Online reservation, price, and check in process was very easy and convenient. I realized at the end of a move that I needed more space and was able to reserve and fill a unit same day on a Saturday. There are 3 carts available for use, and the location is easy from downtown Woburn.

I really wish I could remember which location Andrew works at. In any case, the on site personnel were out and he was covering down for a brief period from another location. Really friendly, patient, and a genuine pleasure to be around. I can't speak to the personnel that service this location, but the customer service today was first rate. Thanks again for getting the family and I set up and on our way so quickly.

I originally praised this facility as the manager at the time was super helpful. I now have to change my review since the manager that was super helpful is no longer there. Now horrible. I rented a second unit and the day I came to move in the elevator was NOT working. I called customer service since No one is ever at the facility anymore. They said that the manager would come to check out the elevator and assist me. No one showed up. I called customer service again since my unit was on second floor and I requested a refund. They told me someone would contact me. The next day I called again and they were able to get the manager on the line. She immediately came on the line hit! Her first words were not even a greeting. Just a question... sge asked " when you signed the lease you were able to get in the building right?" To which I replied yes but not able to move in my unit. I had to use a different company and I would now like a refund as I requested it the day I paid and signed the lease. Per their company policy a refund can be given only the day of the initial signing if lease and payment to move in. The manager said " I'm just the manager I need to speak with my boss to see if I can refund d this". I don't understand why this is so difficult. I paid I cNe to move in. I was not able to. I gave them a few hours to arrive at the site to no avail and now since I couldn't move in I want a refund. I'm still waiting. I am appalled. I will be canceling my current unit and will now be using a different company for both my units. Worst customer service ever. Don't go here! I had to give 1 star but I wish I could have given 0!

Zero stars. Our unit was broken into TWICE in 6 months. The door was kicked in while the only person present in the building was the general manager Adam. We lost thousands in belongings. Police reports filed for all incidents. The thieves were removing wall panels! The lower level was flooded for days because the manager didn't clean the drainage grates outside that were covered in leaves (even after we pointed them out). The keypads stopped working for months so they just left the doors unlocked 24/7. The garage door bay was stuck open for weeks. The elevators work sometimes (but not always). The lights in my unit stopped working and they refused to fix them. There used to be four carts now there is only one. The list can go on. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Very disappointed. Issues included: broken keypad with no communication about this situation; multiple times arriving to find main garage door left open; struggle to access carts; claim from staff that the building circulates "swamp air" with little care for customers' posessions being exposed to fluxuations in heat and humidity. All of this for a high rental cost.Very glad to have concluded our rental. Do NOT recommend, sadly.

The Woburn cubesmart is the most horribly run storage facility I’ve ever used. For nearly 2 years often on the elevator was broken at one point for six months. I went one night at 6:30 PM and everything was shut down. I could not get into my unit. Even though their card says open 6 AM to 10 PM. I removed all of my belongings recently. It would never go back do yourself a favor find a better place.

The Woburn facility is not in proper working order. The facility is left open due to issues with keypad and garage door since March of this year. My unit was overlocked twice for no reason. They only have one cart instead of four, which makes moving in and out impossible if someone is using the only cart. I worked in the storage industry for five years starting as a site manager and ending as a Senior District Manager. This is unacceptable business practice. I do not recommend this facility.

In the process of moving our property out of this facility. There was flooding the occurred over the summer and the key pad into the facility has been broken for months. This has meant an open door to the public and the property is no longer secure leading to theft in units. There has been mold found on items in my unit due to the moisture in the building and I have been unable to get in contact with anyone to ask about how to file an insurance claim.

HIGHLY suggested storage ! smaller building so it is clean and quiet. Elevators work. and no acess issues. I have been here almost 7 years . My wife uses a walker so we had to move to lower level . Adam helped with that a few months ago and was very informative.

3 years of storing items at the facility an antique couch and wool rug were destroyed by a moth infestation. 6 months after reporting the issue pest control was done. One month after reporting the issue pheromone traps were placed in the unit. The certified letter stating you evicting me was a day later than the unit slipped under the unit door. And you have illegal kept my prepaid rent. I also paid for a climate controlled unit and only in the last month was a thermometer present which shows you were not adhering to climate control steer Clear of Cubesmart especially 55 Salem St in Woburn. Also, no pest damage is covered with under their bogus self insurance.

Do not use this company. Greedy, steal your money and no working elevator they don’t tell you about until you purchase then won’t give a refund and force you into A larger unit to pay more simply because you can’t physically go up and down the stairs. Raise their prices significantly. They don’t appreciate loyal customers all they want is more money. Go with anyone else. Extra space storage was always good to me and I should have went with them. This company ended up costing me a fortune! And the management was unprofessional and not understanding at all. Couldn’t have cared less about his job or the people that paid their u it’s to help him keep it.

Reserving the space was super easy, and check-in online was great. However, when I got to the facility there were three issues: -the elevator was not operational and no one warned me of that in advance. We had to carry some heavy furniture up three flights of stairs -the office hours on the website says they are open on Sundays and they are not. I have additional items I want to put in storage but I don’t even want to use the unit with a broken elevator. -our unit has a pole through the middle of it. Not that it’s that big but it still takes up space. That should have been clear during the time of booking

Same issue as Claudine mentioned. The elevator is out of service for months. I called them tons of times but still no one tell me when it will be fixed and if there is any other solutions. They still charge me!!! I have a new apt and have to move in. So after waiting for a month I finally paid a moving company hundreds of bucks to help me move since my unit is on the third floor and no way for me to move out by myself. I’ll never use cubesmart again!!!

Cube smart in Woburn is the worst. The elevator has been out of service for about 3-4 months. My unit is on the 3rd floor and nothing I can do but lug my stuff up and down the stairs. I want to move out and I can’t. They have done nothing to repair the elevator. I am beyond pist off. They should of sent out an email to all customers making them aware of the elevator issue. I filled a cart with my things walked down to find it out of order. Customers not notified. had to make numerous trips up and down the stairs. I am still being charged rent. I am so done and out of here soon as the elevator is repaired. Who knows when that will be. Terrible company!!!!

So far my experience has been really good. Austin was very helpful and I was able to reserve a space online. When I got there and realized it was too small for my needs he showed me another space that worked better. My only concern is seeing rodent control around the property but I also realize that is better than actually seeing rodents and having them get in my stuff! Overall I am pleased as they are clean well lit spaces with easy access and competitive pricing.

Elevator was out of service after we called twice on previous two days to verify the move. Corporate in Penn was not aware but could not contact a service company to fix it. The desk clerk was not the least bit helpful and finally we incurred an additional hours labor on the moving charges because everything had to be carried down 3 flights of stairs. I will NEVER use this company again!

CubeSmart bought the owners of this storage unit facility I had been renting from for a year which had limited hours of operation. The new convenience of the longer hours seven days a week really helped my schedule. They also kept the same pricing and didn’t increase my monthly payment which some new companies do when they come in and buy another company. Thank you very much, CubeSmart! I would recommend your company to anyone. The front desk gentleman was also excellent and very friendly to deal with. He was glad to help. What a nice feeling it was to get good service! He deserves a raise!!
