The black lady filling in @ this location 990 Boulder Hwy was very nice but referring to the customer (me) as babe, my love etc. is unprofessional. 2, telling me over and over that you’re short $50 for your family members funeral is none of the customers business. Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Julius was “OVER THE TOP” Magnificent. I came here with a friend “by accident” because I couldn’t find the storage place I was looking for. But, as fate would have it, GOD had other plans. Julius’s professional nature and ability to explain everything was why I did not go to the other place. The computer picked my unit and even upgraded me in the system. They are running at 91 percent occupancy, so the chances of getting the deal I got were close to slim and none. I got a “computer generated” 10 X 10 for under $40. Unheard of. (Photo attached.) You can reserve a unit online with no credit card, good for 8 days. This place is modern and clean. I absolutely love this storage facility! They have a super helpful App that allows you to open/exit the gate right from your phone, lets you know all of your account information, and allows you to make payments right from your phone. As a female who stops by my indoor unit multiple times per week by myself, I ALWAYS feel totally safe and never have any troubles with security nor my unit nor my vehicle while parked. They told me the unit I was getting was a 10x15 and it was missing a a quarter of it due to the building shape but got charged for a 10x15 and when I asked about it they told me there was nothing they could do and to call corporate and of course left 6 messages and ever got a response back also the rent ski rocketed almost tripled in 2 yrs ????CubeSmart

UPDATE: totally my bad for not getting out of here 11 months ago when I originally posted. Just got another notice of rate increase. Definitely not worth the price anymore especially with all the new competitors now. Original post 11 months ago: This place raises the monthly payment all the time. There's no consistency at all. I've had a storage unit at another facility for 10 years and they have raised their monthly payment only twice in all that time! We've had this place for probably 3 to 4 years and the monthly payment has been raised four different times and I just saw it being raised again! I would stay away from here and find another storage facility. I'm going to be looking to move and get out asap.

I've had this storage unit for over 3 years and recently it was sold to CubeSmart. It got a fresh coat of paint, new key pad with instructions and given a well deserved spruce up. I recently had the key break off in my lock and Jonathan who is the GM came right over and cut the lock right off. No issues or problems! I drive right up and load and unload with ease. Jon is such an awesome manager. He keeps the property clean and attractive. He makes sure it's safe and no bad people are here. He makes sure to answer any and all questions. He is really down to earth , reasonable and smart. This place has turned around. I will always continue to rent here when I need extra space not just because of the awesome brand but the type of manager Jon is. He is truly an asset to this company.

Greetings, Arriving at CubeSmart on Boulder Hwy was amazing. Very convient, easy to locate, clean, easy parking & most of all great customer service. Jonathan was very detailed about the storage size & also recommended dust covers for my personals. I highly recommend doing business here at CubeSmart. I was amazed on my 10x10 storage unit (very spacious, clean & it had a temporary lock attatched. Amazing customer service very organized, detailed & preped to perfection. Thank you Jonathan!!!

This place is wonderful. I have been with them for Multiple years. I fell on hard times and they gave me a couple of breaks. It’s a guy there Jonathan that is very knowledgeable and very respectful with us customers. I was helping a friend get some stuff out of her storage unit, and the lock was giving her difficulty; the manager (whose name escapes me, I'm afraid) was a great help. The staff at most self storage places are usually pretty useless, so it was refreshing the see someone being helpful. ?????????

My girlfriend and I were getting an ok price for a unit all things considered. But the rent on our unit just went up $15 due to 'improvements on the property.' It looks like only the office is getting updated. What they need to do with the extra $15 is retire the swamp coolers and get some ac units. If you wanna try and get anything out of your unit and are there for longer than 15 minutes, be prepared to sweat throughout the entire time you are inside. It's mid summer and it feels better outside in 115 degree heat than in the 'climate controlled' buildings.

Tony was very helpful. I rented a unit to store a vehicle and he took the time to give me all the info I needed. The process was thorough and yet didn’t take a lot of time. OMG!!!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, JOE & JESSICA, they have made my whole experience AMAZING!!!!!! I was in need of a moving truck, ""BAM"" they had one and it WAS available, I was in need of a unit ""BAM"" they got me in to one , and even came out to check on us to see if we needed anything when we were unloading OMG such friendly people they are , the grounds are keep nice , clean bathroom , they even have a bowl of candy at the front desk........ (MMMMM BUTTERSCOTCH) , plenty of moving supplies in the office , and we were even provided a lock to keep my things secure...... A+, AND FIVE STAR SERVICE thank you storage west , for having the best staff ever ......

I am appalled of this companies ethics, I have been a customer for nearly 2 years come January. My wife lost her job so my payment for the last 3 months have been late but I have paid never over 30days late. I always communicated my payment to be made. Well I'm working 12 hours some time and couldn't get to them Friday before they close. So I received a lien document via email on a Saturday when courts are close, and charge 15.00 extra dollars on top of 15.00 late fee I'm already paying. They promote 39.99 for the smallest stoarge for 9.99 insurance and rasie the price each year. 10.00. this for the smallest storage space on the property. I am ashamed I allowed myself to think that here, a couple that care and was so understanding. Well they fooled me and the community of Henderson. I will make everyone know the frauds you are.
