Folks the people that run this facility are great they'll bend over backwards to help you out in any way that they can but the facility itself is just showing its age . just be aware that if you store things here yes the cameras will catch everything , enno traffic can enter the yard after 12:00 midnight, and they are fair with the rental agreements but unless both gates are locked you just don't have that promise of security so until the management of the facility and not the people that are working there actually get this facility fixed I think you should be a little bit wary of putting your stuff there.

Absolutely the worst! My carry on trailer was stolen on a Sunday but no one bothered to inform me until Tuesday. Unable to get the DM to call me or even acknowledge Cube Smart is at fault as both in and out gates are ALWAYS inoperable. DO Not patronize this establishment.

Your employees are the best (i.e., helpful, pleasant, thorough, accommodating in time of need). They appear to like their job and do not present as they are doing you the favor. This was a great experience during a move, and they were incredibly helpful, I cannot say enough nice things. Our unit was in great shape inside and out, no problem with storing our stuff for one year. Access to our unit was easy! I highly recommend the CubeSmart on Pass Road, Biloxi.

They have raised my rates 3 times in less than a year!! The first time I hadn’t even had the unit 3 months yet!! I called the local people and complained about the rent increase and they blamed it on corporate. I called corporate and they blamed it on the local. Will never recommend this place and will never rent from them again.

DO! NOT! GO! HERE! …unless you are okay with your items probably being stolen. I had a very disappointing experience at this storage facility. The latch on my unit was damaged, and although I reported it to management, it took several days for them to add an additional lock. Unfortunately, by that time, my unit had already been broken into, and many of my belongings were stolen. I later discovered that one of the two security gates is permanently left open, which was not disclosed when I signed up. Additionally, there are no security cameras monitoring my row. When I contacted the facility after the break-in to request a refund for the last month, I spoke with Holly, who was unkind and unhelpful. She refused my request, citing that too much time had passed since the auto payment (not even 3 weeks), and dismissed my concerns, stating that it wasn’t their responsibility. The lack of security, transparency, and empathy from management has left me extremely dissatisfied. In just over a month, I lost thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the same experience!!

I recently attended Cruisin' the Coast in Biloxi. I brought my car on a trailer and realized I wouldn't have any room at the hotel to park the trailer. Fortunately I can across this place while searching frantically online and was very happy I did! I was able to reserve my spot online, which was great because I already get stressed enough as it is ??. I called a few days before I came down, once again just to relieve my anxiety, and the ladies there were so kind and helpful. They assured me that they would have my parking spot available and that they would make it quick and painless. Well, they were correct.? When you are looking for the place, just be ready...because I wasn't and I almost passed it. I ended up pulling in the exit instead of the entrance, but they didn't give me a hard time about it. Maybe it's because I have grey hair...that seems to provide me a certain level of forgiveness. ?? To be honest, these were the friendliest people I have encountered when dealing with a storage facility. We even brought my dog inside and they played with him for about 10 minutes. They made my dog happy. If my dog is happy, then I am happy. If you are coming through town and need an emergency parking spot for your boat, trailer, RV or car. Swing on by and let them hook you up. ??????

Worse customer service and place to rent. I felt into a hardship but attempted to pay my bill TODAY only to find out that after calling me and staying in contact with me that the manager placed my storage up for sale and gave me all types of excuses to why I wasn't I formed. There is nothing valuable in the storage except for my daughter's things whom passed away during the time I opened the storage. The unit itself is dusty and jammed packed with a lot of broken furniture and pieces to furniture that I have here. I am willing to pay the past month and this month but can't afford the extra 110 she attached. I have called customer service and was informed that only the store manager could do it but she is simply refusing. I'm devastated I have been paying on that storage since 2017 just to hold on to my daughter's stuff. The amount of money I have paid to maintain her picture and rewards exceeded the value of the storage has a whole. I am looking for any help

The representative caused me to lose my deposit. They assured me that an 18 wheeler could access my unit. But just before moving day upon reconfirmation, they admitted it it wouldn’t fit. When I requested a refund due to the misinformation, they stated that refunds are not available, consequently I had to urgently seek and alternative storage company. It felt like a deceitful tactic to take my money and it significantly increased my stress level. So beware!

This place seem to be fine at first. But our unit was broken into in September of 2022 and nothing was done about it. We had the protection plan from Great American and I just learned of this today which is July 2023. Nothing was done by any of the workers at the store on pass road nor did they fix the unit back after it was broken into so the unit was kept together with duct tape for 9 months. We had a claim of lost things that nothing was done about and here we are 9 months later they want to put our things in auction for their mistakes. I would definitely look for other storage units before focusing on this one because it is no good.

Recently there was a fire in my building and I was called and told but was also told I couldn’t come in and look to see if I have damage. It’s been a month and still nothing. I just think they are holding up things to continue getting payments from the customers instead of letting us come check it out and file our insurance claims. This is also a new company and we were given no warning, just popped up new owners. And my payments have increased twice, almost $50 more since the new owners. Just shady all around. As I was talking to a sales person he said he walked through the building. If he is walking through why can’t we come walk through and look.? I would not recommend.

This place is terrible. Dirty, gates always open, broken. People live out of storage unit, got broken into without notifying other unit renters and very unsafe aside from the fact that people working there don’t care and neither does anyone at the 1-800 number. It’s been an ongoing issue and I’ve given pics so they know but they just do t care. I’d never recommend them.

It's okay for what it is. If you're involved in storage bidding, however, there are several RVs on the property for sale - one which a relative of mine is considering buying. UPDATE: [Response to owner's comment - I didn't mention having a bad experience; my experience at your business was actually very cordial. If, however, you were implying about the 3 stars, I only held back the other 2 stars because of two reasons - both of which I wasn't going to mention, but I guess I might as well, since we're here. The first reason was because the units didn't match the pictures. In your pictures, the doors are a vibrant red in color. However, in the building that (my mother & I) had access to, the doors (and floor) were either a light blue, or a grey color, and that color was severely faded. (My mother & I own & operate a contracting business; we do everything from bidding on storage units, to painting. We both have 15yrs+ experience in painting, with my mother having over 30yrs.) Simply stated, the units could use some fresh paint. ?? ] The second reason is because, in the unit that we were in, there was drywall that had been removed from the unit, and it was left on the slab. Simply put, the wall was exposed.

Donna, the manager contacted me as soon as I visited the website and said I was interested in a unit. She was very knowledgeable and had a very helpful attitude. We quickly completed most of the paperwork over the phone. I moved in the following weekend and signed the final paperwork. I was storing a center console boat with a T-Top. The original space assigned to me had tree close to it with low hanging branches. She found another space for me that was perfect. The facility is large, secure and clean. A hurricane came through the area. I called down there and they went out and checked my boat for damage. They are very aware of what is going on, on the property. They get a 10 out of 10! If you need to store something use them for sure!

My husband and I walked in and James helped us out with getting what we thought were the storage units we needed. The next day Donna was there and they both went above and beyond what I felt they should to make sure we were good. Donna even left uf an extra unit available if we needed it(totally did). Donna and James are amazing people. As new arrivals to Mississippi they are one of a kind. The units are large and clean. The cool storage is kept at a very comfortable temperature and we felt safe leaving our stuff in the storage units. 20/10 highly recommend.

BEWARE NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. Their website clearly stated that I was renting two, first floor, climate controlled units. We are moving to the area from Tampa. We showed up and they are all outdoor access, none climate controlled. THEY WONT REFUND OUR MONEY. Edit: had to contact corporate. District lead was very helpful and apologetic. Waiting for refund, now. Rented from cubesmart down the street.

Initially, this was hands down the best storage rental experience of a lifetime. Mr. James was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with an enjoyable personality, He was an excellent communicator and worked to address my particular needs in the most meaningful ways. What an asset! He and Ms. Donna appear to work well together and I have seen them diligently security-monitoring the units before leaving in the evening. Unfortunately, serious injury caused the preceding, originally five-star review to plummet. The second time using the unit, the stops were not working and upon trying to close the door, the flexible, probably 800 pound beast came completely free from its tracks, flew in the air unwinding the opposite direction from normal and came slamming down on my head. Ms. Donna and other customers came to my aid and were as helpful as they could be afterward. And though I could not afford an ambulance ride, emergency room visit, tests related to concussion and brain hemorrhage, various consultations and observational care that were needed, I can't say enough for Ms. Donna's caring assistance until closing time. The incident is in the process of being settled but this is now hands down the worst storage experience of a lifetime. If this is the kind of shape the unit doors are in here, I would avoid this place like the plague until some major renovations occur.

If you want a 1 line summary “Rent here great people” I was looking for a storage unit for 1-3 months. I googled and came across a few businesses that had good reviews but the ones I read about this location talking about Ms Donna and Mr James sounded amazing. I know you have to filter what you read and then assess the situation. Upon arrival Ms Donna was outside she greeted me joyfully. We figured out my needs. Got a ride in the golf cart to check out the unit. Got the paperwork done and dropped my stuff off. I hope this helps someone else.

To start with it's in a great location for me which is great and I'm going to be storing a Class A motorhome while I visit family. I called the central number and he said the local managers would give me a call the next day and they did and I spoke with James and with his help I managed to reserve the spot, pay for it, get the contracts all signed electronically using just my cell phone. It's a fantastic rate and the staff is fantastic.

If I could describe the staff in one word: friendly. James (one manager) showed me several units and seemed to be very interested in meeting my needs, despite the summer heat/humidity. While working up the paperwork for my unit, I also witnessed Donna (the other manager) field a customer complaint with a high degree of professionalism and calmness. Regardless of my opinion of the complaint's validity, it appeared Donna's only concern was making sure the customer was taken care of and left satisfied. Donna and James are both straight shooters and I would do business with them again.

Amazing team, cost effective, great location - from the research Ive been doingt to prepare our belongings to be placed in the care of a facility: the location, the cost, staff knowledge and friendliness, (overall and per each detail extra space beat everyone on the gulf coast hands down. Not only was my call answered quickly and cheerfully, but I was given 100% accurate information by Mona. She helped me decide on a unit size, quote a rate, inform me that they could help me with some pretty complicated requests for the unit I needed and all of it easier and cheaper than doing it ahead of time. Nobody beats their prices, nobody is even close to being as helpful and nice, and it's secure, safe location, long access hours and did I mention that no one I spoke to in the last 3 months has been able to come close to this price! I'd recommend them to any and everyone who needs to trust their belongings to the care of storage professionals. I don't often give a five star rating but Extra Space Storage earned it. It started with my call back from them after my online query. I got straight answers to my questions and a clear explanation of my rent options. I then went onsite to inspect the storage unit I interested in. I was greeted by Donna who remembered talking to me earlier. She drove us to the unit and opened the door for us to inspect it. When we got back to the office she gave us her undivided attention and got us through the lease agreement very quickly. She then walked us over to the locked gate and showed us how to use our security code. Would definitely recommend and use Extra Space Storage again if needed.

I had the most heavenly experience at "Extra Space Storage" today! When I walked in I had so MUCH on my mind. The last thing I needed was an encounter with a YUCKY attitude! "THANKFULLY" the place was CLEAN, CLUTTER FREE, and the people there were SO nice and helpful! They treated me as if "I mattered." Mrs.Donna was so professional! She handled business first and then I had the pleasure of a beautiful opportunity! She did not know that I was only a few hours away from being homeless and I needed a place to store our belongings. "HOMELESS!" It's Then when Mrs. Donna(Manager/amazing lady)asked me would I like to have an Rv? She said that the owners of it had just left and that they were originally from Tennessee. She said they were wanting to get rid of it and asked her to ask anyone coming in did they want it and that they would be able to have it for just one dollar! Just one dollar and they would sign the title over for a working mobile home! At the time I did not know what was happening!! I just know that my family was hours away from being homeless and that my husband and I came to "Extra Space Storage" and our lives changed! I know the Lord Had To have lead us here for a reason. In disbelief I told here YES I WOULD GLADLY TAKE THIS RV!!! I was just in shock and awe that such a beautiful thing like this could have happened to me! I was in more disbelief that with Mrs.Donna knowning about this Free Rv that she did not once try to take it for herself OR she did not once discriminate against me with me being a lady of color (and also wearing my head covering) she could have easily offered this mobile home to the next people walking in, but she looked at ME in my eyes(an almost homeless woman)and said"How are you today?" I replied..."I'm okay" She then said..."While I'm getting you taking care of, Would you like an Rv?" That's when my life changed!! Please visit "Extra Space Storage" for a life changing experience!! These are people who are not just about the dollar, but they care about YOU!

She took the time to explain all the payment options and showed me several of the units so I could compare them and decide how much space I needed. The front office is nicely organized and clean, and the storage supplies they offer such as locks and boxes are reasonably priced. The storage area is access controlled with a gate and fenced in, overall looks well maintained, and the few units I looked in were clean and secure. Best of all the unit prices were competitive and probably the best you can get in the local area. I highly recommend this location for a storage unit.

Even tho the rate went up during my time with them, I didn’t mind at all because the employees here so nice to deal with. They even refunded my money for unused days of the month when I moved out early. Unheard of!!!! I can’t praise this facility enough. I felt like this type of customer service is almost extinct nowadays, where people treat you like family not just $$$ sign. Whenever I needed help (from extended hours, to cancelling without 10 day notice, to adding people to my account, etc.) they always greeted me with a smile and never acted like I was hassling them. I loved that! Storage facility itself is very nice, clean and even with outdoor storage I never found even one bug or trace of dirt on my stuff. They really are meticulous about pest control. Honestly, this place is perfect and I am having trouble coming up with even one flaw during the one year I rented storage space with them!

Donna and James are by far the most professional and personal people I have ever worked with at any facility. I genuinely mean that. They tread that thin line and almost make it thicker by just being their genuine selves with the standard of professionalism that our society and world often work on. Outstanding service. Climate controlled units are great; the place has been there forever so the non-climate controlled should only be used for items that can handle the level of humidity on the coast. Donna is EXCELLENT, I have arthritis and have missed closing the lock all the way twice, she called within the hour to let me be aware I didn't get the lock in position.

I was very pleased with the services here and couldn’t ask for more. Donna was very busy and u could tell she know what she was doing. She was still was able to accommadate all of the clients in the office. I was able to sit back and watch the way she moved between the clients as I was 2nd in line to be helped. She is a golden star in my book and if you can clone her that would be good for business. If I could steal here for my business it would be worth while. I haven’t meet Darrell yet but was told he was the other property manager. I would recommend business with Donna anytime.

After about 4 months of my things being stored there I went to get a few things and found that rodents had got in my unit and damaged some of my property. Though I was angry, I knew there was a chance of that happening, being its not climate controlled, and no telling whats in the units around mines. The attendant was very nice and helpful. She put poison in there and immediately gave me the information to file for insurance for the damages. After filing, the insurance wasted no time sending my check to reimburse the damages. No hassle.. Though I lost some items, i was pleased that they helped right away.

my things were for 8 months in that place, when 3 days ago I traveled from florida to collect my things. I realize that none of the two keys that had the lock open. I had to break it to take my things but it turns out that as I started to open the boxes to keep everything, I realized that I needed several boxes including my son's clothes, nose as a place that should be safe for those who left our belongings paying around 120 dollars monthly including the insurance that happens to us. ??

Vermin / Rat infested units and no one will cover the damage to your things even if you have insurance.. Then, they still make you pay for an infested unit with damaged belongings, most of which CANNOT be replaced.. The district manager Brandon, sent an email to Donna saying that we have to put in a claim with our home owners insurance..... We don't have home owners insurance because we don't own a home.. If we did own a home our stuff sure wouldn't be in a storage facility.. Not only that, home owners insurance wouldn't be any help either because our stuff wasn't in a home it was in the storagr facility.. So this district manager is telling me to make a fraudulent claim??..!! Not so sure about this guy.. Donna has been more than helpful with this whole ordeal, I wish her the very best and appreciate all of her help and understanding!! You can't expect someone to lose thousands of dollars worth of furniture and other belongings and think they're just going to continue to pay you for destroyed property and be ok with it.. I will not rest until something is done!!!!!!!!

I had my things in storage for 3 months and I found dead rats inside the storage. Not to mention several of my furniture chewed off by rats and a lot of rat poop all over my boxes. I had to throw away a bunch of my things as the rats got inside some boxes and stained things with pee. The smell was hideous and the sight was gross. Personally is the worst experience I've had. Even though most of my furniture was well covered the rats got through them and messed several things up.

Had a Great Experience from Day #1 @ Extra Space Storage. Made the rental reservation from Georgia over the phone at the end of Jan '16, with Corey. Not only did I have a 10x20 storage unit, I was also able to store my 24' RV as well. Once there, I met Johnnie as well, she & Corey are a fantastic on-site team! They truly made me feel comfortable with storing my belongings & never had any problems with security with either the storage unit or my RV.

My initial review was when it was still Smart Source. Ever since the business has changed, it seems like no one ever answers the phone so you can make a payment or ask questions. Numerous times I've called and only once have I gotten a human being. Every time I go up there (literally 2 minutes from my home), they have their "be back soon" sign on the door. I've waited 20 minutes numerous times and have given up. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've had a storage unit here for a few years now. My belongings have stayed safe and bug free the entire time. My problem with this place is that they keep raising the price of my storage unit. My rental fee is over 50% higher now even though the price remains the same for new customers. You would think my rate would go down over time. Guess they don't like to keep the same customers around. Just keep this in mind if you plan on renting for more than six months to a year. You may want to save yourself the trouble and just move into someplace for ten to fifteen dollars more because you will eventually be paying the same price and you will have to move your belongings again.

I had a wonderful experience at SmartStop in Biloxi. I can’t speak for past management mentioned in the other reviews, but Lonnie—the current manager—was very professional and considerate. I specifically mentioned the other Google reviews (e.g. rats, lighting, etc.) before purchasing a unit, and she respectfully received my concerns and assured me that they clean routinely but no storage unit is immune to pests, especially in the Mississippi area. My recommendation: package your items in plastic (NOT cardboard) boxes, place them on a pallet to keep them off the floor in case a neighboring unit leaks liquid under the wall/door, scatter some mothballs around your belongings to keep away rodents and insects, and open up your unit every few weeks (if possible) to disrupt any pests trying to make a home in your stored items. I had no problems with SmartStop whatsoever and would easily return again. Thanks Lonnie for being so accommodating, and for taking such pride in your work.

So far so good... they had a move in special for Memorial Day so we are saving 50% for the duration of our stay. I will update if I find any rats but so far I am happy with the service from the front office.
