Kris and office staff are great. Quick to offer assistance and puts customers first. If the suspect something is wrong with your unit, they're quick to call to make sure everything is alright. I actually recommend these guys ( Cube Storage) over all other Storage. DO yourself a favor and use these guys. Especially Kris and company on Nellis in Las Vegas. Promise ya you won't regret it and you'll be happy that you did.

StorQuest Storage pulled thru for me at the 11th hour. Getting off of work late I showed up at closing time and was greeted with a smile. Mari the attendant was super nice despite the fact it was afterhours and happy to show me to my 10 x 10 unit while explaining the hours of operation. ( 9am - 6pm everyday.) It's a drive-up unit, so no flights of stairs nor elevators perfect for unloading. Mari went over the paperwork one last time and I was ready to handle my crisis for the the next day. I highly recommend StorQuest Storage for your storage needs. Thanks Mari!

Reverse discrimination, intimidation tactics and illegal sublease practices by management especially by site manager Lisa. Rental unit was dirty, rodent feces and window was broken. Lisa informed me that all clean up & interior repairs was the tenants responsibility with future credit towards the rent. Facility allows other tenants to fill the dumpster with used tires and republic services hasn't picked for weeks, that's a recipe for continuous rodent infestation & bums. Corporate management needs to review this site's scrupulous mismanagement & illegal practices. Office hours are posted but, not followed so do yourself a favor call corporate phone number, read the property reviews or personally go elsewhere. This reviewer wishes I never stepped foot on this property- best of luck!

I recently rented a unit and Lisa the Manager is very helpful and friendly. I’ve had my unit since September. The door on the unit is hard to let up and down. I was told that It would get fixed and left a spare key with the Manager that was there and it never got done. Since she’s been there my issues were taken care of. The exterior of the building is very clean. There use to be a lot of debris and trash. When you walk into the office it has a nice smell. I’m glad she’s there.

Extremely reasonably priced staff is beyond accommodating Vernon is truly a lifesaver I had a situation happen where I was scammed over my lease on my house even though I had been there 3 months came 10 minutes to closing and Vernon not only assisted me in getting a unit but also was very caring and compassionate as far as my situation and accommodated me and being able to put my belongings in even though it stretched into after hours I'm so happy I found this place I think I'll keep a unit here just to be able to interact with the staff ??

All I can say is that if you need a storage unit, y'all need to go to this place. It may not be fancy like U-Haul but it has something that the other places don't. I've used a lot of storage units in my time and none of them have what this storage place has. It has Heart . I couldn't have picked a better place to store my belongings. The management there is Great. So if you need a storage unit go to this place and ask for Vernon, he will take very good care of what you need. He's a Great Manager and a very man. It seemed like a tedious but routine errand. Get a storage space, no big deal right? Well, it can be a very Big Deal when you need confidence that your stored items are going to be safe. I've never used a storage unit before and what started like a routine errand turned into a DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE at the hands of Ms. Lisa, so calm, composed, willing to go the extra mile so that I understood everything. She took the time to explain, with warmth, knowledge, efficiency and humor, why so-and-so was my best, money-saving option, I made my reservation for this Friday (no credit card needed) and soon I felt like Ms. Lisa and I were bonded friends. She was so professional and kind AND FUNNY that I walked out of Storquest with a smile on my face and a light in my step, knowing that another important errand is taken care of and I can go on to the next step. Ms. Lisa, THANK YOU FOR YOUR COURTESY AND KINDNESS, the world needs more people like you!

I have had a unit there for almost 5 years in the last 2 months my monthly rent has doubled and apparently everybody's has last summer my unit was broken into not once but twice and now they can't find the claim I reported it to the police department and got a police report on it and submitted it and they can't find the claim and doubled my rent. There's no surveillance on my unit not the first time or the second time is broken into the lights don't work on the property very well some do some don't not buy my unit though they need to upgrade yet they want to double my rent and they won't upgrade the facility. The one great thing about the place was the people that ran it they are always friendly always nice always cooperative and now Deane is gone. And now the company has filed chapter 11 apparently and everything is in bankruptcy court. Happy to report all surveillance has been updated.

Rat infested. Dusty. This place is so disgusting that contents of a storage unit locker that were perfectly clean when they entered it are not even possible to give away because they're so dirty and infested with rats. This place hustled me on an auction site. They literally sold me dirt piles on 25yr old furniture. Insane. Then they wanted to charge me $100 deposit and refused to return it until I clean out their disgusting mess and throw it away. The most insane place I've ever seen and I would not recommend it

Had multiple rats in unit. The smell of urine destroyed all the clothes and blankets. Even furniture got wrecked from scratches as well as from the urine. Would not recommend this place.

Although this was about two years ago, They have a very sweet and kind manager there. She was very helpful, during a difficult time for me. She went above and beyond my expectations as far as acessing my locker and being lenient with closing time due to my work schedule. If you ever need a great price on a storage locker in this area, (with someone that will treat you better than most), then this is your place.
