an account during a short period of time. She exudes a positive behavior towards customers and has been very resourceful to me. She is genuinely concerned with customers needs and guided me throughout closing my account a few days ago. I will definitely use their services again! Keep up the excellent work!

The only thing I didn't like was that there was so many units at this location but not one dolly available for use. I only saw about 2 in the building that other customers were using. I had to carry all my items to the elevator and carry them one at a time, very inconvenient. The staff was very friendly and informative.
