The person at the front desk was left with broken keys and couldn’t get into the door that had the equipment to get the carts to give to me to take things from the truck to my storage. My new storage had a large kids bassinet inside the already and blood on the floor. I called the manager and no reply and I also called customer to get a reply they haven’t even called me .

I could sing praises all day to Cube Smart at 3660 Las Vegas Blvd, North Las Vegas!!! I had all my household goods stored between Cube Smart and Life Storage. My storage unit at Life Storage, after 6 months, had rat urine and feces all over ALL my storage items. Life Storage charged me a breaking a lock fee of $25 AND required me to sweep the unit which was nothing but rat feces and a little dust! Cube Smart didn’t charge me to break locks on my 2 storage units, did not require me to sweep the units AND were the most friendly and helpful store representatives I’ve ever met!!! Both my units were as clean and well kept and protected as the day I moved my furniture in!!! Aaron and Andrew are two top-notch employees who anticipates their customers needs and delivered nothing but the BEST service I could’ve asked for!!! I’d recommend this store to Anyone, Anytime!!!

This is an overpriced storage facility a $43 rental to move in came to a total of $104 with a $30 administration fee $20 for the lock taxes $12 for the lower end insurance unbelievable much cheaper rates at U-Haul I could have got a U-Haul unit actually a foot larger for $53 total moving unbelievable! Do your research check online!

This self storage location formerly known as Purely Storage is the best in town! I currently have a RV spot now for about a year now with no issues at all of any a very secure and very well kept facility. Dodie & Jasmine manager and staff members are the best I’ve dealt with in a long time. If you’re looking at a storage rental spot don’t think twice and come down and visit this place it’s highly recommend it :)

There was a special when I got my storage unit, first month free. It was a huge drive up unit with more than enough room to store everything in my four bedroom house. I had the absolute best customer service I've received since 2019 at this location. Customer service in Philadelphia thought they made my arrangement for the location on Las Vegas Blvd unbeknownst to me it was on Maryland Pkwy. Philly and Cathy went above and beyond to ensure my reservation that I paid for online was reversed. They contacted the necessary people for me because they saw I was in distress. At the same time they accommodated me for an immediate storage unit at their location. I can't be more grateful for there wonderful customer service. 10 stars would of been more accurate for the experience.

Nice facility. The door stuck a bit, but that's okay. Quan is what made it all work for me. Great guy, very helpful. Explained everything ahead of time, clearly and concisely. Got me out of there, quickly, when it was all over. It's been a rough few months, in that my mother passed away while I was looking for a place to live, and that threw everything off. The hours of operation are also very inconvenient when storage is only open during the hottest parts of the day. It was also a very dirty place and I have rented many storage units over the last 15 years in many states and this was one of the worse.

The homeless folks, the broken glass everywhere, and the folks who store all of their swap meet stuff there who take up all the room in the isles by blocking you in with their big trucks/large crates/forklift are a real issue. Not to mention the less than helpful staff when I went to the office to ask them to kindly remove the homeless man that was sleeping in front of my shed that is a unit inside the building. That which the storage facility lacked the customer service driven lady behind the desk made up for exceedingly well. She was patient, sensitive to my situation, and went out of her way to accommodate my needs - she even found me a coupon to help lower my initial cost. Super kind, super helpful, above and beyond expectations, making my transaction fast and easy. The units are almost all inside, but they have a cart for transporting storage items. The temperature inside the unit was surprisingly comfortable. The unit was well maintained and clean - as well as the facility. There's a public restroom on-site! I can't tell you how many times I have needed one while going through my unit. Especially when I'm finished working and need to wash-up. Unless I missed it there is practically no parking. Even though you are not there to park you are going to have to put your vehicle somewhere while unloading and loading. I only had a pickup truck to unload. Had I a trailer or large box truck I may have been nervous about maneuvering down the narrow drive and around the tight corners. However, the driveway must be standard, so remember my view is only an opinion.

It is reasonably priced and the staff are great. But it is in a bad area. Be aware. If you have an indoor unit and are alone when moving in you must lock your unit with everything inside before you leave to get more things from outside. Every time! I had something stolen in broad daylight as I was going in and out to move things in. I did not lock it each time because the holes in the latch don't line up correctly and it is difficult to do so. If you can, bring someone to stand guard. Or get an outside unit. The indoor units were advertised as climate control but the swamp cooler was broken last summer.

After researching on-line before arriving in LV from Hawai'i, all of the other storages say "Air Conditioned" which was NOT the case! We have A/C in all storage facilities in Hawai'i & were not familiar with the 'Air Cooled' label which in reality meant SWAMP COOLED! One was so hot upon entering just the office, said they don't turn on cooler until May?! This place was the ONLY facility able to accommodate us with a bottom unit and very cool without the air cooling units even on! They also are open later than the other places. Although it may be a bit further out and maybe not as nice an area, they workers made the difference in their willingness to assist us and meet our needs! Mahalo to Angel & Michael

I have been at this storage for years, with all the owners it has gone through. I can happily say that they finally have a good team. Michael the general manager has had a lot of patience with me. I'm wheel chair bound and he's tried to make my stay as convenient as possible, even having someone come out to fix my roll up door. Carol in the office is just great with me. I'm not the biggest fan of the new hours but the building has greatly improved from the dump it use to be.

This place is horrible! We had just got out storage a week ago and we come the next week to put more of our belongings into our storage to find out from one of the electrician workers saying that this place was infested with bed bugs. Right where our storage was we saw dead and ALIVE bedbugs around our storage area. Not only were they near our storage, but we look inside our storage and find bed bugs on our brand new couch, clothes, and on the floor. Management did nothing to help us out. Soon as we got to the unit they were supposedly on a "conference call." so we waited over an hour and than over 2 hours for the manager to help us when she was no help at all. They make you pay for insurance, but apparently the manager told us that she didn't know if the insurance included bed bugs and instead gave us a number to call. Throughout the whole 3 hours of waiting in the heat she gave us a brochure of the insurance with a number. DO NOT COME TO THESE STORAGE UNITS!!!

So I was asked to post a review on my experience! I called and received excellent customer service over the phone and was referred to this location because I needed a climate controlled storage unit. The price quotes was great and it was exactly what I needed. I go to this location and talked with the store manager Chanelle. She took me to see the storage unit which was the perfect size but being that it's so hot in Vegas the climate controlled storage still felt hot. To my surprise the storage unit had a dead roach which was not a bad thing because that's common but I asked if it could be cleaned and to check to see why it was so hot. Also in a corner of the entrance there is someone belongings and trash just throwed over there which I thought would be gone. I didn't think I had to ask for that to be cleaned up because someone should be maintaining the storage area and keeping it clean for their customers. I went Friday, June 3 and I told her that I would be back next week to put my stuff in and to allow them time to fix the air and get that dead roach out of the storage. I don't do bugs! So I returned Wednesday, June 8 with my sons to help me put the stuff in the storage and everything was the same as Friday. I had no choice but to tell my son to get the roach and we put my stuff in the storage because I had to store my stuff someone other than my classroom. The price is great and location, so I will ask again for them to check the air in the building and clean up the area. If it doesn't happen I will go over Chanelle's head and get it done. I'm a customer and what I have asked is not too much. Chanelle was pleasant and provided good customer service but did not follow through on my requests.
