So you can go online and rent a storage unit pay for it get your access code get everything for it except when you get there they only allow one person at a time in the storage facility so who knows how long you have to wait for because there’s not a time limit or anything. You should really let people know before they go and purchase everything and have to pay online that there’s only one person allowed in the entire facility. There is no reservation time. There’s no checkout time. There’s no nothing so you could sit there and potentially have to wait 30 minutes maybe an hour who knows before you can even access it I should be able to access my unit 24/7.

If any one has storage here get it out now. This location is now to let the homeless that have storage lockers sleep there. They allow then to be in there over night. Your stuff is not safe here. This place is disgusting. There has been lockers that were broke in to. The people running this store should be fired. For allow this to happen

Front desk guy is rude (attitude about everything, even when I wanted to open a unit!), elevators go out and no stairs to access units leaving you stranded without your stuff, carts are occupied by junk that people leave. I like that it is app based and it’s generally clean, aside from carts being occupied.

Started off pretty good, but during the cold months they stored the moving truck in 1 of the 2 available indoor parking bays at night rendering that bay useless for paying customers. Then 1 of the garage doors became out of service, rendering that bay useless. Now both garage doors are out of service so the indoor parking is useless. Ridiculous!!!

They lure you in with low prices and once you get everything moved in they quickly increase the price. In a year my rate went from $119 to $293. Fine if you only need it a month pr 2 but you will get screwed if you need it longer.

I've had a unit here for a little over 3 years and there was a very noticeable change after ownership changed. The rent for the small storage unit has almost doubled since I first signed up. The last several times I've got to get things out or put things into my unit one of the two parking bays have been inaccessible because either the company moving truck is parked in there or the garage door doesn't open. This evening I drove up from St Paul to get some things out of my storage unit and both garage doors were out of service, no one was in the office and there's no way to unlock the service door to the building with the app so I wasted an hour of my time and $10 in gas for nothing. And I wasn't able to access the things I needed. Very disappointed.

Our garage became the storage dumping ground for childhood memorabilia, tools, tires, etc. for the whole family so we all decided to split a storage unit together. I looked at a few options but the CubeSmart website was so easy to use that within minutes, I had a unit reserved. I took a copy of my homeowners policy to prove that our items would be covered in case of a loss and met with JoAnn who was very friendly. She explained everything, gave me a tour and showed me a couple of options. I was given access to an phone app that unlocks the garage doors and to my storage unit and a manual code just in case I couldn't use my phone. I paid a one-time admin fee of $29.00 and the first month was free and 40% off for the next 5 months. It's a month-to-month rental agreement so I can cancel any time. The whole process took about 15 to 20 minutes and couldn't have been easier. The facility itself is bright, very clean and organized. You open the bay door with your phone or manual keypad, enter the building in your car, load your items on flat carts they have in the drive-in bay and take one of two freight elevators to your storage unit. Lights are sensored so you don't have to turn on lights, they go on as you walk. You can get into your storage unit from 6 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year and share access with up to a total of 6 people so everyone can store or retrieve their things without coordinating with me. I'm slowly moving things in as we toss some things, organize and label everything. I can't wait to have my garage back and all of these things will be stored in a climate controlled room away from spiders and critters! Thanks JoAnn and CubeSmart!

Good storage tech. High quality and secure facility. Really under-staffed and not a place to be at night. On a few occasions I saw evidence of people living there sometimes or at least staying the night. The garage is almost always occupied. The carts are only sometimes available. There’s probably a better place.

We just rented a unit less than a month ago. Got a call yesterday that we may have been broken into. Came in tonight and confirmed we were robbed. Thankfully we had just begun moving things in - could have been worse. Lousy electronic locking system. We will be moving to a more secure facility.

Staff is amazing. Facilities are clean and love the accessibility to move and store my things. The price of the units are awesome and promo I was able to use made the price amazingly low. The bay appears to be very secure. I haven't used it yet, but looks to be much better than standing in the elements, while unloading. I love the app feature that opens the bay and my locker.

It was fine as The Lock-Up but when CubeSmart took over, the communication about it was poor. If you're 1 day late, they pester you. But my main complaint is that they park the moving truck inside, where WE are supposed to park to load/unload. EVEN on the 1st weekend of the month when lots of people move!! It doesn't affect me so much as the poor customers waiting their turn to use the loading bay. When told about our dissatisfaction of that, the answer was their catalytic converter gets stolen if they park it outside. There are solutions for that!

I love that there were options on pricing on the two sizes I was tossing back and forth with. They really listened to me and made it easier for me to make the decision as I can always upsize or downsize when ever I needed to as your not stuck with a contract. I needed a storage unit and this place was very close to where I'm staying. I reserved a unit and got all the paperwork done ahead of time. Easy peasy. When I showed up to take possession, there was some paperwork to sign but everything else was in order. They have electronic locks so that took some getting used to. However, you download their app and you can control the outside door and the lock on your unit. It all worked well and was very easy. I'm very pleased with the whole process.

Not a fan. Only Bluetooth locks, can't put on your own, so not a good place for older people or those bad with technology. Only 2 loading bays, so you could be waiting a long time to load/ unload. And the last two times I went, they had their company moving truck parked in one of the bays with nobody on staff, blocking half of their loading area. The staff is ok, usually nice, but sometimes rude. We're all human so I'm not mad about that. The facilities are clean though, so that's pretty much the only plus.

The team at the Anoka location has been nothing short of amazing. Both friendly and professional, not to mention very understanding while I have been trying to rent multiple units via a third party. When I stopped in today to pick up keys, the entire experience was very quick end enjoyable. The rental units I reserved our exterior access, but I was amazed at the interior option for unloading a vehicle. You can pull your vehicle into a garage and unload it and then walk your stuff to your unit through all the way! Five stars! All the way. And Craig is a gem! Ask for him!

Facility is brand new and very close to my home. Just recently leased a unit. Very clean, carpeted, climate controlled. Even a climate controlled space to pull into and load with room to spare. The customer service I recieved was top notch. Its hard to find awesome, friendly and knowledgable service. Will definitely recommend.

Our experience with " The Lock Up " was everything I hoped to find . We needed some extra space for our outdoor summer stuff and the space we rented was perfect . Clean , new and reasonably priced , and given the alternatives , cheaper than adding a third garage stall ! The gentleman working that day was the location manager and was friendly and helpful !

Excellent facility. Has a drive in garage entrance to unload your belongings better, has carts on site to make transport of goods much easier, an elevator in case you are not on the first floor, elevator is quiet, bluetooth locks are awesome and the place has KQ 92 playing all the time for a relaxing time.
