This property has gone down hill compare to the first day I moved in 3 years ago. They don’t have carts for the tenants to use to move their items, and when you have gone to the office the lady working is very rude. She says it’s not their problem and has the worst attitude. And now every-time I go the place has trash all over the place. Now they have the decency to go up on the rent by $40. This is ridiculous.

My wife and I just moved from FL to MA. Needless to say I have more boxes than sense. Spoke with a gentleman by the name Andrew. Super nice person and very easy to work with. Highly recommend his place of business. Look for Andrew and you won't be disappointed. Oh a side note. I'm paying half the amount I paid in Florida and a much much better facility.

You pay a good amount for storage here, and there's something always broke, if it's not the doors to get in, it's the elevator. The four carts are never where they're supposed to be, if you don't bring your own Dolly you're basically out of luck. It's one of the nicer storages in the area, but the management in this place needs to get way better....

I decided to move to Florida temporarily for medical reasons and needed a place to store my things. I was going to get a place a Public Storage. I highly recommend the CubeSmart in Revere. Christine and Holly are extremely pleasant and helpful always. The facility is kept clean and bright. Having the ability to drive inside to load and unload is a very nice feature. Our experience with renting a storage unit here for the past several months was perfect. Only rented for 6 months before price jumping up at random which is why i canceled the account but the employees at the revere ma location were very friendly helpful and there for their customers which was great. Unfortunately the other garage door to exit has been broken for months which makes it inconvenient to come in and out especially when theres a lot of customers also elevators seem to be down often. I do thank you guys for the help when needed and for very clean storage building but the price random increase changes and other electrical issues there must be addressed because this leads to loss of business and customers.

Floor 2 is split due to drive in garage type entrance being in the middle of the building. Numbers on units don't flow in any sort of uniform fashion. So be sure see layout before reserving a unit.

Reserved a unit here on 10/3/2023 and moved my items into it on 10/5/2023. The facility is conveniently located, clean and well stocked with carts. The management team was very good - both Holly and Christine were on site and were both super friendly and eager to help. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to them. A couple of negatives were that the interior exit door was broken (though the truck my movers used was too tall for the inside bay anyway) and there are some fees that cropped up that were not disclosed during the reservation process (lock purchase for one). That said, the unit suits my needs and the price is fair.

Meeting Cassandra and going for the tour was the best experience for us as she was personable and had a great sense of humor. We loved how she was from the start very firm on the rules and making us feel very safe with storing our items at this facility. We also loved the drive through bay to load/unload items for storage. I have used CubeSmart in other locations / states. The customer service that is shown is by far the absolute worst. One of the employees has the worst presentation, he dropped the keys and full on plumbers crack! I was extremely disgusted. When I went to sign the lease to my reservation, The manager was rude. The doors were locked, when we first pulled into the parking space she gets up and walks to the back. We wait and wait outside in the cold, she finally comes back and sits at her desk (doors still locked) acknowledged us but still did what she was doing at her desk. Immediate attitude upon opening the door, Typically you get a welcome package with a lock and general information about CubeSmart. I know this because again I have much experience with CubeSmart. Might I add I know of higher ups on close relations in other states. She takes the package from the unit, puts it away and proceeds to charge me for a lock. Doesn’t even ask if I had one which I did. She proceeds to state to me “your address can’t be the same as her” referring to my mother who as well has a storage unit at this specific location and as well has prior experience with CubeSmart. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say. It wasn’t until I mentioned my long time relationship with CubeSmart does the manager begin to turn her attitude around. This office continuously shows the most unprofessional behavior and it’s horrible. If you hate your job, change it but don’t be rude to people. Change of management is highly encouraged here.

When I first inquired about renting a unit here I was priced at $20 OVER the unit price that they posted online, only offered if I booked through the app. I had to contact corporate for them to give me that online price and honor their online pricing. (I threatened to pull my things out of storage to get that rate) On top of that, there were never any carts for transferring things to and from unit, I had to call multiple times for them to supply an appropriate number of carts for the amount of units at this facility. Annoyingly enough the elevators were consistently down and not functioning. Along with that the rear garage door that has been broken down for over 8 months, so if there are others behind you unloading you are stuck unless they wanna move for you. I originally had the highest, most coverage insurance for the unit, I ended up lowering it & because of that they raised my unit price almost back to the original that I already wasn’t comfortable paying. On top of asinine late fees, and other hidden costs I recommend you take your business elsewhere. 0/10

Nice place to store your things. Unfortunately one of the doors has been broken for MONTHS so you cannot just drive in and out (a drive-thru like before). You have to turn around and try to figure out how to open the 1st door you got through. So it's hard to get out if its crowded. I avoid weekends and end of months.

This is an update from my recent 4 star review. On April 30 I originally went to East Boston Cube Smart needing a space for the month of May. I am moving out of state June 1. The gentleman told me to come back or rent online on May 2 to avoid paying for the Month of June as I'm leaving on the 1st. On the 2nd I went online but the space I was going to rent was no longer available. It said that the property two towns away had an available unit so I drove up there. Before I rented the space there in person I explained to the clerk that I was leaving June 1st and didn't want to be charged for the month of June. She too assured me that as long as I moved out on June 1st I wouldn't be charged. Last night, May 29 I received an email from Cube Smart stating my June payment would be withdrawn from my checking account on May 31!!! I liaded up my car with boxes to take to my storage cube and went into the office to explain the payment mistake. She was a bit nasty telling me it was no mistake. I would be charged for the month of June even though I'm moving out the morning of June 1st. She came across as mot willing to further discuss the matter. I believe the first two clerks purposely gave me false information just to make the sale. I would bet this is standard procedure with them. To rub salt into the wound the big drive-through door is taped off. Both the entrance and the exit doors now no longer work. I'm a 65 year old cancer patient who has had two surgeries in the past year and now is being forced to load and unload from carts from the parking lot. It's a shame I have to say this but I say take your business elsewhere. Seems like they really don't care about their customers. UPDATE: The second door was fixed. First broken door still not working. I was charged $19+ for still being in the unit for a few hours on June 1st. Better than being charged $100. The blonde woman who works the office is so nice. The short & dark haired woman is nasty.

Switched companies without informing anyone then tried to charge me a late fee when my autopayment automatically cancelled because of this. They were so "generous" to waive my late fee just this one time. Now they've increased my monthly rent after just 6 months. Garage door was broken for months so you couldn't even drive through the garage without having to enter code manually and back out. Management will not do anything for you. Save your money and go somewhere where they value you as a customer.

This facility is VERY clean and they provide carts to help with hauling your things around. Renting a unit was very easy -- I was able to do everything online. Instructions were emailed to me, and when I arrived, I went to my assigned unit where a lock and welcome kit were in a bag waiting for me. I never had to meet with anyone. Just loaded my things up and locked my unit. Canceling was simple too -- I just cleared out my unit and sent an email. Jessica called me to confirm cancelation and I was good to go! Even though I was only there for three months, I received the free month discount the facility was running at the time. I have rented at some really dingy facilities before, and this one could not be any different. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
