They get you with a low rate then steadily keep climbing it. Rate started out at 120/month at the end of 2021, then jumped to $170 4-5 months after and now are charging $210/month.

Clean facility but priced a bit high...$280 for a 10x10 with no air conditioning. They had a total of 2 wobbly carts that we ever saw and they have no sides so things fall right off. You either had to search all around the building for one of them or wait for someone using it. It served it's purpose during a move, but we were quick to get our things out before getting hit with another month.

Don't trust them to close your account over the phone! I called 11 days before the next billing cycle to close my account. They said if we see your vehicle is not in the spot,, they will take care of it. I removed my vehicle 5 days before the end of the billing cycle. What happened, they billed me again ??

The staff is friendly and facility is pretty clean and feels safe. We moved in mid July and the air conditioning didn't seem to be doing a whole lot so if you have heat sensitive items choose the first floor or a different facility with better A/C. The elevator is very slow which added to our move time. My decision to move out was last minute because due to traveling for work this was my only opportunity to move out of the storage unit. The day I decided to move I got a u-haul truck, got to storage and I see a sign saying all elevators are broken. Unable to move via the stairs, I returned the U-haul and was now out that rental money. In the same way CubeSmart sends out payment reminder emails they could have easily emailed out the information regarding the broken elevators and I would have not wasted my time and money. I reached out to the store manager and spoke with Paulette who was awesome and understood my frustration. She went to the higher ups to see if CubeSmart could reimburse me for my U-haul expenses but corporate came back and were unwilling to help out because I didn't give a 10 day move out notice. Not sure how that would have made a difference in the day I chose to move, besides I didn't even know 10 days prior. Im upset with their lack of communication and unwillingness to help me with even a fraction of my U-haul expenses. The total U-haul costs with gas were only $70, less than half of the cost of what I would spend monthly on storage fees. This isn't a lot of money for a big company and even if they helped me with half the amount I would have been happy. Instead, they said no and I'm now forced to write this review. To reiterate the staff at the facility was great the decision to not help me out came from corporate CubeSmart.

Manager Paulette went the extra mile to assure I was pleased with my RV rental space. Before I was notified of my space availability, I looked at other competitors in the area. Although there was no space at the time, I promised myself that I would wait a couple of weeks because Paulette was so friendly and helpful. She called to let me know the space was available, helped get my information entered to the computer system, she even helped me back my Trailer into my slip. Having been a hospitality manager for most of my career, I know great customer service when I see it. Paulette is the perfect example!

I came to store #462 unit #1058 name on contract Edward Vasquez back at the first of December and it was pouring down rain my guy was out of town and i had just returned from a trip and he had a lockbox with the key in it for me when i got there on our storage i went into the office and let them know who i was and would be around alot . Paulette is wonderful she took me through the hallway and stood in the rain with me to make sure i could get into our storage she was very caring and compassionate she didn't have to stand in the rain with me but she did i think Paulette is the greatest since her and i have become friends she is just a awesome and caring person she is the best ..... couldn't ask for a better person she goes above and beyond to help ..

The manager of the facility is absolutely fantastic, she is having to deal with an antiquated and faulty software system that erased my information twice, taking over 2 hours to do a simple transaction, Cubesmart has to come into the 21st century with its software if it expects to make operations as profitable as possible. The amount of time I spent was a turn off and if I had known at the start how long this would take I would've gone somewhere else (my dog was in surgery & I had to go to the vets) And then, what a waste of your own employees' time......

As if being a single parent wasnt hard enough, I had to find a storage with as last minute notice tugging a six year old, her two cats and my pit bull. I went driving around to look for a storage, I was too mad at the time to even search on line! My check- in went smoothly infact... I took the last unit!! The Staff was for sure friendly , that i felt the need to get my second storage in SmartCube two months later and as much as I come in I never remember my unit number and poor Elaine Lucille always get stuck having to give me all my information. she was even sweet enough to tie in both my units in the computer system so I wont go nuts trying to figure it out.Thank you to all the Staff in north Tenya including the head Manager she has been very patient with my six year old daughter. Thank you for all the positive vibe's and smiles my daughter and i receive after a long hot day of moving things around in storage!

I have had a great experience at Cube Smart on Tenaya Rd in Las Vegas. Carmaen and Eileen have been excellent to accomidate us every time I have came over. I have had our storage unit for almost a year and a half. Thanks ladies, your terrific!

I have had my 10x10 storage unit here for 3 years. The price did increase a little when Cubesmart took it over however, Carmen Henriquez, the General Manager has really worked with the company to keep my rate down. I couldn't be more pleased with the quick, friendly service. The facility is very clean and climate controlled. I also feel safe when retrieving items from my second floor unit. I really can't say enough about Carmen her staff and the facility.

If you go to this self storage, you need to ask for Carmen.. This lady knows what the meaning of customer service is. She's all about making the customer happy. Carmen tries to do right for her customers because she knows that this will make people come back or stay with the company. She creates loyalty and if ever need a storage I'll probably come back. Rented a 10 x 15 sweet deal $36 for first month on special. Carmen, the manager, was very well informed, and answered all the questions I had, during my interrogation. She is also in the office like she lives there. So no trouble getting assistance with anything you may need.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. When it was run by the previous company it was great however the Cube Smart staff are terrible to say the least. In 2016 I had a 500lb pressure washer and a bunch of other stuff stolen out of my enclosed cargo trailer and the staff has no explanation. I was told by them that their security cameras were not working properly or something like that and couldn't explain how it was removed from their gated property. As soon as I found out I removed my trailer to another storage and filed an insurance claim. I wouldn't entrust my valuble belongings to this company again.

Carmen and Paulette are the best. Professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have never had to use storage before, didn't know anything about it, and was very hesitant to store my belongings. They and the facility put me at ease. Serious climate control: cool and clean with easy access. With all of that said they are also one of the most inexpensive around. Thank you so much in my time of need. Update: my unit was broken into and the insurance claim was denied.

I would've kept shopping around if I hadn't run into the nicest ladies to get a quote from. I'm not sure how the rates compare to other places, but for me sometimes the cheapest is not always the better deal. They helped take a stressful time of needing a place to store our belongings a lot easier. Very nice, awesome attitudes, & very informative. They even got a little busy, and still very pleasant. They had a first months free promo which made my decision to sign up a no brainier. With little out of pocket ($25 + $17 lock if you need one, I did) it was so easy. Thank you ladies for making it super easy for us.

Price went up $3 in just a couple of minutes so you need to reserve it to keep your price. The girls in the office or awesome though. The truck rental was really good.

Careful storing your RVs and travel trailers there. Ours was broken into on Christmas weekend. Manager told us they weren't sure if cameras face in the back. After that we did not feel safe leaving our trailer there.

I felt completely disrespected by Sherry she gave me a really hard time about making the payment. The card was not in my name but it was in the name of the unit holder in which I was just trying to make the payment on the unit. She took the payment and as she did she went off to insult me by saying she couldn't take my payment because I could have stole the card and it was not in my name , all this while taking the payment. I then mentioned something about how it made no sense that I would take the card to pay the card holds unit. (MATCHING NAMES) so then she canceled the payment and said sorry she couldn't take like a spit in the face! I was so upset. I stood there and looked for cash as she stepped away. She came back after 5 min. or so had changed her mind about the payment and processed the payment ,but not with out scratching the strip on the back of the card, so that I couldn't use it again! My goodness I realized she had done so because I had just put gas and it worked fine, she swiped it the first time the payment went through and then the seconded time she said it wasn't going through after her third attempted the payment went through but right after buying lunch it wouldn't go through. As I looked at it there was a scratch straight through the cards stip. Also I don't know what kind of joint they are running because I was offer a discount for having a vent in my unit but because management had changed they said they didn't have any notes to honor that on my account "OK" so I am out some cash because they changed management. Fine I'm on my way out but I just thought I could take a little of my time to inform people of my bad experience!
