I have a little bone to pick with this company. First I reserved the unit because They advertised truck availability i even double checked the call service. I got there abd nope. No truck. No moving accessories. I was just lucky i got a unit near the entrance to the building. I expected more than what I got. And they won't let you smoke on the property. I don't mind that part I can agree but I'm unpacking or loading up if I want to take a smoke i don't feel like walking to some else's property and risk loitering to appease the smoke Nazi they have strolling around.

I got my unit a couple months ago I asked when I got it if the price was just going to go up in a couple months they said no, well guess what a couple months later and the price has already gone up . They are seriously misleading you’ll only get that price for a couple months then they will charge you the full price . Bait and switch once you have all your items in the unit . I called to talk to someone there about it and she wasn’t helpful didn’t even try to accommodate me just told me I could move my stuff out if I didn’t like it . I asked if that was my only option and she said or I could down size my unit .wow. Also they say that their units are “cooled “ until you get there and you see they mean swamp cooled but your already signed the paper and given the money before you get to see the unit and find out that it’s swamp cooled be prepared to sweat in the summer I wouldn’t call it even remotely cooled when it’s 120’ out . Not worth it when it has so many cons also you can’t go to your unit after 10pm. I got stuck in there a couple minutes after 10 once and the manager lady accused me of burglary and argued with me when all I wanted was to be let out I had been calling and calling since 10:04 when I tried to leave the property but yet I was stealing peoples things? I don’t see how I had the time when I was trying to get out the whole time .

The rudest woman named Yvette says go to court to get a subpoena if you want to see the only video at the gate.. they don’t call police or file a police report when this happens. These thieves know this. They will rummage through your stuff freely because there is zero security here..

Horrible experience, the manager was so rude. She basically threw us out. We have had a storage unit there for almost 3 years. Our gate code was not working, so we entered with another car. She walked back to our unit and basically told us we had to leave. So unprofessional. I don’t see anyone saying anything when a homeless person enters and messes up the bathroom and throws trash everywhere.

Highly recommended for many reasons: 1) no people living in the facility after hours which means a safe environment, 2) super clean facility and straight forward customer service rep on site (name?), extremely helpful, no sketchy creeps after hours, professional operation, manager cares about operations and takes ownership, streamlined onboarding and no manufactured problems or charges. This is a tier 1 operation, and I'm thrilled to have my belongings stored here. Many thanks at the local and the corporate office that made this happen.

So I just wanted to talk about my experience here at this location. I just got a unit. And it's conveniently right at the front. And a great price. The property is VERY! Clean. I don't remember the man's name that helped me, unfortunately. It was the African American man though. He was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he knew his stuff. He made the whole experience smooth and effortless. This was such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful customer service ??

Awful awful place from the nasty agent at front desk to the inside job burgulaires (2 customers were there when I arrived talking about their units being robbed and they believed they were inside jobs because cube-smart won’t let them see the footage that was recorded.). 2700 E Flamingo is ghetto!!!! STAY CLEAR. I rented there despite the women talking about the burglary but the way that ratchet clerk spoke to me after I rented I called corporate an hour later and said plot twist! Nope! Cancel my unit and REFUND please! I can already tel it’s gonna be nonstop drama and I’m not in the mood. Not stepping a foot back on that property excepy for my refund! Hopefully that can all happens over the phone. If you’re use to Henderson and nicer areas in Nevada for storage….STICK WITH THEM!! I ran back to Henderson!!!!!! 2700 E Flamingo!! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!

Mr. K…. (for privacy), was very kind & friendly. HOWEVER, my view quickly changed when I received an email stating that my bill would be $172, when I was told upon the initial payment, that I would get a special for the unit for $150. Of course, nothing was emailed to me or anything. Mr. K completely denied the deal. I was told when I signed up. I have a phenomenal memory, and I don’t play into the business of ripping people off. I also reported all the information to my insurance company right after I got the unit. I know for certain what I was told. I already did not want to pay $150 for a storage unit, let alone $172. Ridiculous! But I will be getting everything in writing from here on out because you obviously can’t trust people

If you are just desperate to go anywhere, no matter the cost, definitely get cubesmart. Employees were always approachable however, being at that storage location for 8 years has dramatically changed. Storage west prior was affordable. Then cubesmart came along and raised the prices. Then I upgraded to a bigger unit and I was willing to pay $200/mo until this month it sky rocketed to $265/mo for now. I found another company that's half the price. People can't afford rent as it is and this is ridiculous.

This establishment is VERY unprofessional. I’ve been inside my unit since 6pm trying to fix my bike. The unit is full since I moved from the east coast. I noticed it was 5 minutes to 10pm when I finished and struggled to get my unit door closed. By time I finished I noticed it was 6 minutes passed 10pm. I rushed out. Then upon leaving the facility I noticed I dropped my slipped. So I left my stuff outside and quickly ran back inside to grab it. Once returning back outside I was RUDELY greeted by one of the workers asking me “What are you doing in here” then by the manager who was more rude than he was. Telling me that I Just entered their facility at 10pm and I’m trespassing etc. I proceeded to tell her what time I got there and that I was trying to hurry and leave but I couldn’t get the storage unit door to close. She stillllll proceeds to argue with me telling me no I didn’t get there at 6pm they see me on the camera at the door at 10. So I proceeded to assure her that I was only at the door because I was checking to see if I had to put a code in in order to leave. That’s when I noticed I dropped something and ran back to the unit. She still RUDELY proceeded to tell me that basically the information that I was giving her about the time I got there and etc was incorrect. So I told her if she seen me on the camera then she would have also seen what time I got here which was 4 hours ago. But per usual people who love to use their authority to the top most exten, she proceeded to tell me how she’s the manager and this is her property and how I’m trust passing and how she should call the cops and have my contract ended. MIND YOU she didn’t give the old white guy that was still on the premise any problem what so ever. She was being top tier polite to this man but rude to me. Since moving all the way to Vegas from the south I’ve never experienced anyone this rude especially “management” This is unacceptable. She pretty much judged me from my cover. I’m sorry but this is not a good facility. Maybe the other locations are good but NOT E. Flamingo.

This guy by the name Ken who is apparently a general manager at cubesmart self storage (2700 east flamingo road south las vegas,Nv)is rude and disrespectful. He called customers who have 2 locks on their doors stupid. His attitude and body language is a turn off. He lied to terminate my lease only 4 days after I moved in and gave me 10 days to move out regardless of my unit being paid paid for all month and didn't give me a refund. He accused me of sleeping when I was in my unit folding my clothes in middle of the day. Totally a liar with no regard to other human beings. He is a liar and a thief.

This location shelters homeless people and drug addicts. They are selling and using drugs at this location off Flamingo. Local businesses are tired of seeing ambulances monthly pulling dead bodies out of here. One woman that came in our business told us her items in her unit were stolen only a week into her contract and the lady that worked the counter said they don’t pay her enough to walk the grounds. For years all the tweakers live in their units and we’re-sick of it, we’ll be reporting this to all the news casts locally and also the law enforcement

If you’re there even a few minutes late they terminate your storage and want to call the cops. No AC it’s one of the worst. Loose wires were hanging over my storage. The only reason they’ll lease a storage to you is to have you pay the first payment. After you pay they try everything they can to terminate your storage. They really just want the first payment.

I made my reservation online and was sent an email with instructions, when I arrived (after hours) I found that there was a padlock on the unit I was assigned instead of the combination lock I expected I called and left a message asking for a call back that we last night at 9:06pm. I still have not gotten a call back and when I try calling it disconnects me, this has happened a few times. It's now 9;15 am my moving truck was supposed to be returned and I can not return it since I can not unload my belongings into the storage unit that I paid for. I'm going to be charged additional rates for the truck and that is not ok.

DO NOT RENT HERE! YOUR PROPERTY WILL GET STOLEN! They are breaking in to all units here. They're entering through vacant units and crawling over the top of the inside walls into the adjoining units. People renting here you need to check your belongings before you vacate! You will not know because your lock is still in tact when you go to move your stuff. The mandatory insurance they make you get will not cover anything because the lock has not been broken. The people working here do not care about any of this happening and I wonder why???

Went today to find our storage unit broken into and everything stolen. No cameras inside and no security. Trusted this storage facility and got all of my things taken from me. It was already a hard time for us and now it’s gotten way worse. I had so much in there that meant a lot to me and I worked hard for and this place allowed all of my things to be stolen. Extremely broken over this. I told the manager kibriya lowery and all they did was fix the unit door and say I could put my things I had left back into it which why would I want to do that? They didn’t call the other owners of the broken into units surrounding mine either. Manager kibriya acted cold and said it wasn’t his area to speak on it being broken into. My trust is destroyed and I removed the rest of my items and have them just all in my car and will be looking for storage with actual security.

This company has friendly staff who are very helpful with your move-in. Once you rent a unit you get a discount on locks and materials, free boxes, and even free access to their moving van! I didn't know any of this when I booked a unit on-line. A very pleasant surprise! I used the E Flamingo location. Also very up on the whole Social Distancing/disinfecting program. Can be a nuisance but par for the course. I'm glad they are fully compliant. (Only one customer in the office at a time, etc...) All around a great experience. :)

I read your answer ,I'm not a fool, I know that happened in storage west 2700 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121.Your answer looks like you are believing I am a fool who does not know where I rented, thanks, that makes my review more interesting and make others think about how they could treat at the time of a claim. Original review :Ask them if they made automatic debit when making the contract because otherwise they charge you late fees and try to put a lien on your things, when I called they told me that I had to call every month and pay or stop by but I see that here it is done differently. Good joke ! Enjoy my extra money. I assumed it was the regular method but I see that here it is, sad bad experience, I hope to never again make the mistake of renting here again.

New owners and they do not care about the neighborhood ??..just drive by their facility and take a look for yourself how filthy they keep up their property. They allow homeless to live on their property, dump tires all over the place. There's Graffiti all over the walls. Kenny don't care about the community. I called and some lady answered and said they called the city. Why I don't understand why they are waiting for the city when they can clean it them selves ????? I hate this place

The staff and managers at this storage location are super. They are very friendly and are ready to help answer any questions. I love that they take you out on a golf cart to check out the different units. The place is very secure and clean.

Very pleasant & helpful staff at both the Pecos & Flamingo locations(Especially Pecos). Choosing Storage West cut down on our moving costs with the use of their moving truck. The truck at the Pecos location wasn't available for our moving schedule, but with a call to their Flamingo store, it was arranged that we could use that location's truck on Friday. We would have preferred the truck on Saturday or Sunday when we had help to move everything. We could have loaded the truck faster, packed more into it & could have made more than 1 trip if necessary if we could have gotten help. We were able to get most of our large heavier furniture & stuff moved. Hopefully we can move everything else in our car or a smaller cheaper rental truck. Thanks Storage West for your help.

This was the only storage place that works with international customers. We got a unit out of Belgium and they worked with us perfect ! We got products deliverd from all over the world for the Interbike expo to our storage space.
