Toured this facility when I was in area last April, relocated to Michigan this week from West Coast. Christian, the manager remembered me and was amazing- professional yet friendly and helpful. This facility looks very well run and is huge! This is my first experience with being able to actually drive into facility. Highly recommend!

Temp control made it good for temp safe items like some old paintings. Drive in made it easy to get to the unit. But prive was over $200 a month and with this economy that's a deal breaker for me

I had a storage unit for about 3 weeks. When my next payment automatically came out, I was already moved out of the unit. So I called and asked if my payment could be reversed. It was! Also, they have convenient access hours.

My experience here was amazing . Helped a family member move from out of town with a 10 hour drive . We called the 1800 number and made a reservation but we couldn’t get there until 5:45 pm and they close at 6pm. A member from the business called back to confirm and she told us we could still get in the unit even though they close at 6pm if we paid online . We ended up getting caught in 5 o’clock traffic so we called to let her know but no answer . We pulled up at 6:02 pm and she was still there with a smile on her face and eagerness to help us out. Without an attitude . I didn’t catch her name but she said she was filling in from the lansing location, brunette . Give her a raise . Promote her or something . She deserves it .

Best of all I have to admit the deal you were having for monthly rent and it was inside. I have large collection of Star Wars and others that my kids had when they were young and I couldn't part with. My basement was busting at the seams!! Your deal came at the best time and I felt safe where my belongings were going. Very nice people helped me out and getting me started. Just so convenient to drive in no matter what the weather is. Always clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider CubeSmart again.

People at cubes.art are awesome. Perfesional and very helpful. Was able to save a unit from FL in MI for 2 weeks before actually able to get there. He helped tremendously in many ways. Even how to locate it fast when on the road. It's been over 25 years since being there and he helped with landmarks I remember. Recommend Cubesmart any time!!! Thank you ??. I looked at other storage facilities but I liked the CubeSmart facility layout and cleanliness the best. Having a facility tour was very easy, the onsite staff was very professional and helpful. Actually renting the unit was not quite as easy as viewing the units but it wasn't too difficult. I've just rented the unit so I can't comment on any long term issues. l don't forsee having any future difficulties at this time. I'm going to try using their CubeSmart app but the reviews on Google Play Store don't seem very promising.

Employees are to busy cleaning they claim so the doors are locked during normal business hours and if you get a storage unit on a promotion "deal" and something comes up to where you need a bigger unit you will be charged twice units are high priced including insurance fees that is required I will not recommend this area called cube smart.

2020: Tatiana and Christian are the absolute best! They are always a pleasure to interact with and help eliminate the stress that is generally associated with placing items storage. EDIT - 2023 - I’ve moved all my stuff out. It was a great place to store my items - temperature controlled, clean and convenient. Great place! Indoor storage thats climate controlled. Friendly customer service that showed us how to enter the facility, showed us where our unit was, how to work the lock and showed us where we could get carts for unloading.and moving our belongings. It was so cool to be able to unload indoors with no worrying about the weather conditions. Highly recommend this storage facility.
