I can't even give one star it wouldnt let me post the review unless i gave it at least one! This is a sorry excuse for a storage facility, although they do put up a great front , no, their true colors bleed through quickly!!! I would NEVER EVER in this lifetime recommend this place to ANYONE!!! NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!! They are con's just getting people in to make a quick buck and putting them out almost instantly with no reason to make a quick buck!!!!

Setting up my unit online was extremely easy! The unit manage messaged in a timely manner to give me a welcome and additional information. Accessing the property was easy. My storage unit was as ready to go. It is massive and at such a great price!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

If you want you stuff ruined choose this facility. If you love rats and mice, this is your place. They have them by the truck load. As for the mold, you can't beat it. You stuff is sure to get ruined in this facility. If you value your stuff even slightly go somewhere else. You could have 20 crack heads guarding your stuff and if would be more safe than choosing this facility. There is an elevator that doesn't work so if you're on the 5th floor, guess what ... You get to pack mule all of it up there by yourself, just to be greeted my a dozen different rat communities, fueled by black mold.

We were able to view the available storage units, rent a unit and move our furniture into the unit in a couple of hours. The facility is clean and accessible from two entrances. Carts are available to help move items into the facility. The staff went above and beyond expectations to make moving in as easy as possible.

Too bad there’s not a 6th star! Erin was very accommodating…we weren’t sure what size we needed so she showed us different units and held a couple until we arrived with all our furniture. She even helped me get a dresser situated as she came by to check in during the unloading. I’ve moved a lot and have never experienced a storage unit like this at this price point.

Needed an immediate rental unit because St. Joe Self Storages offices were closed even though the third party answering service said they weren't. We already had a 15 ft U-Haul loaded full with a one way ticket to a storage facility. Colton at Cherry Self Storage got us into a unit with nothing but a few phone calls and some emails. The units themselves are all climate controlled and inside. They had flat dolleys at the front door for all renters to use and it made our unloading so much simpler. Very impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. Thank you Colton! You're an all star ?

This place and the staff are AWESOME! Renting the unit was insanely quick. The price was the best price in town. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The unit was plenty big enough for the stuff I had. The place is secure. Customer service, cleanliness of the building, how secure it is was all above what I would have expected from any storage place. I would and will recommend this place to all my friends.

Kolten and Lacy are very sweet the leasing process was very easy they had everything extra I needed and reasonable prices. The actual storage unit is great. The in and out is not easy. The ramp is not flush with side walk so the wheels on provided cart did not roll up you have to lift the cart up on the metal grated (not solid) ramp. You can not back your vehicle up to the door or to the ramp. Only one vehicle can park close to the ramp. If you are a single female go very early in the day never after dark. Have some protection with you. Cameras will only capture what happens to you not prevent it. One person tried desperately selling me the contents of their unit which looked like an hoarding situation. Another had a lot of the same kinds of car parts they were storing.

This storage unit is actually a very nice facility. Easy access, great hours, lots of options, and pretty good conditions. Overall a 4-5 star facility. It is great for college students like myself who just need to store things for the summer months. However, upon checking out I left the unit cleaned out and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN. I then told Tyler in person, the man working at the time, that I had checked out and thanked him. Later I received an email and a phone call notifying me that I still needed to email them. I called them to notify that I was indeed out, and then a few days later emailed them. However, matters went unnoticed for awhile a I was charged another 3 months of payments. Upon calling I was promised a refund, but no action was taken for 2 weeks until legal charges were threatened. I received one month back, but was offered store credit for the rest. I only had around $100 at the time, so I needed my money back. I was then given a check for one month, but for the other month I was told that I emailed them to late and would not receive my money back. I understand that I failed to give written notice, made a mistake, and that they must adhere to lease policies. But they also made the mistake of proceeding to charge me additional payments and then ignore me until legal charges were pressed. Overall, great facility and units and I actually do recommend to others, but the new management can learn to not prioritize the value of a dollar or lease polices over that of their customers, especially an honest one.

You can see all your options, pick then reserve the unit you want, even pay online, get a free months storage when you pay the first 2 months so after you get all your awesome stuff in the unit, lock it & leave... I don't do reviews much. But there is no reason for me not to give them five stars. A lot of companies and storage units do not call back after they missed your call.I recived a call right back in return to do business.I did call a few other storage units before Cherry storage and I never heard back even after calling the next day. Cherry storage units called me right back. The security camera setup they have is great you always have to be safe when renting storage units. I feel there was plenty of security to keep an eye on things 24/7. The pricing for the storage units we're good. The deal they gave me for my first time renting along with the climate control for my belongings i believe are all pluses to add to the list. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good,save storage unit with plenty of room, security,climate control and handled by a good business. I'll be back in the future if I need another unit.

I left off 1 star because a while back there was a mix-up and our lock got cut but when they replaced it we only got 1 key instead of the 3 we purchased the first time. After having a horrible experience at Self Storage on Riverside, I decided to come here and I love it. Not only is the facility very secure with 60+ cameras on EACH FLOOR, but the clerk, I believe her name is Emily, went above and beyond for me and wouldn’t even accept my tip! She deserves all the blessings coming her way!! This is definitely a safe space for your belongings with workers who actually care about you! Also, they have an amazing student discount!
