Gate that has zero signs or postings hit my fifth wheel because it opens to the spot I rented. No warning anywhere. Online it did not say, you can only use 38 of the 40ft you rented. Nor is there any sign anywhere on property saying park at least 18 inches or your property will get hit. No sign saying it's even a gate period. My 40k unit is damaged and I have had nothing but a run around. Still have not heard from Bob, the district manager either. Just the lady in the office that told their customers are stupid. And an actual nice guy named James, that has no authority for this. This has been a nightmare!

The in office lady was very nice and knowledgeable. The process was quick and I was even able to capitalize on the online discounts in person, which saved me more money than using the third party service for discounts. While it’s not 24/7 it is 7 days a week and I found the renters insurance to be very generously inexpensive. The facility is very clean and easily accessible with flat carts at the doors. The climate controlled unit was often too hot for ““ climate controlled”. Multiple issues with doors working, even saw one off its tracks completely with the doorway wide open. The cost of the rental units in one year went from approximately 145 with insurance to 199 with insurance. In response to Cubesmart- I honestly have no interest in emailing. You can easily find my account if you wish and do whatever it is you plan on doing, which I am not really sure what that is.

I needed a place to park my RV. I went and picked out a 40ft spot. Ms. Donna was very helpful. She is a really knowledgeable and nice lady. Entrance in to the gate was easy. Maneuvering to the spot was easy, however the width of the spot is a little narrow. Only like 10ft. If another rv is next to yours don’t expect to be able to access any of your storage or door. The facility is well gated and has cameras all over.

I was told my monthly rate would be $67.00. After 2 months it went up to $92.00 with no notification. When I called and asked about it I was told there is always a rate increase. 1 year later my rate went up to 102.00 per month. I was told again the rates will continue to rise. I was done. I had reserved a cube on December 24 to move into on December 26. Got an email stating that my cube was ready and the lock would be inside the unit. We get there around 6 PM with the UHaul and there was a padlock on our unit. We had to call customer care twice and finally got a call from an area manager who finally called an assistant manager. After waiting for 2 hours, she finally showed up and took off the lock. Not even an apology. We still had a 250 mile drive and had to deal with this. The kicker was that the area manager acted like it was my fault for reserving a unit around Christmas.

CubeSmart has great customer service. The facility was nice, clean and very cool from the climate control system. The unit I occupied was a nice size but just not big enough for all my things. I had to potentially rent a second unit to get all my things in. That was a no for me. The price was a bit steep for that. So I had to put the things that could not fit into a friends garage. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was due to the place being limited on the max unit size the offer and the price being a little pricey.

The young lady behind the counter is great. The facility is in the old Walmart building on Pass Rd and Popps Ferry. It is a large facility and my unit is more than halfway to the back. Luckily they have little handcarts you can use to tote your stuff. I was a little miffed that the restroom was locked at 8 when I was there unloading a truck after slurping down a large McDonald's root beer but other than that all was smooth sailing. I originally elected to go with this place over others because of the price. They were about $50 s month cheaper than others i looked into. And if you like my review, tell them I referred you do I can get half off my unit for a month ;)

My things were always secure, and staff was friendly. Climate controlled storage was cheaper than most places around Ocean Springs. Main reason I moved out was because in 2019 I was only paying $55 a month. In January 2020, I had to start paying $76 monthly. Still a better deal than most storage units closer to me. But, I was able to make extra space at home, and was no longer in need of using a self storage unit. Overall, I would recommend.

I went in last week to inquire about getting a storage unit but after the experience I took my business elsewhere. Jeremy walked right past me to another person who already had a locker who walked in after I did. He locked eyes with me as I walked in so he knew I was there first. When I told him I had to be back at work in 20 he just ignored me again so I left. I guess they have so many people paying for booths they don't care about new customers but that was just plain rude.

The gentleman behind the desk was helpful, courteous and professional in the extreme. He walked us thru the facility, showed us the storage bin and even pointed out the different entrances we could use. He had also arranged for a bin closer to the front for our convenience.

Friendly knowledgeable people and clean. Climate control so that your possession are kept properly. Nice spaces. They can also rent you a truck if you need to move a large amount at one time.

I really like this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean, lots of security and it's easy to get to and loading and unloading is easy. Also they offer u haul services.
