Went to clean out my unit only to discover it was already cleaned out! A lock belonging to Cube Smart was on it, yet they claimed they had no idea where my stuff could have gone. On top of that, they were the real victims because some customers might worry their belongings were not safe. Well they are not! As I argued, they insisted they had no idea where my stuff could have gone even though their lock had not been tampered with. Not only that, but they offered no compensation, but said I could get a refund of my last payment, but only if I turned over my remaining items to them. Words can not say how upset I am with this company. For legal reasons I can't point out the obvious of what happened to my stuff. But the way they almost were amused by it and insulted me upon discovery of it is something I will never let go. Avoid this place at all costs

I personally liked this storage. I liked being able to use the app to enter the gate. Darren is the office manager and he was very very helpful when we had first inquired about mine and my boyfriend’s storages. I love that they have the climate control units, right off the freeway super convenient. My biggest issue was always the door. Since the day we moved in, it was bent and wouldn’t stay rolled up. I was always concerned that it would end up hitting my head and it did come close. I was also always watching it though to make sure it didn’t.

Be cautious, my unit was broken into at this place in 2020. After bringing it to their attention, the employee that helped me knew a lot about how the burglars “Might of did it” The employee showed me video surveillance of a “former tenant” that he knew by face, name, and pick-up truck, that still had access to the gate code, that would pull in overnight. The video showed him pulling in and leaving last before our unit was opened. They didn’t have video in the halls so I don’t know if it was him or not. What I thought was strange although helpful was that the employee knew a lot about the former tenant, even their address. Just a shady place and vibe all around. Rent with caution

Moved in- in July 2023 The climate control/swamp Cooler was broken upon move in. We were moving out of the country and had zero time to change storage factories. Spoke to corporate- and the regional manager. Prior to move in I specifically asked staff and management about climate control and was assured it was good to go. Their short answer “ we Have no idea when it will be fixed we have been waiting on parts for weeks… what do you want me to do?”. Photo attached move in date mid July. It was over 100°, second photo for reference of cube smart so you know it was taken on property. . Good luck

Got trapped in facility when trying to leave with another customer after 10pm. I paid extra for 24 hour access and haven’t gotten the 24 hour access to the unit even when trying to leave. It’s too hot to not have access to space 24 hours. Also outdoor units not well lit and no ventilation. Even at night when you are moving stuff in or out it will fell like an oven.

Wow they somehow deleted my review about my storage getting broken into and none of the security services they advertised happened to be working. Didn’t see anyone walking into my unit on camera at all during the night. Seemed like an inside job. Horrible service horrible security. Don’t put your things here it could get broken into and you won’t be able to do anything. Oh and there’s no way they got all these reviews without paying. They had 3 1star reviews not too long ago and now they nearly have 200!? Horrible business. They got rid of the other 1star reviews about units being harmed and all of a sudden there is nothing you were offered including insurance since cubesmart bought this place and “made us sign” new contracts, but I was never given the chance. So that means I had no insurance even though I was paying for it. I can’t express enough how messed up this place is and how I trusted my things there. When I signed my agreement I was told a price increase would not happen in a year of contract, but after 6 months they hiked it up an additional $12.00 and now another 6 months later they hiked up an additional $20.00. This is an amazing storage facility. The units are clean, easy access and they have a cart available if you need stuff moved in or out. The units are alarmed which is very cool and the staff have always been very warm and friendly. As for prices I would say they are very competitive but I feel like you get more here then you would in other places. We have never had any issues getting in/out, or getting access to our unit. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Keith the Property Manager is one of the nicest managers I have met out of all the storage facilities I've looked at in town. So if you are in need of a unit start here before you go anywhere else.

Jeannie was so helpful, showed me 3 different units. I found the perfect one for me. The company offers furniture wrapping, bubble wrap, boxes, locks for the units, a u-haul for moving and insurance if needed. It was a great experience at this stressful time. Met Store Manager Jean. Jean was very knowledgeable and courteous. Showed me and my wife the sample storage area to help us decide what size we needed. The storage facility is very clean, air conditioned and well maintained. Overall we really like the facility for convenience and accessibility in the area where we reside.
