We are forced to move out of the facility due to unfair billing. We were asked to pay rent for the month of March; we vacated the current unit in February before the bill became due. The 30-day billing cycle is not being adhered to. We stored for over 2 years at this location and simply wanted to close the current unit and move into a bigger unit. Unsure why Lexie and the District Manager think that it is okay to price gouge. They rather lose a long time paying customer who caused no problems rather than okay fair and by the terms of the contract regarding the billing cycle Beware.

I’ve been with CubeSmart for many years. The only reason I’ve stayed is because of the manager Lexi. She has helped me in so many ways! From staying later so I could pay my bill in cash, helping me upgrade or downsizing my units over the years. She has a Fantastic attitude, she is so friendly & helpful. Lexi, the leasing agent is knowledgeable, professional and explained everything about how to store items, access times, late payments and security. It’s helpful to know what to expect when storing personal items away from home. The place is climate controlled and very clean. It’s a new location so it presents well. The employee who assisted us was quite pleasant patient and accommodating. There one thing that is quite inconvenient is the sliding door that is used to go in and out. Each time you must put the code in to enter. Other places it automatically opens for easy access. It’s going take some getting used to. Other than that iit was unadventurous quite easy.

Easy to use, easy to access, they make it simple to set up your storage basically at anytime, and have everything ready for you when you're ready to bring over your stuff. Really helped us in a pinch when we needed emergency storage after our home flooded and we were out of the house for several weeks during repair/reconstruction.

Sales rep was really friendly & super helpful, especially considering I asked her to break down pretty much everything RE pricing to me. She even happily showed me the two different size unit to which I was considering to help me make my decision. The building is pretty much completely empty almost every time I go & they keep it very clean. There's no gate or anything to the parking lot, just code requirement for the front door of the building. They do have a restroom, but I've never had to use it. The nice sales rep even made sure to hook my up with whichever of the two promotions they had running at that time, which saved me I believe 10% off my monthly unit price for life/as long as I have my unit. She did advise that I can also switch to a bigger unit if desired without it costing anything more the prorated increase for the unit, but only if I request before the end of my first 30 days....So keep that in mind y'all.

If you need to storage space visit CubeSmart in Stoughton Massachusetts. The general manager is Mr. Gary Crosby. This young man is awesome!!!! He will provide you with the assistance you need to ensure that your items are stored properly and safely. I moved from Texas to Massachusetts and this was my first stop to store my items. After I didn’t need the storage anymore I conveniently closed it down. Well a few months later I realize I needed it again. So what did I do? I went right on back to CubeSmart and Mr. Crosby assisted me in reactivating my account. Well since then I’ve returned back to Texas. Thanks Mr. Crosby for all that you’ve done doing my time in Massachusetts!!!!

Highly recommend and will use again if I have further storage needs. My family and I moved from out of town and needed storage place in our transition to finding a place to live for several months. We used the CubeSmart location in Stoughton, MA. The site was easily accessible, clean, well ventilated and well organized. I was always confident I was not going to have issues with our storage items or getting in and out of the unit with ease. Gary Crosby was incredibly helpful in his role managing the property and he and other staff were always available when needed. It was clear he was well organized and cared about his job and his customers. I will be eager to use the facility again when I am in need of future storage space.

I highly recommend CubeSmart in stoughton if you’re looking for a storage unit! The facility is clean, secure and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it’s a multi level facility the layout of the building make it easy to get your belongings in and out and there are carts right by the door when you walk in. As far as the staff, everyone I encountered was so friendly! I had the pleasure of working with Gary, he answered all of my questions prior to coming and even while on site, and I had a lot of questions for him, haha! He was so patient and kind and looks out for the best interests of his customers. Thank you Gary! And for anyone wondering their COVID protocols are on point and they take all precautions.

From the moment I walked into the Stoughton site, I was sure we made the right decision in choosing where to store our belongings. Gary whom we first met is very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented, and the facility was clean, always had available dolly's and working elevators. Not only did Gary help in assisting with the storage, but but also aided my husband who is a diabetic by giving a snack. Jay is pleasant also and it was a pleasure to always have the nice customer service that both of these young gentlemen provided. Thanks for a pleasant experience in our first ever storage rental!

The day before yesterday I went to CubeSmart (Stoughton) to sign the paperwork for a unit I had reserved by phone. I was pleasantly impressed by the clean and modern facility, and the very efficient young man (Gary) guided me thru the process - including showing me the unit (I had only seen photos online). He answered all my questions and gave me a demonstration on how to access my unit without any need to check in with someone first. I will start moving in some stuff that is cluttering my house but I cannot yet part with, I just wish I had taken this step sooner. So far, a very satisfied customer. Maria Shapiro

I had an excellent experience. The process was seamless. He was very polite and professional. Clear on the rules of the facility and was able to clearly answer any questions I had. I also want to mention that I spent about two hours unloading the contents a truck into the storage bin .... and he was nice enough to offer me some water. I declined because I had had some in the truck but his offer was appreciated. In summary I feel he should be commended for his professionalism ..... he certainly left me with a favorable impression of CubeSmart.

They are friendly unlike other storage units. I rented 2 big storage unit for 2 months for my entire house until I found a new place. The faculty is very clean. The doors says to operate and biggest was in door facility for almost the price of outdoor. When we checked out they even prorated our rent since it was within a week of the next billing cycle. They got cold water bottles as well for our movers which was a nice gesture.

I'm really glad I discovered this facility. It's a newer facility located in Stoughton, right in front of the Bjs. Really clean, convenient and the unit options are good. I found a great deal, cheaper than many other storage facilities I researched. The loading area may only fit 3 or so cars at a time, but it hasn't been too busy when I've gone. The manager Jay is really nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend this place!
