By far the nicest and cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen! I truly enjoyed the convenience of being able to load and unload my truck inside building, with the door closed, and free from the winter elements. The facility manager, Tricia, was extremely helpful and a true professional! She gave great advice for the best door locks to keep all of my stuff safe, the best wrap for protecting breakables, and what covers to use for protecting my mattress and furniture. The best part, she had it all there onsite so I I didn’t have to go looking for it! Moving is stressful, but she made the storage part of it a breeze!

We needed a place to store some of our household items and after seeing so many positive online reviews for this location, we stopped in, and ended up finding out why. Here is another 5-star review! The manager Tricia was superb in how she welcomed us, asked us all the right questions about our needs, and explained the options and details to us. She was there with us through the whole easy process, giving us info and tips, and got us set up smoothly with an immaculate, brightly lit, climate-controlled unit. She has a great customer-focused demeanor and is really pleasant and efficient to deal with. The facility is brand new and very clean, modern, and safe. The price is fair, the location couldn't be more convenient -- easy in/easy out right at the foot of the Rte. 3 ramp -- and my wife and I have been very happy in these first couple of weeks in terms of ease of drop off and the overall facilities. We could not ask for more. So if you've been searching for someplace to store stuff, you can stop your search now: CubeSmart Tyngsboro is the place to go!

Here’s my take: my first time at this cubesmart storage locker I do like that you’re able to drive your vehicle into the building but it’s alittle tight on the basement floor entrance. And the key pad is on the passenger side if you’re driving in vs backing in It’s really a pain that you have to put code in everytime when you go back and forth from your car. How about you get a badge or tag so it’s be much quicker especially moving stuff maybe your hands will be full. the carts don’t have a locking feature on the wheels so you’re constant chasing it around or it moves on you or goes into the walls I would like to see also dollies among with the carts for like long type items in moving It be nice to have a small sticker or tag so you know what sizes the lockers are so you have an better idea the layout of the locker locations I like the light that are above the units but you should be able to set a timer because they turn off on you when you don’t expect it I would like to see a couple of outlets a different spots outside the units to test some items in my locker It would be good if there were adjustable hanger brackets on the wall it would be easier to store some items that way The threshold going from the inside area for your car to the storage units seems it could be lower in height because several times the items on my cart fell off going over them

I kept my items at the CubeSmart in Tyngsboro, MA while transitioning between our apartment to our townhouse. They were wonderful. The facility was clean, temperature was always maintained. We appreciated the large bays for loading and unloading. The staff were wonderful, attentive and always helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We used Cube Smart while we were in between selling our house and buying a new house. They were friendly, convenient, and knowledgeable when it came to figuring out the best size unit. The building and unit were always clean and well taken care of any time we visited. The convenient oversized garage doors and indoor storage was perfect for our move. It was a very great experience at CubeSmart in Tyngsboro MA. Tricia Hernandez greet us with very warm welcomes the moment we walked into the office. She gave us a tour around the building which was very clean and neat in every corners. And the moment she opened up the storage space I rented out, and right off the bat. I just knew it was the perfect size for all our needs to store my camping gears; my fishing poles; and even my snowboarding gears and the board itself, and would still have space for some more to store. Anyone who needs a storage space? CubeSmart in Tyngsboro MA is the place if live around the area near it. I am a very very satisfied customer on day 1 when I signed the lease. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I will do my best to recommend more people to rent a storage space there. As I would want to give it a 10 star instead of 5 star for review.

The General Manager at this location was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Made the process simple, straight-forward, and stress free. The facility is clean, secure, and fully functioning. I felt very comfortable being there and understanding the process of how to enter, vacate, and move around the units. The security system is also a huge plus. Trish, at the CubeSmart Self Storage in Tyngsborough, has been great to work with. She was very courteous and professional, taking the time to evaluate our needs and expectations. Trish, the manager was very helpful and accommodating in getting me set up with a storage unit. I walked in one day and got a tour of the facility which was very nice and clean. Ended up reserving a unit several weeks later and had everything set up ahead of my arrival, and the check-in and move-in process was easy and straightforward. Fees and insurance requirements were all laid out ahead of time by Trish so nothing came as a surprise which was nice.

This brand new facility is second to none. According to Trish, the GM (who is wonderful) I was the 5th tenant at this new building. It's very secure, well laid out, and has several option for INTERIOR loading bays - how great is that? Coming from a non-climate controlled outdoor storage facility nearby, this is a treat. Being able to access the building either via keypad or app and drive right in during inclement weather is fantastic. Getting all set up with a unit was very easy and quick, Trish showed me a few different units in different spots in the building and let me choose the best fit and location for me. I didn't know how much I could look forward to going to a storage facility!

I want to give five stars on this review where it is due because I am the first customer to rent at this new location and I have never experienced such great customer service from a great team of people that I met that helped me with my storage needs. Cube smart Tyngsboro is a brand new state of the art and very safe and secure facility and they have some of the best hours for access 6 AM to 10 PM daily that work with my schedule. I recently was using a place in Nashua at another storage company that was just awful. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. Here at cube smart they were upfront honest easy to talk with and gave me prices between the different units just so I can make sure I was making the right decision on the size that would accommodate all my stuff. I was nervous when I got there because of the treatment I got at the storage facility I was at currently . Trish, the general manager, of CubeSmart Tyngsboro. Helped me so much in finding the perfect unit that would be appropriate for me and my needs. I could not get out of my old storage unit fast enough , I literally moved in that night well most my stuff. This place has many different levels many different garage bays to unload at. The elevators are very big and spacious so I wouldn’t have to worry about being on the first level just to get something through the hallways comfortably. They have climate controlled which is in the main building, and I learned that they have outside units available also. I was so Impressed by everything that this storage facility has to offer! They literally have an app that will open the garage bay doors so you can pull in without getting out of your car in bad weather days especially. Also you can do all your unit needs on the app too. I cannot say enough great things about this cube storage facility in Tyngsboro I never been so confident that I made the right choice. I noticed on one of the Tyngsboro town pages on Facebook they said that this place was going to be a new storage facility near my condo. I am so glad it was worth the wait while they finished up what they had to in preparation before they opened this location. I highly and strongly recommend cube storage Tyngsboro to anyone who is currently renting a storage facility anywhere and aren’t happy or looking to switch to give them a try the prices I couldn’t beat The customer service was exceptional. Everybody was so helpful. Definitely worth the five star review. Thank you to everyone at CubeSmart Tyngsborough for all your dedication and help in assuring me I am using the right storage facility. **** Current Update ******* I am still at this cube smart location to this day and have not been so happy it checks all the boxes and then some. Recently I came into some unexpected life situations and had to make a few small changes and Trish and the team literally took the time to hear me out not judge me or have me leave but instead work with me not against me… I am very grateful and pleased that I was able to be treated like family and not a dollar sign.
