My unit's lock has been broken off twice within the last year due to not enough security or cameras in the back southeast corner of the property where my unit is located. I have been using this location since 2019. I am very dissatisfied with this issue happening more than once in the last year or so. Not only that, my rent has gradually increased more and more, and just for this security breach to happen TWICE?? PLEASE DO BETTER!

Convenient location and friendly staff. Looks a bit old a run down inside but clean. I got a climate controlled unit but after the first day I wanted to cancel. I understand it's summer but there was zero air conditioning circulating in the building or elevator. The fan ran in the elevator but there was no air that I could feel coming out of it, even when I put my hand to it. I noticed that there is no air circulation flowing from the hallways to the storage units. The unit is a wood box. I spend 15 minutes in the facility and sweat more in those 15 minutes than I did all summer long. It was too humid. The lights also happened to be out in my hallway only, later that afternoon when I returned. I had to use my phone flashlight to see, and still super humid. I will be frequenting this unit and hope the "controlled climate" issue is better next time. Depending on what you need the storage for, depends on its decency. I have experience with managing storage units in the past, and have a few storage units around town. This one so far sits at the bottom of my list.

Disclaimer This is not a reflection of cube smart as I whole. I have left 5 star reviews for other facility rentals in states like Washington & Florida, and California where I also have residences. I have had zero issue with my current rental in the South Florida area, but this has to be one of the if not the most poorly run facilities in Las Vegas period. Customer service is piss poor & appears to run by child like management who rather argue back & forth with you then attempt to resolve an issue. To make a long story short. I had been a tenant for roughly 6 months without issue, "I am pretty certain management at the location recently changed. As the existing manager is not who I originally check in with upon rental opening." After returning from the UK I had feel sick due to asthma complications and had to be put on a breathing machine being hospitalized for a little over a month. I admittedly feel behind by about 40 days on my rental, but had made several attempts to contact facilty scheduling a payment date but voicemails went unreturned or claimed to have never been received. Oddly I did receive calls from unrecognizable numbers that never left a voicemail, which turned out to be the facilty. The manager was apparently either using a burner phone or a personal number because when I would call the numbers back it was typically a busy tone & without the usual cube smart automated greeting with menu options. After finally getting in touch with manger I informed her of my situation & that I would be paying promptly on Feb 16th as stated in VM I left days prior. After completing the payment on the 16th as promised I assumed everything was good. Because the manger made no mention of anything out the ordinary. Upon return to Vegas on the evening of March 1st for a wedding I found my unit locked with a new lock & my original missing which turned out to have been cut. The next morning I went store to found out why that wasn't explained before -now having missed the wedding because of it. (If I would have known I what have flown into town earlier in the day during business hours in order to access my unit since there was a new lock placed on it & I did not have a key for it) Instead I got a half dressed pajama wearing irate manager screaming at me saying I had not paid my bill. The calm gentleman next to her eventually gave me a explanation, But because of the child like exchange & the inability to just admit she didnt inform me that my lock was cut after 32 days. I decided to clear my unit and move to another cube facility. The damage was already done. After informing them I would moving out. The child like manger then snapped "ok whatever." So I moved out & took photos of emptied unit & contacted the district manager, not trusting the manager to act like adult and to protect from possible retaliation. Well a couple days later that is what I got. As of today my unit has not been closed out and the manger is either just claiming or has put physical materials into my unit. The fact that the district manager allows this store manger who clearly is unstable has angry issues and may even need counseling ruin the name & reputation of cubesmart is beyond reprehensible.

zero (0) star .. My experience with CubeSmart Storage was extremely disappointing. After winning an auction for storage, I attempted to contact this location numerous times, but no one bothered to answer the phone. Upon arriving in the store since no one picking up the phone, person during their supposed business hours, the office was closed with a sign claiming they would return by 3 PM. Despite returning at 3:30 PM, we were left waiting with no communication from the staff. Even when an employee finally passed by, they couldn't be bothered to inform us that no one would be available to assist us. There were no apologies for the inconvenience caused. Moreover, it's baffling that they closed at 4 PM when their website clearly states they're open until 6 PM. The next day, we attempted to set up an appointment, only to be told we needed to contact customer service to reach the manager. After finally speaking with the manager and arranging an appointment, we arrived punctually at 11:30 AM, only to find the doors just being opened then. This, despite the website claiming they open at 9:30 AM. To add insult to injury, we were informed that the storage had already been paid for by the owner the day before. Our time was wasted dealing with this unacceptable level of service. Despite their claims of providing excellent customer service, the reality is quite the opposite. The employees displayed a complete lack of manners and didn't even offer an apology. This level of incompetence and indifference is simply unacceptable for a company like CubeSmart Storage.

I went in to pay in person and when I asked "nicely" about the trouble getting ahold of them, the girl got very defensive about how many responsibilities they had outside the office and that I could always leave a voicemail. I told her that I had left 2 voicemails. At that point, she just got downright Snarky. So. I gave up.

Reserved unit on-line. AFTER I PAID for it, we went to the unit and I had a real hard time opening it. I've got carpal tunnel & it was hurting me trying to open door. She opened it, thank goodness. Because the unit has NOT been cleaned! I asked for a different unit. Said I'd pay the difference. She said it could NOT be done very disappointed. Now stuck with a door that won't open & a unit I've got to clean myself.

I visited this facility to assist a friend in cleaning out a storage unit. The property was clean and well maintained. The hallway areas of the air controlled were free of debris and quite wide for movement of stored stuff to and from units. As I write this review I realize I did not see any carts or flatbeds available for use in the building we traversed containing the unit we intended to empty. The street areas surrounding the storage buildings were well maintained freshly marked and sizable for moving vehicles of large moving trucks in and around the property. The only negative I can report is the instructions on the gate entry keypad were confusing or just wrong.

I came at 4 PM to get checked in and ready to store my things before leaving Vegas. The lady I spoke with was very nice. My car manufacturer's website said it is ~15.5' long. I got a 17' x 10' unit. I came back at 10 PM to store it before my red eye flight, to find it doesn't fit. Unless my car manufacturer's website is incorrect, they gave me the wrong size storage unit. I was hassled about paperwork, which I tried to make sure was all sorted out at 4 PM, for a solid 30+ minutes at 10 PM instead and wound up being within 20 minutes of missing my $500 flight to see family after a family member died, which I would not have been able to rebook for another 4 days, because the person living on-site wanted to be a hero at their... storage unit job? Cool.

Would have given a better star rating if my belongings were not stolen or damaged Ive been renting for 6 months and my storage was broken into the stole some things and damaged my furniture. This is the second storage facility I've stored my belongings at since ived move to vegas and has been a real bad experience for me moving here. I put my belongings in a storage facility placing my trust in their company to keep my things safe and protected. I think they need to place more security staff on the property after hrs and have better security cameras placed in more areas where foot traffic is accessable like the hallways near the elevators and stairwells .

Since day 1 Marisela the manager has been difficult and condescending. Not keeping appointments times and assigning incorrect occupied unit. Never trying to be helpful just plain rude. Recently, the app had an incorrect invoice amount and I was charged double. Mistakes happen but this office manager has been acting miserable since I opened the door to this business.

Been renting a unit there for 11 months. Never missed a payment and bought a CubeSmart cylindrical lock, but then thieves broke down the door and looted my unit. Manager said there were no security cameras inside the storage building. Do not use this place for long term storage because they have no staff presence and security is a joke.

We moved here a while back and at that time they had carts to move our things in and out of storage. Transaction was smooth and check out was fine, but the last few months we were there we had no carts available to move our things. I have never heard of this and it was such an inconvenience. We had to make triple the trips of heavy boxes and items because carts were simply not available anymore.

The only downfall is I was not able to park on a flat surface which made it a little bit difficult in loading but I do understand it had to be structured that way due to possible flooding in order to keep the units from flooding and damaging our property.

Very unhappy. Locked out because they messed up their paper work. I have already spent 2 hours researching only to find out it's their mistake. I have been locked out and now have a $200 bill on top of the $160 I already paid. For one month. It was a great place when I didn't have to work so hard. I feel if I'm paying my rent I shouldn't have extra work on top of that.

I have had multuple storage units in Las Vegas and had horrible experiences at every single one except this one! One storage unit had no cameras and someone stole over half my valuble belongings another one they upped rent without a notice over 25$ a month extra. I can go on for days but this sotrage unit is by far the Best one I have ever stored anything in. They have cameras and security is always there so you know if lil Ray Ray and Pookie are lurking they will not break into your unit and steal everything...... Marisela the manager and Charles are super nice and friendly if you have any questions at all or even help they got you covered....I would highly give a Recommendation to anyone Who lives in the Vegas area and is in looks for a storage unit, GO HERE QND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES LOL SERIOUSLY. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I started everything online and was reminded by staff to come in and sign paperwork. There is a truck you can borrow if needed to move your stuff into the units. It is clean and theair conditioner thankfully was working great. They have moving supplies and are priced affordably. The units themselves are also a good price.

Friendly, helpful, clean. Only things I would have liked different would have been: -Being able to have used the truck Saturday or Sunday instead of Friday. We didn't have people to help us on Friday. -Being able to use the moving truck from the Pecos location instead of having to go to the Flamingo location. -Being able to pick up the moving truck at the Flamingo location earlier & keep it later. With no help we were only able to make 1 trip in the time allotted to use the truck. All of these issues were out of Storage West's people's control. Everyone bent over backwards to help us. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a storage facility! Thank you Marisella

I have used this storage location off and on for about 20 years now. I have never been misled about anything. They have always been upfront and honest in their dealings, contrary to what a previous post states. I have never been charged any hidden fees, additional fees, or any amount over what my written and signed contract states. The facility is kept neat and clean at all times. I even passed up renting from another location with the same name up the street, who was actually a few bucks cheaper. Why? Because I know I get good service here! Will come back again when I need them for as long as they are there.
