Constant rate increases, trash everywhere— inside the facility and in the parking lot— and no maintenance whatsoever. I requested that the bulbs in the overhead lights near my unit be changed multiple times over a year ago. The bulbs still have not been changed, so I have to access my unit in total darkness.

The worst thing is the Constant rate increase. I have been there over a year and have had 3 of them. Big increases. They know especially this time of year you don't wanna move. So get ready for that. They have constant turn over at there locations. And the bathrooms are hit and miss. They can go weeks without soap, paper towel or being cleaned. The place looks nice and clean but don't count on the rate you sign up for for very long. Last. The key codes where down for over a month. Doors not working proper. Not very secure during that time.

Needed to relocate in a pinch because there was a fire at my previous facility and I was asked to vacate. I couldn't have found a better place than CubeSmart. It's a modern facilty, clean and accomodating and the rates are very, very reasonable. It's also within walking distance of my apartment which is a huge plus from a convenience perspective. Shout out to Ms. Jeeda, who processed my account and got me setup and ready to go. She was amazing.

This is/was a “spring cleaning” unit & although this would not necessarily be a “repeat purchase” for this storage space - if the need should arise again I would be strongly inclined towards choosing CubeSmart and recommending them to others. The professional charm & efficiency coupled with my buying experience was equally as positive as I had expected. Jedda was Very respectfully - she carefully reviewed the lease agreement throughly; she promptly explained the terms of the contract and what my responsibilities All levels of moving are stressful to say the least. However, she made the experience less difficult to manage .

It was very easy to get information in order to make an informed decision on what size unit I would need. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. I’m new too storage facilities, so I was given an informative tour. Processing the paperwork online was quick and efficient. The facility is neat and clean, and the location is good.

I was thrilled at the cleanliness, spacious storage unit (with two doors!) and the environment of the CubeSmart Self Storage, inside a temperature controlled building… not to mention the assistance from the two wonderful people that worked there! I more than highly recommend placing your “life-loved” belongings in such a safe environment. The loading dock, carts and clear hallways made it easy to access my unit without any trouble at all. Great place and safe, too!

Not happy. The monthly price has gone from 2020 fall price $140s to $234 this summer. I’ve twice tried to get in to store some things; the door by my unit has an out of order sign. (Sept.17)So am unable to drive inside to do storage. Still out of order(Dec.4)and being billed $702 instead of $420s for threemonths. Not a happy customer yet

5x9 unit, $153/month, they re-enrolled me in auto pay, charged me for a month I wasn't there & assured me they'd refund it. A week later, still no refund. In the 6 months I rented here there were 2 changes of ownership, no one ever answers the phone, or is in office during hours. Complete joke, rent anywhere else.

The property was amazing clean and no garbage laying around. If you want no problems with your valuables being stored chose storage sense. I was in one of the largest units on the property and I never had to worry about my stuff there. Everyone I visited my unit it was always clean and neat there. I was indoors with the temperature always pleasant inside with the A/c and heat that they supplied. BETH the property manager was the nicest manager ever always there and working from showing units to mopping floors everyday. She is kind respectful of all the tenets needs. She is one in a million the best out there. If you don’t believe me just either call her on the phone or visit the Harper location in Clinton twp mi and you will be amazed by the way you are treated by Beth. Even if you don’t rent a unit or if you are renting a small unit or large unit she will treat you with respect and like you own the place. Go ahead give it a chance guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Beth for all your hard work and being a amazing property manager and taking suck good care of the facility. Jim

Called a few storage places and all of the responses were “business as usual” type information and pricing and there wasn’t much available, so I was getting a bit frustrated. Then I called Storage Sense and I got a completely different experience right from the start. Beth was extremely patient with all of my OCD questions and presented herself as kind as they come. We came in to see these things up close and found it to be clean and well ventilated, not to mention the ability to be protected from the weather from vehicle to your unit. Beth took plenty of time to show us around and explain things that you would never think to ask about storage units. Talking with Beth and Becky was like talking to a couple of new friends. If I had a business and needed somebody to run it, I would try to steal these gals to come and work for me. One of the very best things you can do for your company is to build a great relationship with your customers. It appears to me that Beth and Becky have relationship building ingrained in their DNA. They’re just awesome. Hit up storage sense for your storage needs. You will not be disappointed.

I needed a storage unit after downsizing and waiting to buy my next house.I used an online search function and came across Storage Sense in Clinton Twp. I was able to preselected the unit, but when I got there the property manager was able to help me find a better unit, closer to the elevator, so I could get in/out faster with my items. The manager of site was very helpful with all my questions. I felt safe being on property alone. There is a key code to enter. Plenty of lighting. They have carts to use too. Very clean. If I ever need a storage facility again, I won’t think about any other location! I highly recommend.

Would give 3 1/2 if possible. Rebecca who helped us sign up for a unit was very pleasant, professional and helpful. When she printed the contract she informed us that there was an $11.99 charge for insurance AND if we had homeowners to bring in the declaration page when we paid next months rental - I was taken back by this. I asked if I brought the page in the next day would we get a credit for the $11.99 she said "no, but we would not have this charge going forward" I was really upset at that point since I had, had a very long conversation with the 800 number and they NEVER informed me of this. Had I known I could of brought it with us on sign up day. Why I thought didn't they tell us..dawned on me it's an $11.99 cash cow and they don't want to let people know before hand. Really insulting. Unit was clean and we like the location otherwise we would be moving. Sorry they choose to dupe renters.

Terrible customer service they NEVER answer the phone. If you need to speak to someone you have to wait for automated service. They will be quick to charge you a late fee but will NOT answer the phone all day! Ridiculous late fees! I was hospitalized and my stuff almost got auctioned off! Will not be renting from this facility! Better service when it USE to be Devon Storage! New management and bad customer service

We moved into our unit on Sept. 2nd. April, who handled the lease and move in was great! We had only one small issue that our gate code didn't work. But she helped us with that too. The unit was perfect and we would reccommend Devon to everyone. Thanks!!

Overpriced storage unit's,they make you buy a lock that you cannot use anywhere else, they treat you like trash when you move-out of your unit

Impressed with staff clenliness brightness loading dock area safety ...the entire experience.was great... really appreciated being able to buy boxes on site as I needed them...would highly recommend!

Management was very helpful and courteous to our needs. The Facility was clean and well kept with climate control, as advertised. For this to be my first time using a storage unit, I would recommend that more people invest to give them that added space they are looking for. Will highly recommend this product to everyone.
