The on-site office manager, Cory, was exceptional. I called late on a Saturday, right before closing. I had some things that I needed to put in storage. Cory was able to walk me through the online process and get my unit ready for me so that I could get into the unit that night. Such a relief and I commend him for his great service!

Myself and my family have rented from cube smart for 10 years. I had to open an additional storage for my mother when she got sick and as of recent been having a hard time with the payments but still always pay. When I went to pay two months in full which was owed (two month mark just had hit) I was told there was a lean placed on the storage of an additional 100 dollars eguch could not be removed which of coarse I could not pay. I asked of I could make a partial payment then another and they could not do that either. I am very disappointed especially how long I have had my other storage rental here which is in good standing. I will be removing both storage rentals and going to another place. (Leominster location)

I have rented from Cubesmart on a few different occasions over the years, and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I love the climate controlled units as well as cement floors. Dev and Justin are always very helpful whenever I’ve had to rent a unit, change a unit or move out of a unit. I cannot say that I was happy that the company had a major unit pricing increase, but Dev and Justin were able to find another unit quickly so I could move my things into a unit I could afford.

Good accessibility and a secure facility - the climate-controlled units are definitely worth it in this part of the country in order to preserve your possessions. But what really sets the Leominster facility apart is the human touch. I can't recommend Dez, the manager, highly enough - it's a real treat to find someone who's really courteous, helpful and caring about their clientele these days! When it snowed driveway wasn't plowed or sanded. Price was to much. If you have any breakables I would suggest you take them out of the units if it's outside in the winter because they will break.They don't take good care of property and driveway floods when it rains

Dez at the leominster cubesmart went over and above today!!! I was lied to and got the run around by customer service for over 24hrs! I needed to get my son's sneakers out of my storage unit and couldn't get in because they locked me out!!! I was told they would get the lock off the next morning which did not happen after calling and getting hung up on and disconnected they finally transferred my call so they wouldn't have to deal with me and luckily I got Dez who made it his job to make sure that I wouldn't have to wait until monday he was so very polite and patient!!!The man deserves a raise because he went over and above when he easily could have hung up or pawned me off to the next person like the rest of the company yet he helped me!!!!!! Thank you Dez and Angel for helping me today and making sure that I got in my unit!!! Angel also went over and above to make sure I got in my unit!!! Angel actually drove to Gardner and took the lock off!!! Cubesmart needs to realize they have some really good employees in you 2 men! I hope cubesmart rewards you both for the extra efforts you have made today!!!

We have been renting a unit here for a few months now we had gotten one to use for at least a year. Originally we agreed to pay an already crazy high price for our unit and then was notified by mail this week that all of a sudden our agreed monthly payment has now gone up an extra $25 a month… for no reason. I don’t think it’s fair to all of a sudden raise the monthly cost of something that is already a crazy high amount. If you’re in need of a storage unit look to see if any other places have an available unit and make this your last resort.

I'm glad I narrowed my storage unit search to this cubesmart. They are respectable and hardworking. The autopayment works without struggle and I'm even given a pdf receipt. I am also given notification prior to each payment. I have contact staff over the phone before and they have always been extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to another 10 months of working with them. My only problem would be, getting heavy furniture into the second floor is quite difficult but not impossible with the help of a few friends. Regardless, def. worth the price tag.

Ease of access. But there was one problem: was quoted one amount for truck rental and was told a ramp and dolly would be included. But in person the price was higher and no dolly or ramp. Also the elevator was broken so it made my move very hard. But Cubesmart was good to me when I had some late payments. That I appreciated very much as I am a disabled woman and I lost my job due to Covid19 so money was very tight.

I wanted to give a shout out to Juan Cerruti at the Leominster, MA 01453 Cube Smart facility. I was having difficulty with getting my storage locker door to close and get my lock on securely. Juan stopped what he was doing and came out to my unit with me. He was able to secure the door and even shoveled the snow in front of the door for me as I did not have a shovel with me. Everyone has been very helpful whenever I have needed anything or had questions. Cubesmart offers an easy, secure and convenient place to store my inventory as a Home Stager. We had the best service at this place. We got there about 5:30 they close at 6 the last named carri was awesome. I spoke to corprate before I got there and they seemed very cunfused by what I needed went ahead and made a reservation. With in 5 to 10 mins of me hanging up with them carri called me we got there and she was so polite understanding of what we needed and understood our frustration with other storage places in the area. She took us for a tour of the building showed us our unit told us the hours of the gates and stuff. We went back to the office did all the signing of the paperwork and chatted for a min and we went and moved our stuffed in. She was very personable and understanding I would recommend this place over other places in the area. Very reasonable prices if you dont have a lock you can buy one thats very sturdy. Honestly if your trying to find a storage place with little hassle go here!!!!

You'd think it would be a choice or the whole building would be insured and that would be reflected in the price. I use them. The girl there the one that lives there is very friendly price is a little high for a 5 x 5 but is the cheapest in Leominster and Fitchburg the lady explained everything that I needed to know And was very helpful

I can't thank Kerri enough for her perspective on customer service. It far exceeded anything I could have asked for. I had coordinated borrowing vehicles and my family members' time to move my belongings and didn't realize that I wasn't going to make it to the office at CubeSmart before they closed to sign off on paperwork and get my cube. Kerri reassured me it was ok and that she would meet me at the office whenever I got there, giving me her cell phone number. I called her when I got there after packing up all of my stuff to bring and she met me at the office and got me all set up. Great customer service is hard to come by and the experience I had with Kerri was beyond exemplary. I would/have told others about Kerri and CubeSmart and highly recommend. Thank you so much Kerri for taking stress away from my move.

Moving is never fun. Kerri Parks helped my Mom with all her storage needs and when it came to service Kerri went above and beyond any normal job functions to make sure we were properly hydrated and had a few hard candy from her desk. What a great experience. Kerri made us feel like we were part of the CubeSmart family. Thank you for your great customer service.

Staff is awesome. Facility doesn't have light in the storage unit. Elevator/lift has a 3inch step-up on the ground floor making use of carts difficult or impossible with heavy loads.

Keri was very professional and personable. She explained the product choices - asked questions to make sure it met my needs -- and offered options. I was given a "special" price even though I forgot to ask and did not see it posted. I have rented storage space in the past but non offered the conveninces of CubeSmart
