Watch out, they don't prorate, so if your payment is due on the 1st but you moved out on the 2nd, they don't refund the rest of the month, even though they've taken possession of the unit. This doesn't sound correct, if someone from corporate can reach out to me to verify I:d appreciate it.

I reserved an outdoor parking space at Cubesmart with the second month advertised as free. After paying for the space I was told that because I had been a Cubesmart customer previously the discount didn't apply. This is after two customer service reps online and the local agent told me the second month was free. The following day when I rented the space, Tammy, the agent on site that day, refused to honor the discount, stating that no exceptions could be made or agents could lose their jobs, despite verifying what I was previously told. She gave me a number to call, supposedly her manager, which went directly to voicemail and No One has returned my call. Cubesmart is Definitely NOT the best in customer service!!! ??

The rate went up every 6 months $50. Climate control was none existing. Felt like 99 degrees with no ventilation in the upper floor were my unit was. Also when I asked why my rate kept going up every 6 months and I was told because I had my storage for a long time. When I first moved in I paid $99 per month and then every 6 months it went up $50.when I moved out they wanted me to pay $300 per month for a 10x10 unit. You shouldn’t treat loyal customers like that’s not good business and is why I won’t refer anyone the this storage dungeon???? To many other places to chose from. Ps most of the things people store aren’t even worth paying to store. Now that I’ll be saving $3600 per year I’ll be doing a lot more will the money I was throwing away storing things I really didn’t need.????

Whatever you do don’t store your stuff here. I pay then literally the next day they say we owe money. Then when I send proof they say we’ll fix that. Then the next day they say your past due on your payment. How I just paid. Then I get texts and more calls. Every week they tell us we owe money and I have asked several times for someone to send me a ledger or report showing how many times I’ve paid and no one can seem to give it to me that and when I ask what date every month my payment is due and how much no one can tell me that either. Every time you call you get someone new and the last person of course hasn’t noted your acct because they act like they don’t understand what’s happening. Then they say we’ll fix it and then more calls your past due.

One year ago I took storages there and I stayed there for almost 2 years as a manager there the woman who served me was so kind to me, and so helpful that when I needed another storage, I went back to the same place. I rented the same truck and I’m so happy to be there because of the way she treated me and my company I highly recommend this location to anybody people there are wonderful

Horrible experience no ac which caused damage to my products and it’s been like that for over a year. Workers do not care. I moved out in July one of the hottest months with no ac in storage place on the second floor only place that has ac is the first floor and of course office . We were directed to a different property that would be a better fit for RV parking. Have been with this Cube-smart location since at least 2018. I have been calling the office to make my payments (since to make a payment online there is a fee) and the office staff has told me this month is the last time I can take your payment…..I pay early every month and I think that if you’re gonna charge $212 for a 10x10 surely you can include the payment processing fee in my rent I mean come on!! You’ve had no problem taking my money for years all the sudden we have a problem? Think twice before you move in…..

Her and the gentleman (excuse me as I never caught his name) always made sure that the deliveries I had got put into my unit. If y'all saw all the things I had to get delivered, they should have told me no! I WOULD HAVE TOLD ME NO. Not only with a smile, was it done, but when they couldn't move certain things, they helped me when I showed up. I needed a place to park my Dodge Ram 4500 cab and chassis while the camper is being built. Maria helped me and I got into a spot in less than 10 minutes. She was super helpful, gave me a ton of info, and overall, provided a level of customer service and satisfaction that makes me want to recommend to others looking for storage or parking options. I will definitely continue to do business with this awesome crew!

I called pretty much every storage place with rv parking in the Vegas area- this one had space available and was one of the few with any customer service. Their location is in a safer part of vegas and has good security gates and cameras. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a bathroom onsite. It was free for the first month no commitment other than the $24 admin fee. Great place to store an RV.

This is a very nice facility. The RV parking is spacious and the lot is filled with neatly parked vehicles and trailers. There is no clutter. The entry point is wide and the lot is very easy to maneuver. The staff is very courteous. We used a different facility for our former coach and switched to this facility when we purchased a new one. Even though this place costs more, it is worth it. If you have a rig of more than 30 feet I would look elsewhere
