The only problem with Cube Smart was their constant raises in the monthly cost. November of 2022 I paid $324 a month & by October 2024 my monthy payment had went up to $453.90 a month. I found a larger storage unit for only $240 a month. Had to leave. * 5 Stars for Matt & Chris! They were always friendly & helpful. Thank you!

I'm happy with the service and the efficient use I get out of renting a storage unit with cubesmart 5stars truly But since I've moved in a week ago The elevator closest to the office hadn't been working properly, long idle times before it starts moving I just disregarded it because it looks like an old elevator so I thought nothing of it Until this morning at 6 AM My uncle and I were visiting our unit on the second floor As we were making our way through the corridor through the corner of my Eyes I saw an apparition of a short slender shadow run on the opposite side of 3rd hallway It reminded me of a child Instantly I was uncomfortable and we quickly grabbed what we came for and left Mind you that in earlier visits I've noticed the elevator not working properly Motion lights in the hallway don't turn on until your a quarter of a way down And voices can be heard in later hours before closing time. It's truly eerie Mind you I am not complaining about the service nor the facilities. Thank you for reading

5 stars just from our initial interaction with staff. We reserved a unit on a Friday for move in on a Saturday. Within the hour after filling out the online form, Norma was already calling us to confirm the reservation. She also answered all our questions over the phone. On move in the next day, we met her in person. Norma is so pleasant and such a joy to work with. She processed our storage unit quickly and efficiently and gave us a quick orientation. The storage facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and climate-controlled. There were no questionable scents or smells. The elevator is spacious and easily fit the long, rolling shelf we used to transport our stuff as well as the facility's dolly. The entire compound is secured and needs a code to exit as well. Glad we chose this storage location!

This was my first experience renting a storage space and I have to say that Norma and Kevin were such a delight! They greeted me in the lobby and were such a big help. I bought the wrong size storage unit and Norma did everything she could to reserve a larger unit for me. The manager had an injury and was not at the property. That’s fine however, they did not have anyone else manning it. I had all my stuff packed in a rental truck and couldn’t get into my unit. It started to pour rain on my wood and velvet furniture while I was on the phone with customer service. They pretty much said I was out of luck or they transferred me to a voicemail. After hours of calling and trying different routes, I finally got ahold of a manager at a different facility to open my unit. That was the most obvious solution to my problem but I had to deal with less than competent people dragging me around different voicemail and dead ends while waiting in the pouring rain. It was extremely unprofessional. CubeSmart is NOT worth anyone’s time! On a side note, Matt and Drew from the Russel location were lifesavers and were actually competent.

They had the items I needed for packing. The prices were a bit steep and the “dish pack” was sold separately from the box to place it in. Also the compartments do not fit Dinner size plates. More like a salad plate. The wrapping paper is sold in a very large quantity (if you are starting out it’s great, but if you are almost done it’s overkill). But Sarah behind the counter was very polite and happy. Lastly, they do not offer a military discount…

This place is absolutely terrible. I have never seen this level of incompetence or been treated with such disrespect in my life! My old roommate and I were sharing a unit there and when he moved out of the state and stopped paying the bill they denied me access stating that only one person can be on the units lease essentially saying I can pay the bill if I want but not have access to the unit unless my old roommate physically come sign over the lease. Even though my old roommate has both called and emailed them telling them to give me access they refuse to allow me said access but will not physically make the trip back. I've spoken to three different people there in the last three months and they've all told me different things, all have stated that they would help me, told me to get a police report, which I did, have him contact them, which I did, and then gone out of their way to lose paperwork, my phone number, the old roommates phone number, and completely contradict the last "manager" I spoke to. The latest Lisa told me that they are going to auction almost every belonging I have and after telling me to my face she would help me this afternoon just called me and told me that my three attempts to rectify the situation in the last three months is "harrassment" and that if I come back again they will "have me arrested for trespassing." This place will do ANYTHING to auction what's yours, be very careful to keep copies of EVERYTHING and never store anything there you can't bare to lose. They will rob you of your belongings if or as soon as they get the opportunity!
