We rented a unit from cube smart and reserved it online for 5/30/2024. We have received nothing but superb customer service from the company. Eric greeted us, checked us in, helped with finding the unit and then went about and beyond to help back up my moving trailer and guiding us. When the unit we originally reserved was not the fit we thought he switched us quickly and easily! Eric was the best help, kind and very courteous. I was shocked to be so welcomed and will continuing renting here each and every time I need storage!

CubeSmart is definitely the best storage rental place there is…unless you prefer ghetto service and storage rooms. Eric at the Flamingo & Durango location was awesome! I chose this storage provider based mainly on location and the property’s overall condition/convenience and access hours, but was then very pleasantly surprised about how much noticeably cheaper the pricing is than most other places. Then, after a very quick and pleasant interaction to start the rental with the on-site Manager, Eric, he gave me a good tour so I had an idea in-advance of where to drive my large moving truck for best move-in to my storage unit, as well as then providing a good cleaning of my unit before I moved in. Bottom line: five stars across the board!

Zero stars. Property manager accuses me of breaking into other units and stealing. When asked to show proof, he calls the police in attempt the intimidate me. Either racist or incompetent , regardless I would stay away from the flamingo location .

The only reason and I literally mean, THE ONLY reason this place is getting 2 stars is just for the fact that they're associated with cubesmart which obviously is a great brand overall... I loved the fact that I can rent a unit online without having to go into a office or anything and the unit is just waiting there once you pay they give you the gate code and your lock and keys are in the little welcome bag so you can rent and access the property after office hours which I find super convenient. However this particular location was just 100% nasty! Rat droppings on the floor in the unit I was given, a hole in the wall, stains all over the ground, dirt and other debris all over the ground and a foul odor in the unit. I had a whole truck full of stuff to move in it, and I rather sleep in the truck overnight til I can get a unit somewhere else and be refunded for this place! I know cubesmart can do better than this I have rented with them before but this location is in need of some serious renovation! The GM at this location is super nice and easy to work with, he issued my refund with no problem and even offered to move me to another unit and clean it himself but i just didn't like the older vibes of that storage property.

From start to finish, the CubeSmart storage process at this location on Flamingo in Las Vegas was seamless. They have an awesome app to help you manage your account, gives you directions to the unit and instructions to access the unit. Tad and Eric were super helpful on check-in nearly 3 years ago, and Chris was equally amazing on Checkout in October of 2023. He even helped me to receive a prorated refund when I missed the move-out billing cycle by less than 24 hours. Talk about excellent customer service! This is a first-class storage unit with a first-class management team. Thanks for everything, Guys.

Loved how easy it was getting a unit along with the nice little gift bag that was waiting for us in the unit upon entering. For 7 years, since 2014, we’ve stored our household goods at CubeSmart (and it’s predecessor) at the 8525 West Flamingo location (store 0494). During that time, we never encountered any major problems. For the majority of that time, we’ve primarily worked with the current manager. We kept in contact throughout that time. Each time we spoke, he remembered my number and even with a different number, he remembered my voice and name which is always positive and reassuring. He was reliable and consistent and always available during business hours. When we had a need to upgrade, he worked with us to accommodate. And when we finally had adequate space and moved our items via PODS, again, he was helpful. To add to that, he identified some helpful resources as we moved out.

I was in a huge rush to get a unit at the last minutes notice and Eric was able to help me get the unit I needed quickly that very night with no problems plus a month free. My boyfriend and i will go to our unit and spend an hour or more going through every thing we need and there's never any issue of the time we're there. And just recently I was in the hospital for a week and missed my monthly payment Eric got in contact with me and let me know he would waive the late fee for me no problem. CubeSmart on W. Flamingo is the best. I was moving out of state and went to get my things out of storage. My husband and I realized that we couldn’t fit everything on the moving truck. So we went through some of the boxes and took what we could. The CubeSmart team agreed to throw the rest of the items out for us. And within a few hours called us and let me know I missed something important a dear family member’s ashes. I had no idea they were in one of the boxes. Eric was amazing and offered to mail them to me free of charge since I was already 2 hours away. I was in tears. The best customer service hands down. I appreciate the level of care and understanding they took to help get my family member back home with us.

I have rented a storage unit for over 15 years before it changed its name to CubeSmart. In the last couple of years, the rent continued to increase, around $20 each time. As a result, I would downsize to smaller units, but the increases continued. I felt like I was being pushed out. As it turns out, I later learned that with many Californians moving in, and that they were willing to pay a lot more for these units, it became a financial issue to CubeSmart. I'm saddened by the way I was treated after spending over $11,000 there.

My unit was broken into, and things were stolen, this facility only has one security camera at the gated entrance, the records shown of the entrance time into the unit, were not consistent with my personal entry, and the unit was not checked when the alarms went off. Poor security, this facility is not as secure as they make it seem.

Great service. Their manager and GM were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took us on a tour of the area and showed us a couple units before we picked one. Signing up was fast and easy. We were unloading our truckload of hoarding material within an hour of showing up to rent a storage unit. Thank you!

I have been storing my extra 'stuff' at this location since moving to LV in 2001. Eric is like family. Kris ( love her ) came with Cube Smart and has become part of that family. Due to circumstances, I needed to empty my unit. But I have become so attached to them as friends and family that I plan to continue visits and chats. I would recommend this Cube Smart location to anyone needing storage.

I've used the Flamingo CubeSmart facility for years and I've enjoyed their top-notch service. I recently asked to switch to a smaller storage unit and Eric Hecox the General Manager not only got me a unit very close to my old unit, he also got me a cart to help make my moving over easier. And to top it all off, he credited me my remaining rent from my old unit over to the new one and didn't have to pay for my new rent until June 1st., A whole month and a half later! Eric is an outstanding example of customer service and I highly recommend anyone to use their facilities.

We didn't expect to have belongings in storage for 3 months yet here we are. The service is top notch. They work with movers, with minimal drama on a very personal level. The bathroom is clean, trash dumpsters empty and free of rats and flies. The facility matches the service ... top notch. We finally got an apartment so it's time to move. Great storage units, even better customer service! There are storage facilities all over Las Vegas BUT this stands head and shoulders above the rest. Great location, clean and secure. Kris and Eric give amazing customer service; accommodating, patient, and caring. I feel more like family than someone who just keeps 'stuff' there. I don't even live close by, but there's no where else I'd go.

Eric Hecox is the best representative that you can have for CubeSmart. I visited two other storage facilities in the area prior to going to Eric; although the representatives were pleasant and had good business ethics, Eric made me want to invest in CubeSmart. I have went to my storage unit plenty of times, Kris Wilson has always been resourceful and helpful.

You can go there from 6am to 10pm. Office hours 930am to 10pm Monday through Friday. 830am to 630pm on Saturday. 11am to 3pm on Sunday. They are very convenient right next to a bus stop off Flamingo Rd.

I came into CubeSmart to purchase wardrobe boxes. In speaking to the General Manager, Eric I explained I was planning a relocation move to Houston, TX and was feeling anxious about such a BIG move. Eric wasted no time in helping me find a storage cube near my home!! He went above and beyond in suggesting a better way to ship via a freight Co. The front gate has been open 24/7 for the last 2 weeks. I ask repeatedly why and the office says "we are trying to find someone to fix the exit button" ...Never had this problem when it was "Flamingo-Durango Storage." Gee a multi-million dollar publicly held company and they can not fix an electric gate in a timely fashion? I wonder how long it would be before the gate or the front door of "Cubes" corporate HQ would stay broken? or the gate of their CEO's mansion?

I had a horrible experience at a "Public Storage" facility earlier in the day (they did not give me the price that was quoted to me and the place was run down) and I was feeling frustrated. I called CubeSmart call center to reserve a unit and the gentleman was very nice, answered all my questions and reserved a unit for me. Shortly after I received a call from Eric Hecox the GM of the facility and he told me everything was set up. When I arrived Eric was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice and well kept... great security. I felt a great sense of relief knowing my belongings will be secure and if I have questions or concerns Eric will help me. I wish there were more than 5 stars to offer ! Eric went above and beyond to help us when we were in need of a storage unit. He had a family function at 7pm, was supposed to close at 6pm, we hit major traffic, he stayed till we got there. He set us up quickly with a clean, safe unit at a very reasonable price. His 9 year old son was a great helper also! "Sincere Thanks to you both" (P.S. When we finished they said they had plenty of time to get to the family function!) Great family man running a much needed service, and running it extremely well. Very Pleased.

This is a really great place for storage. They have very good rates, awesome service and nice clean rooms of many different sizes to accommodate everyone. It's an easy to reach convenient location as well. They are nice people and I trust having my belongings in their care. I have two units here. My valuables feel very secure and they are always accessible to me as needed. If you are looking for a storage facility, I highly recommend this one. You won't go wrong here.

I was looking last minute for a storage and I'm so glad I came across this place even though they were closing in 10 minutes Erik was very nice and told me he would wait cause he understood my situation he got me in quick and I was able to pack my whole house into the unit that night.
