The whole process was so simple. I was able to rent the unit online, set up automatic payments, and sign all of the docs. An email was sent to me with everything I needed to move in, from the access code, to my unit number with a map of the property so I could find it. There was a welcome bag inside complete with the lock for my unit, and I was welcomed by the property manager who checked in on me an offered to be there if I needed it. I did all of this 2 hours before I needed it, and i didn't need to go into the office to sign anything! I highly recommend storage facility.

I was charged for a unit that was empty for over a month because it was rented "together" with the neighboring unit. For renting these units "together" I received no discount. Absurd policy Update: I sent an email to the address below and received no response, exactly as expected.

I can't say enough good things about the manager at this location, Theresa. I have much personal issues going on including PTSD that gets triggered and then things go downhill from there. She has this way about here that is calming. She has never once pried or asked personal questions, but she interacts in such a way I'm always comfortable. I have my entire life stored at this location, when I do fall behind and get the courage to call and get options, she's professional, and not once has given me incorrect dates or information. I don't know here on any level other that she's the manager there but I've been going through crap lately and her kind voice and knowing the dates I'm being given on overlock, lien fees and sale, plus amounts that would be do is much appreciated. It is also by far one of the cleanest self storage locations I've came across. Sure, people move out and leave trash that may be laying there from time to time, but the overall cleanliness of the entire property exceeds other self storage locations I've used here and in other states. Thank you Theresa for giving me a safe, secure, clean place to store my personal items that mean the world to me and not be constantly worried about the safety of my items. When I needed to downsize I thank you for promptly giving me dates and amounts due so I could plan for changing units, something that failed when I was working with another employee. You did your best to rectify that situation. Always professional, always punctual with responses, always correct information given. Much gratitude. 2/17/25 In response to owners comment. I didn't have a good experience with the team there. I had a good experience with Theresa specifically. I'm not going to comment on the issues with "the team" Theresa however has been nothing but wonderful and professional in her interactions with me during my times of life challenges.

I was surprised at how easy it was to rent a storage unit at Cubesmart. Went online filled out a form paid by credit card and tada my very own storage unit. I even got a call less than 30 minutes later from the Storage manager welcoming me to Cubesmart. The only set back was there were no push carts to load my belongings on and deliver to my unit. Since my unit was inside on the first floor, and I can only access from a door on the "second" floor. That is the reason for a 4 star.

When Storage west managed this property the costs were lower, and the facility was in the exact same condition, cubesmart painted the buildings; upgraded nothing else and raised the costs far above the local market costs of similar sq.ft. Rental units. No additional lighting, no old exit/entry gates replaced for ease of use; literally nothing except a coat of paint. Had rented here (business use) since 2010, never missed or a late payment. The new lady in the office does her job ok but has a bad negative attitude to my employees and myself on multiple occasions.

The climate control/swamp Cooler was broken upon move in. We were moving out of the country and had zero time to change storage factories. Spoke to corporate- and the regional manager. Their short answer “ we Have no idea when it will be fixed we have been waiting on parts for weeks… what do you want me to do?”. Photo attached move in date mid July. It was over 100°. Good luck

Over the winter, Vegas had unusually strong winds causing my Motorhome Cover to blow off, according to the Eastern Location On-Site Manager, Theresa. Upon discovery, She left Me a voice msg AND text on the Cover issue. I was VERY impressed with her, as She was prepared to store the cover for me if it started blowing away. In fact, the cover ripped from the top, causing the cover to be wrapped around the RV on the ground. In other words, the cover was ruined, but REALLY appreciate Theresa’s msgs, taking care of the issue, if necessary. Thank You, Theresa! ?????? My only request would be if I could obtain 24 hr. access, or at least a “by request”on a specific date, in case I can’t arrive before 2200, your no-access “closed” time. All other storage locations I’ve used have offered me that convenience for being an honest “always on-time” paying customer. Thank You!

Moved in and the Manager who named herself Theresa wasn’t even there my moving truck had to wait an extra hour charging me for the time.. make sure you guys check in online… they do nothing in person!!! Not easy. After my 1st month rent went up to $600 plus. Without notice …. Be ware. Moved out to Public storage east and cheaper that cube smart. Good luck! And they said it was cleaned out. What?? Glad I took pictures!

CubeSmart purchased the facility from Storage West , I have been a customer since 2015 off an on , They rebranded the outside of the facility by painting all of the storage units doors Red , they completely covered my car in red overspray , the bad part is they will not respond to correct the issue. I have spoken to them to explain the issue after that initial conversation No call backs , no returned emails. I must assume every unit that was painted during this processes will have this same issue. I hope other customers have better luck , this has cost me 1 week loss of use $1500.00 in repairs so far and its not done yet ! Storage West staff would always answer the phone or be in the office during working hours they were great . CubeSmart will not answer the phone when you call the location. I would never recommend and business that treats their customers in this way.

We came in on a busy Monday morning looking to get a unit and Norm was amazing. He was already tending to another customer but was great in engaging and greeting us as soon as we came in. Within I think half an hour of arriving he got us into a unit after showing us dimension and gave us a great price. Thanks Norm!

My wife researched around and found that Storage West had very good pricing in the area. Customer service is great and Norm was also accommodating to our needs. Added bonus of using their moving truck day of move-in!

Great location. Great customer service and management. There is a nice variety of unit sizes available. Use of the truck for moving is a nice touch. Definitely recommend them.

Great facility. Super clean, easy to access and a safe location. Looked at several other places and they were all dingy and gross, this unit is immaculate. Just a few bucks more to rent here but the perks above and the free use of their moving truck makes it a great choice. The free moving truck alone basically paid for a months rent at Storage West. Norm was super helpful and friendly every step of the way. He is keeper! Thanks Norm!

Things they do not tell you when you move in !!! Just called and spoke to Oscar who informed me that they will only pro-rate for 7 days and as my payment is due on the 18th and I am vacating on the 31st I will have to pay for a full month !!! Used this place twice prior and had nothing but good to say about them ... But will NEVER use them again !! Update: Was called 3/11/17 and informed that they will pro-rate for me. So went from 1 star to 4.
