If I could give this place 0 stars I would I gave it a chance and boy did I regret it rooms are not as told got a 10x10 that was like a 9x9, wet so you’ll deff have mold issues, you can peak into other people rooms from top of unit, it was dirty and being near woods they deff have field mice all over that place horrible I will never go here or recommend anyone to go best thing they have is customer service that is about it!

if heaven and a bank vault had a baby, it would be cubesmart. from the moment i stepped onto the property, i felt like royalty—nay, a GOD—gracing the most pristine storage facility ever conceived. the air smelled fresher. the sun shined brighter. the concrete? smoother than silk. the customer service? legendary. i half-expected them to roll out a red carpet and throw rose petals at my feet as i signed my lease. the storage units? fortresses of solitude, worthy of housing the ark of the covenant or at the very least my extensive collection of 90s beanie babies. climate control? i swear my unit has a more stable temperature than my own home. security is tighter than the white house. i saw a squirrel glance at the property and immediately turn around, intimidated by the sheer presence of high-tech surveillance. i sleep soundly at night knowing my belongings are safer here than in my own arms. if i could live here, i would. if cubesmart started a country, i’d apply for citizenship. 10/10. 100/10. infinity/10. storage nirvana.

I’ve had this storage location on and off 2x when moving. First time wasn’t too bad but this last unit I’ve had for at lease 3yrs. Pricing wasn’t too bad at first but it started to increase for a really bare minimum unit. There are storage units that has temperature control for less and a cleaner environment. While cleaning out my unit there were TONS of mouse droppings as well as 2 dead mice I found trapped in a fluffy rug I had (I trashed it). There were water damage to might furniture as well. After cleaning out my unit you can see the water marks on the floor where my furniture was. I’m trying to be more of a minimalist so I just threw out anything I didn’t want or had damage. I suggest anyone looking for a storage area please shop around. The staff was very friendly and helpful so that’s a star for them!

ONLY STORE HERE IF ITS SHORT TERM. My rate increased by 75 dollars after only 6 months. I wanted to down size but was told they AREN'T ALLOWED to give current customers the discounts new customers get. I feel for the 2 amazing ladies in the office. They have to deal with repercussions of their employers poor customer care.

Units are not climate controlled so many of our items were ruined by the heat, and we had to throw out a bunch of our things when moving out due to mildew and MOUSE DROPPINGS. The units are not worth the excessive price.

My rent went up almost $100 from when I started, the building is constantly robbed and no reimbursement if you need to leave early. I paid on the 6th day and was still charged a $68!! Dollars in late fees!!

I love the space and the access however I didn't like the hidden fees up front. You should disclose your mandatory insurance fee, As well as your one time "whatever" fee. Bob, your manager was courteous and helpful.

I've been with Cubesmart for 3yrs. I first had a 5×5 than noticed it was cheaper for a 5×10 when they wanted to go up on my 5×5. It's been less than a year and my storage unit went from $93. to $150. Completely unacceptable, especially for being a customer of 3yrs! Than when I go again online it 90-93$. I'm confused and fed-up. My unit is in Fall River, and for the past two and a half yrs I've been dealing with this price changes when ever they feel like it. The worst part is still online is the amount I was given when entering unit. Looking around for other units with good, fair prices, there are way better prices at place just as good, and that do not change prices on you twice a year. Definitely looking to move.

Booked online due to covid. Arrived and the facility is well-kept, with cameras all over the place. I did have a bit of a snafu- My confirmation said it was a drive-up unit, but I actually have to walk a bit to get to it. I was a bit disappointed and, let the manager on duty know. The walking distance actually wasn't bad at all, and when I was leavig, the manager, Nicole, came up to me and apologized again, and gave me a free lock, which was great because my unit has two doors and I only had a lock for one. Customer service was excellent and I would gladly recommend this place!

So I just have to say I never do this and rate a company so poorly, but I can't help this god forgive me !. My 1st interaction was a phone call to get the hours they were open There was a lady I spoke with on the phone 1st Colleen, awesome person very helpful and funny lol. So I finally went there to look into Renting a storage for my belongs in an upcoming divorce. There was this lady who showed me around and gave me some info that i wanted to compare to other storages I've gone to. This is the 1st time I've needed one. When I arrived on another day to see the units I spoke with a woman named Beth I think she said Locket or Lockhart, I'm not totally sure it was said fast , and I must say I have never been treated so poorly, so rude and honestly things that she has no business asking. 1st she was acting like a police officer and like she was paying for it, even trying to intimidate me i felt, asking me exactly what I was storing in this unit, how long and so on. Then we went to check sizes and on the way she spoke to other renters as we passed them and wow was so rude and awful to them, almost harassing, that I was actually almost embarrassed for her . I did want to try again because it is close to where I live so I asked my adult son to go back and check things again to make sure the things i had would fit in what size I could afford to pay for in a unit, and again he said the same thing that some "Beth" was there again and he couldn't believe the way she behaved and he and others were treated again he even had a friend with him say the same thing! I lastly called back and spoke with Colleen and she was amazing, very helpful and apologetic for my previous experience, it's unfortunate 1 person can push people away when the other workers try so hard. So I've decide that I cannot rent here knowing there's always a chance I'll run into her and end up giving her a little back of what she gives and I have a full time job, and a family. Lol. I really don't need the trouble over this. But I strongly advise you do your homework before you rent here. Point being this covid has brought out the worst in people and this was proof.

If I could give this location less than one star, I would! We have had our unit for 2 years and we recently were going to start moving our belongings out when we realized it was covered in feces and you could actually hear mice in there! Brought it to the office's attention, to file a complaint and they said they do not cover rodent issues because they are an outdoor facility! I have called the DM twice, left a message and yet a week later, still no response! So needless to say, having insurance on your unit is for NOTHING! Oh and the woman at the office mentioned that an exterminator comes every month to treat the outside of the units because they are aware of the rodent issue they have but yet fail to tell their customers. Here I am... pregnant and going near the units not knowing any of this. Needless to say this is going to be a matter that we are bringing to court because our lawyer is at a loss for words with this one.

Great customer support, she helped me get a smaller unit. Since it was another unit and name transfer I got February free. I haven't been up there since moving to a smaller unit but in April or May I am getting another smaller unit until it's all sold or I find some room in the closet. Donate, sell and only keeping needed items. Unit is a good size 10' x 15' and $45 cheaper ?? Great place to storage and love driving to unit outside. ??

My son recently passed away. I didnt know about the unit until recently. Was told if I came in with the proper paperwork and money by a 3/13 that I could empty out the unit in one day. Recently found out that if I don't pay by 2/27 they are adding more money to the balance. I was not told of this beforehand. And I just found out they opened the unit, took pictures and have my sons stuff up for auction. They did this without contacting me. I thought his belongings were safe there. And it looks like someone trashed the whole unit on top of it. Like dealing with the loss of my son isn't bad enough, I have to deal with this too. Very disrespectful is all I can say. I wish my son never rented from this place.

Great place, staff is amazing, only problem is there is people living in their storage unit, others who race their off road vehicles around the compound while smoking narcotics.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!!! I got a storage unit here a little over a year ago. I was in a bad situation that I had to leave with little notice so I had to put most of my belongings in storage. I paid for this unit for about a year if you're a little late they give you a huge fee and will not accept partial payment. After about 6 months of having my stuff stored there I slowly started to remove some of my things. My brand new bedroom set was ruined from being in here because mold had grown on all the wood on the bottom as water does leak into these units. I went to the office and spoke with the woman who worked in there to let her know that I had a lot of damage to my bedroom set from them being in storage she had told me that when I was late on one of the payments one month even though I came and paid the late fee and the money I had owed them they had cancelled the insurance I originally paid for and thought I had on the unit so therefore the items were not covered as I did not have insurance any longer.I don't think they should be allowed to cancel the insurance you think you have without informing you especially because you can never know if you are paying for the storage as they are constantly tacking on late fees that are different every month. Finally after a year of having the rest of my stuff in storage I went to go pay and before I did I called to ask what my balance was so I could finally just pay everything off and get my things out of there. I was told that it was $475 I went down there to pay it the next day after calling and finding out the price from the associate I was now told it was $600 and something dollars I tried to give them the $475 and see if I could come back the week later when I got paid to pay the other hundred and something they told me they could not do that and that if I did not pay within a week my stuff would be going to auction. I asked if I could speak with a manager I tried to sympathize with the lady and let her know that mostly everything I owned was in here and I had paid a good $7,000 over the last year to keep my items if I could please just give them the 475 like I was told by the associate I owed and come in the next week with the rest of the money she basically called me a liar and said there's no way it could have been 476(which according to my calculations sounded right) she didn't know what I was talking about and gave me the date that my things would be auctioned off.The only satisfaction I got in the end was they did auction my things off and I did have to go buy them through the auction and I did get them a little bit cheaper than I would have if I just would have paid my bill and that was after a bidding war with someone else which shows you how much they really rob you. Also after purchasing my own storage locker I went in there to get the rest of my things and found that most of the other furniture and clothing that I had in there was damaged by mold as well as totally infested with spiders and spider eggs and there was not a damn thing I could do about it this place is a joke they charge you a fortune while NOT AT ALL PROTECTING YOUR STUFF EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE INSURANCE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE FACILITY IN FALL RIVER I WOULD RECOMMEND THE ONE ACROSS THE STREET FROM WALMART THAT'S ACTUALLY INSIDE IT'S VERY CLEAN NOT FILTHY LIKE THIS PLACE AND NOT SUSCEPTIBLE TO WATER LIKE THIS PLACE WHO WANTS TO STORE THEIR THINGS IN A SPOT WHERE WATER IS GOING TO GET IN AND RUIN EVERYTHING WHILE THEY CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE TO GET YOUR THINGS BACK OUT DAMAGED WHETHER YOU HAVE INSURANCE OR NOT IT'S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND IT'S HIGHWAY ROBBERY GET YOURSELF A NICE STORAGE UNIT INSIDE WHERE IT'S PROTECTED FROM THE ELEMENTS BECAUSE NONE OF THEIRS ARE. I WOULD NEVER RENT A UNIT HERE AGAIN

I have been storing at this location for about 6-7 months. Such great experiences everytime I go. The new office staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at CubeSmart in Fall River. I was moving to the area and needed storage. Online CubeSmart had the best rates and easy online reservations. When I didn't show up the day of the reservation, Glenn called to make sure everything was ok. I explained it would be another day before I got there. He held my reservation. Once on-site he did a great job explaining every detail, he answered every question and was very professional. I would highly recommend Glenn and CubeSmart in Fall River.

Would like to give credit where credit is due. My fiancé and I recently rented a unit at the Fall River location. Miles Hamrick III was the rep we worked with. Miles went above and beyond to make sure we got a unit that was just right for us. The original unit we had reserved via phone turned out to be under construction and not in rentable status at the time. Miles went out of his way to make sure we got a unit that best fit our needs.
