The ease of setting up a unit to use over the phone- coupled with exemplary in-person service at the location in Lake Orion- made my experience an extremely positive one. The unit was in great condition and there were no concerns for conditions that could cause my possessions any sort of damage. The payment system and app accessibility were also positive factors in this assessment as well. I can't say enough how great my experience was with using Cubesmart!

I've been renting an outdoor space for my 2 jet skis at this CubeSmart location for the past two summers, and my experience has been great. Tammy is awesome to work with - super professional, helpful, and responsive. Towards the end of last summer, the tarp I strap down over the top of the jet skis to keep the covers from fading got ripped up in a storm, and Tammy was kind enough to call me and let me know. I highly recommend this location!!

High cost and mediocre management. I would often come back after a long weekend, only to find somebody else parked in my spot. Management said there was nothing they could do. However, they were quick to call me up and demand FULL PAYMENT to fix the chain on the gate opener when the gate closed on my trailer prematurely. Why was my trailer stopped in the entrance you ask? Well... there's a MASSIVE transition at the top of the ramp that leads to the upper outside trailer parking. I'd be surprised if ANY trailer was able to make it over this transition without scraping. Instead, all the trailers have to make an immediate very sharp right or left turn and use one is the side access roads to the upper parking lot. Sometimes you can cut the corner in one try, other times you need to take a second cut. Be quick when you do this, otherwise the gate will close on your trailer. Finally, it was always a real joy to open up my annual letter from the rental agency and play the game "how much are they jacking up the rates THIS year?!" Every... Single... Year... the rates ALWAYS increased me. Nice job building a loyal customer base.

Great service! I arrived early this morning, and the place was already plowed after 9" of snow last night. I had an issue with the door mechanism on my storage unit, and both ladies at the front desk helped me out with it--even coming out to my storage unit in the cold--to make sure my problem was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. I like this place for several reasons: 1) Reasonable pricing. 2) 100% accessibility 24/7. 3) Gated/locked facility. 4) Proximity. 5) Above all, friendly staff!

Simply SS in Lake Orion is a great place to store your stuff. The staff is AWESOME - very insightful, helpful, and great at communicating. The location is far off the main road so it is safe to keep your stuff there.

The staff is always willing to help and is very professional and courteous. Any concerns have been addressed promptly. They go above and beyond to assist you, for instance; accepting and holding important UPS or FedEx deliveries. I'm glad I picked simply self storage in Lake Orion for my storage facility.

The Simply Self Storage facility in Lake Orion is the best! The premises are kept up very well, it is secure, and the staff is very helpful and will go the extra mile. One time, the staff noticed that I was taking deliveries from a semi-truck outside the gate and then hand carrying materials into the facility. The next time the truck came, they took the initiative to tell the truck driver to go right up to my storage unit. Needless to say, that was great and it made my day. Good folks, good price & good place. They do not disappoint.

This is my second year renting a unit over the winter. Tammy Hay, the Property Manager, added me to her call back list and actually called me back this year as promised! Great customer service and a well maintained property. The storage units are very clean.

I chose this storage location for the fact it was close to home and had a fairly low price. Little did I know at the time that it was a package deal. Not only do you get a close yet safe storage unit with a low price, you also get excellent, reliable and friendly customer service leaving no doubts or worries!! Tammy Hay at Simply Self Storage has made our storage experience go very smoothly. The best storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I get a lot of spontaneous packaged delivered due to the nature of my work and the staff always handles it in a timely and respectable manner! There have been times where I have been unable to answer their calls and the staff at this facility work together to solve the issue! Tammy is absolutely one of the most personable and professional managers I have ever met and she continues to impress me every time I am in!
