Good experience. Wendy was very kind. Unfortunately I was given bad information about the lock for my unit. Very disappointed that I now have to pay for a lock on my unit instead of using my heavy duty lock I purchased for my POD Having to pay $21 every month was not in my budget and I had no choice once I arrived at the office. That was disappointing.

Billing practices are unreasonable. I could have literally rented a house for what they were charging. Be aware of this company. Cube Storage only manages the property. The owner sets the price increases (which are frequent and higher than normal).

Well the promotion is one month free however you hit me with an administration fee and insurance , (I should be able to opt out of insurance if I so desire ) I feel like you forced me to have it …. So technically my first month wasn’t free … . I asked your associate what the administration fees where or what they entail and she couldn’t answer me so please break down “ Administration fees “ for me I would like to know what it consists of . Other than that nice place clean quite close to home .

Do not rent here! After cubesmart took over - they raised the rates 20% and then stopped using the individual unit alarm system, which is why I was renting from them in the first place and stopped monitoring the system, so they didnt know when units were broken into. Additionally, our unit was broken into and instead of telling us, they just called and said that they found it unsecured - only after pressing them did the management acknowledge that multiple units had been broken into overnight and at no point were any alarms monitored or received. So it wasn’t until the next day that they discovered multiple units w locks cut off - including barrel locks. Cannot trust them to protect your items and they are VERY expensive.

If you're reading reviews, you're probably seeing a common theme. Kat, in the office, is great! Her level of customer service, follow up and helpfulness is top notch! What a difference it makes to have someone in the office of that caliber! The facility is clean and well kept. My only complaint is the lack of carts. When I moved in, there were only 2 carts and neither was in great working condition (different sized wheels). If you aren't the only one at the facility, it's likely you will not have access to a cart. I rented a couple from UHaul to make sure the movers and I had access to a cart on move-in day. A little bit of planning and problem was solved!

I was looking for something in the area and I looked around at multiple places before choosing which storage location I wanted to go with. I choose this facility for multiple reasons, the first is that this facility by far has the best and friendliest management. Kat is very attentive and helpful. Every interaction I have had with her, she has been accommodating and pleasant. The facility is also the cleanest one I have been to in this area. The only negative I can think of is that even though it climate controlled, this facility wasn't the coolest of ones I looked at. But also keep in mind I rented this location this week during an extreme heat wave and the outside temperatures have been 110+ (in September). Even still, I still felt this was the best choice, especially because of how helpful and attentive Kat was in my first interaction with her and the cleanliness of the facility, which is what made me select this specific location. I'm still in my first week of using this location for my storage needs, but so far so good.

It pains me to write this, as beforehand I had great service from the people at Cubesmart. However, I moved out in late August and realized someone had broken into my storage unit at this location. I believe it was either with the help of someone who worked there, or by negligence of the staff. The reason is because I left my spare key with them in my file in their office and when I went back they couldn't find my key. I believe this to be true because there was no damage done to my lock so whoever broke in was able to do so without picking or breaking my lock. I filed a claim with the police and the insurance company, the insurance company said I wasn't covered because I suggested that it was an employee and there was no damage done. I understand this is probably to stop people from filling false claims, but it just doesn't make sense to me. The only evidence I had for the mentioned situation was that my key was missing from their office before my unit was broken into. I do not suggest storing valuable here. I lost priceless memories and they have done nothing to make it up. I am currently talking with an attorney to see what legal options I can pursue.

Really great storage facility!! Great rates, air conditioned, has security patrols after office closes, electronic security controlled entrances to the storage units, and they even provide carts so you can easily move your items from your vehicle to your unit. If you're on the second or third floor...no worries, their elevators are always operational. The storage facility itself and grounds are always clean and free of moving refuse like you see in other places. They also have restrooms onsite that are well maintained and never in need of additional attention. Insurance is a must at this place to safeguard your valuables from any unforseen happenings. Which is just added peace of mind. You can purchase a policy yourself or utilize the insurance they offer there at an extremely affordable rate included with your monthly payment. Can pay online, in person, or via mail. All in all totally worth the money spent to store your things there. The manager Katt (I think I have her name and title correct), is great at what she does. Very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. She's always happy to assist the tenants with whatever they need.

I love my storage unit and Storage Boxx Of Summerlin. The place is very clean, and kept up nice. Also the staff their Julissa and Kat are very nice and helpful. The Storage Box Of Summerlin is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, (Kat always make you feel welcomed, and always has a smile on her face). It is easy to get to your unit if you do not need open the drive thru gate, which is real handy for me.

STAY AWAY! They have very unusual business practices. As a home owner I see no need to put their company on my insurance, otherwise they will attempt to force their insurance on you, and the offer no refund if you book online and don't agree with the fine print when you arrive. There are other places less then 5 mins away and none of them have the same requirments, GO ELSEWHERE!

We’re renting a 10x15 unit, and it’s by the cleanest units i’ve ever unit i’ve ever seen. The elevators are a big help, they have multiple carts to use. The customer service is outstanding. I wish I got her name, she had positive energy, gave us a tour, just overall really helpful. I’m glad we chose this place, and i’ll continue renting from them!

Just rented a 10×10 for my mother and Cat gave us the best deal and she is really nice. The units are new so they are very clean and they have carts available for use on property. All units are climate controlled and the elevators are big enough to get anything upstairs.

Our experience at StorageBoxx could not have been better. We had a large (30x10) unit, which was clean and ready to go when we moved in. It was convenient to get in and out of, was air conditioned, and located in a very nice area. The customer service people (especially Kat) were beyond helpful, very friendly, and very professional. Your stuff is in excellent hands with them. Highly recommend.

The facility is amazing. However, we reached out to the manager over a month ago concerning insurance we were made to take in store, when online you can opt out of the insurance. We still haven’t heard from management, and even after providing our extra insurance they charged another month of their insurance policy. Not happy with the service from management at all.

once you are reserving an unite, you see a good rate, but when you're in the office to sign an agreement they force you to buy insurance (which is not mentioned in the agreement) regardless of whether you have your own insurance or not. they do anything you can imagine to increase the rate and upselling. There are only 2 or 3 carts for the whole storage and get ready to wait for a cart for over an hour. One of the elevators was broken for almost 2 months and don't count on air conditioning!! Plus indifferent customer service.

We've been with Storage Boxx for a year and we could not be more pleased with the facility, starting with the staff (Kat)! Storage boxx facility is well managed and well kept clean outside and inside. We've lived in Vegas over 27 years and used at least 3 other "Well Known" storage facilities and none come close to Storage Boxx of Summerlin. Give them a call...I think you would be pleasently surprised!

I rented the space today afternoon. Waiting outside the gate - gate code not working. Talked to the customer care twice in last 30 minutes. The only answer I have received was “we will update our manager and they will call you back. We cannot provide an estimate on when they will call you!! “ I have a flight to catch and a car full of stuff to move to the unit rented on 3/31.. if management is seeing this kindly help - the gate code you provided is not working!!

They had great internet specials, the place was immaculate and close to home. But what really sold me on them was the awesome property manager Kat Deaton! She was super friendly and very patient with showing me different options and helping me decide on the best unit for my needs. If you're looking for a place to store your belongings...
