Jen is wonderful, explained and gave me a wonderful tour. I felt confident in protecting my items. She also gave great tips on how to load my items in and out. Just be aware of the times, you would be able to leave the facilities after 10pm unless you give a call to there 1800 number. Actually had that happen to me and was able to get out no problem but could imagine it being a hassle if your can’t get in touch with anyone

Horrible customer service, the manager, she is a blonde omg she is a totally disrespectful person and I could say violent when speaking. My family and I had these stores for more than 7 years and although the prices went up and up we still kept it because it was a good place but after experiencing this mistreatment from this woman we decided to go to another store location that is nearby. I really don't recommend this place to anyone who is Hispanic.

Very patient, friendly and helpful store manager, at this facility, explained in very clear terms everything I need to be aware of before and after renting a storage room. Showed me the exact storage room that has been assigned for me before signing the month to month lease. Explained the access protocol. Very clean facility. Professionally managed. Phone app access and account maintenance. . Very reasonably priced climate controlled storage. Convenient location. I am a happy customer.

My experience this year was awful. Since they changed employees everything was an issue. We have been coming there for years. All of a sudden this year everything that was offered all the other years was not offered this year. And the excuse was that all of that shouldn’t have been offered before. They give a discount for new clients but absolutely nothing for people that have been customers for years. That makes no sense at all.

The rates increased immediately after the first year and a third of my belongings were destroyed by mice, even though it was a climate controlled unit on the second floor. Completely dissatisfied. Do not recommend.

First, I loved the local managers, Matt, Erica and others! And their regional managers were also good folks. Plus their climate control was as promised. But I’m giving CubeSmart only one star because of the distractingly aggressive price hikes mandated by senior management. They even did this through the pandemic, when their business was one of the least likely to be affected by the prohibition of people gathering. In the end, they were charging me $397 a month, which compounded the already negative experience of the previous rate hikes. It was actually less painful to move everything out of there, sort it, and drag the remainder to another storage facility than It would’ve been to stay there for convenience.

Nails/screws everywhere! They never sweep! I had to plug three of my tires within a week. They also didnt shovel the snow for 3days leaving no access to my storage unit. The gate is never secured. Not to mention the sink holes on site... might just swallow your car. Take this into consideration! Good luck!

I always had to move my racing bike out of the way to access my unit. As I was sorting and consolidating for a move out of state, and it was raining, I inadvertently left my $1,500 racing bike leaning against an adjacent unit. Your staff found it, secured it, and returned it to me. This was at the Walpole, MA location.

I’ve only been in the storage unit 4 months and they’ve already raise the rent! If I had any indication that this would have happened, I would have gone elsewhere. Most places guarantee the rent for a year! I would suggest you ask before you sign, as there are cheaper options. Disgusted

I have dealt with two managers....Ken Regan initially and then Derek Green. Both were terrific in helping me get registered and throughout my whole experience. I rented Units 3041, 4054 and then a smaller unit, 6013 for a shorter period of time. Tina in Customer Service was terrific in helping me vacate my smaller unit in 6013 yesterday. Derek called me today to ensure that all was well and correct. Overall, a "Terrific" and painless experience. When I first called about the process to rent & move in & multiple follow up calls (complicated situation coming from out of state) he was always patient, informative & reassuring. When I came in person and all subsequent visits he knew who I was before I had a chance to say. Normally I wouldn't leave such a detailed review - but he really is an amazing employee & person! The CubeSmart in Walpole, Ma. 02081, has had me go back to them as a customer these last 5 years. I have stored my SUV with them for many reasons. My first attraction is just how nice the employee's are. And one that comes to mind is Matt, and a close second with any employee that I ever dealt with. The usual rented space that I need is the 10 X 20 for my 6 months of winter storage. The inside of any area that I have ever rented out has always been so clean. The entire grounds and office is really what I notice and have seen since I first became a customer. It is the only place that I use in my area. I bypass the other towns nearer to where I live, because I will only use this CubeSmart in Walpole. Even though, there are other places that have rental storage closer to me, but none as good as CubeSmart. The cleanliness alone keeps making me go back. And certainly also with Matt, and his great service to his customers. A company is only as good as its people. And CubeSmart in Walpole, Ma. has the greatest employee's. And always go that extra mile for you. They truly are an asset to the CubeSmart. My personal use is using it as a garage. I rent it out from Nov.1st ' 2020 ' to April 1, ' 2021 '. If a major snow storm is coming here to New England, I head over to the CubeSmart and have my car protected and no shoveling for the winter months. Once a storm is over, I go back and get my SUV and repeat the process as needed. I am very grateful to be able to use your service. As a senior citizen, it takes the worry out of the winter months of shoveling snow and trying to remove sleet and freezing rain. CubeSmart, solves my problems with much appreciation. Dee

I can't say enough good things about the service my husband and I received from Matt and Mike at Cube Smart Walpole.They showed us several options inside and out. We choose an inside climate controlled space. We noticed the space was a little dusty inside but. when we went back the next day to put our lock on the unit the space was totally cleaned top to bottom. I also used the bathroom in the office and it was one of the cleanest facilities that I have ever used. Matt and Mike were highly personable and knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them.

Really good storage facility! Honest pricing and good storage lockers. I had no troubles moving my stuff. Matt was really helpful and friendly with answering my questions. I reserved my storage locker online first (there was a deal) and that's exactly what I got. If you're thinking about renting a locker here I definitely recommend it!

Superb customer service as my girlfriend and I moved in the other day by Matt, he went over all the details point by point to make sure there was no hidden charges or surprises, I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing space, go rent with Matt and see how outstanding he is at what he does, I also used to rent with the previous owners and ended up leaving them to go to a different facility as the old place was unsecure and trashy, I was looking online to leave the current place I have as I kept getting rate changes every other month and saw this place again "Cubesmart" now and was looking for a place with good reviews and I saw someone else comment about how much this place has changed, so I decided to go back and take a look, I can say it is a major change and there is a gate now too! Cubesmart has made major improvements to this place! Thank you again Matt and Catherine!

Reserved unit on website which listed price at $96.90 for the unit I was interested in. When I visited the office, I was charged a different price, $114.75. Even though I reserved online, the location didn't honor the price listed in their online promotion. $24.00 admin fee was added (which seems like an industry add-on standard) but then told I had to take insurance against theft, fire & damage (minimum $12.00 / mo.) I asked if fires, burglaries and leaking was common in the units and I was assured that none of those things had ever happened, but I still had to take out the insurance. The clerk who helped me was pleasant enough but seemed new. Several times he had to ask for clarification on procedure and had to call his coworker away from the back of the office where he was watching something on the general manager's cell phone. It was very unprofessional and gave me the impression that the new kid was doing all the work while the other two were just sitting around. The security gate doesn't go down and is left in the up position at all times making the location accessible to anyone who wants to drive in and check the place out. This makes me very uncomfortable so my mandatory insurance may come in handy. Summary: unsecure facility, poor management, bait-and-switch pricing.

On Saturday August 13 we moved our house furniture into 3 cubes. Catherine Harger could not have been more helpful as we changed cubes twice when we added an additional 5x10 one! This all happened later in the day when she should have been closing the office but she was happy to help and didn't seem bothered at all.
